Love this place very much, have attended many games and events from the to level to bottom level to executive suite level and it's always an amazing experience. This is the best arena built in america and this town has the best fans who have broken noise levels here at Preds games at very high decibels!!!Our city and Fan base in Nashville is deft. top tier!!Welcome to SMASHVILLE

Saw Michael Buble last night, he was amazing! Just don't buy the nose bleed seats, we couldn't see the display screen due to the hanging sound equipment (sound was excellent btw). Oh well, that's what you get when you don't have the money for the expensive seats. Which by the way, are flippin' small! Or is my butt larger than I thought! Haha! And also, people! clean up after yourselves, how disgusting! I had to wipe down our seats due to sticky soda/beer drippings beforehand and then afterwards leaving, it's called a trash can! Use it! I feel bad for the workers who have to clean that place up. Food shouldn't be sold at concerts. And what's with the fogginess in the arena, needs better ventilation, my eyes got irritated. Traveled all the way from NC to see him, not sure if I'll ever go back to this venue. But if I do, I'll know which section and seats to buy.

What a great venue. It's super newt how Nashville is set up! You exit right to food and drinks at your choice of Honky Tonks. Just an all around great experience

The whole experience was phenomenal but we were very upset to see so many empty seats. The person who sold us the tickets said there weren't anymore. We saw dozens of empty seats including an entire section completely empty. This was my mother's first time seeing w.w.e live and she is disabled and we told the agent numerous times of her condition. However we found out the night of the event the seats were at the very top of our section.

Food is surprisingly good. But my concert seats were directly under a leaky AC. Water dripped on us the entire time. I have contacted them to let them know but like most companies I don't expect to hear from them.
Update: Never heard from them.

First time here. Very clean & the staff was friendly. Travelled 5 hours to get to the arena for a concert. Will definitely do it again. VERY impressed with how fast they moved the traffic after a sold out concert & lots of police officers around. Other cities need to see how Nashville does it

This was our first visit to the Bridgestone Arena, the visit was for the final Garth Brooks concert from his 3 year tour.
We visited the area the Sunday before since we are new to the Nashville area. The best parking was in the Music Center behind the arena, its covered with good security. In fact security was excellent inside and outside of the arena.
Many restaurants in the area, we elected to grab wings and salad at Jack Daniels it's attached on the back side of the arena.
Great experience, clean, well designed and maintained facility.
