The alcohol and other concessions are pretty expensive as with any large venue. It's a good place to go see hockey or music. The location is convenient to the touristy part of Downtown Nashville.

Very organized. Friendly staff. Extremely high drink and food prices. Had an awesome experience at the Merle Haggard tribute concert. 18, 000 people at a sold out concert singing "Mama Tried".

Great venue in the heart of the city.

Great venue in the heart of the city.

Staff was wonderful during the concert we attended.

Maybe I'll be back someday for a hockey game (Go Wild!).

Awesome experience and a great showing of Nashville hospitality.

We stopped in here for the March 6th Dan + Shay concert. We took a ride share car to get to the venue to avoid having to find parking, which we would highly recommend. It was simple, they dropped us off at main entrance and in we went without fighting lines and traffic.

Inside, the arena was nice, clean and plenty of room to walk around and it was a sold out show. The bathrooms were clean, the food areas were kept up and no trash on the floors.

Overall it was a great experience coming here and we highly recommend coming to a show here!

We were in town for the Kiss concert. They put on a fantastic show! The venue was nice and even though we were in the "cheap seats" we still had a great view! The place was sold out! Only complaint was concert was at 730PM, and the doors opened at 7PM. Open earlier so people have time to get their drinks and merchandise before the show!

Family friendly fun, every staff member and hockey fan we met were polite and helpful. A word of warning; the Predators fans are very loud, bring earplugs if needed! No food, drinks, large bags or backpacks are allowed. Have fun, Go Preds!

Realized today there is more than one exit from the building. The 360' design makes it essential you know what section you use because everything looks like everything else. The escalator direction switched from down to up before we got out of the building so finding the elevator was important. Upper Section #300's we're on the 4th floor elevator button. So go often to learn the lay of the land and have fun.

Saw Mary J.Bleigh perform in concert tonight and the only criticism I would have would be to get the video that shows the performers sync in real time and not a 2 sec delay and have someone check their audio. I know a lot of R&B has strong bass in the music but it should not nearly drown out the singers. Otherwise nice arena.

Me and my friends just seen Fleetwood Mac at Bridgestone and it was a horrible experience. It was so hot that people were passing out we couldn't enjoy the show or even watch the whole show because we kept going outside for air. And when we asked about it know one had any answers. We spent over $400 and didnt even get to see our favorite band. And the big tv for the people that didnt have great seats didnt work ether. But we made the best of it and kept running for the ushers to just stand in the aisle and dance to try to have a good time and we didnt sweat and about to pass out we kept rocking.

We go to numerous Predator's games every season. The Bridgestone Arena always takes care to make it an enjoyable experience. The workers are always nice and personable. The Arena is always clean. And the food services are always yummy. Enjoy a night out with great service, good food and an up close view of the game!!

What a great place to see a hockey game! If you are a real hockey fan and in Nasville you have to go see a Preds game! Easy to get in & out, right smack in downtown Nashville off Broadway, & there is plenty to see and do before & after the game. They have a great fan base, and I really had a good time. Very delighted in the whole experience, never seen anything like it & I've been to alot of hockey games in Washington, DC. TOTALLY different experience! I wish DC was more like Nashville.

Tip: if using a ride share after the game cross the pedistrian foot bridge 2 blocks to the north & have the ride share pick you across the Cumberland river. Its less than a mile & it will be easier for the driver to get to you.

Love this place EXCEPT the seats...which seem to be for Asian adults...they are so small. Not comfortable at all...to the point that we think twice about going there. The old Municipal Auditorium has more room. But overall it's a fantastic place for the public..certainly better than the Titans stadium.

Loved it

I saw A Perfect Circle at this venue last month and I really enjoyed it overall. The sound was great, the seats were super comfortable, and it was a breeze getting in and out. The only downside was the security. I understand that they don't want people taking pictures and videos, but they kept walking up and down the aisle and shining their flashlights at people the entire time. It was extremely distracting and annoying as I was in an aisle seat. They blocked my view and made it hard to pay attention to the show at times. If it wasn't for that, I'd easily give this venue a 5 star rating.
