We saw Dan and Shay on Saturday night. It was a fabulous show!

Seats are to narrow, and being at the top of the building is very uncomfortable

Right in the heart of the downtown tourist area. Great arena for a concert or a Pred's game. Nice vantage points throughout the arena.

Went to a fun concert there, but we arrived about an hour early and the floor was sticky all around the seating through our entire section. It's not clear how often they clean it

We were pleasantly surprised by this arena! Crowd was not pushy getting in. Workers are friendly and nice food selection. Easy access to an elevator to get up to your level. Clean and well laid out.....wish our arenas were like this one, Nashville is lucky!

Obvs a madhouse (Kiss show). Arena's cool but Nashville parking could not suck more if it tried.

It was a wonderful experience. Traffic inside moved very smoothly even though it was filled to capacity. Seats are very comfortable! The only thing I would change is better directions to know exactly which side of your section you need to go to for your specific seat. As an older person, climbing up and down those steps several times was not a fun experience

Saw Panic! at the Disco here. Seating on a very steep incline, which is great for arena-wide views. Seats were easy to locate. Restrooms are large (never had to wait for a stall in the ladies' room), clean, and easily accessible.

Nasty bathrooms. They ran out of bud light!...security think they are police w a vengeance. Terrible time. Waste of money 4 sure. I had a much better time at the local amphitheatre when I seen Primus. Just got back from Alice in Chains and KoRn concert at Bridgestone. Left b4 KoRn bc the security kept shining their little flashlights in my eyes. This arena is a JOKE!

Awesome place. Hella upcharge u for food and drinks and alcohol tho.

Anyone that has back or hip problems will walk well beyond what they expect. Employees will not allow you to cut across. That needs to be addressed. Otherwise the seating is excellent and the ladies restrooms have been improved over the last couple of years.

We were there for the Michael W. Smith concert. Enjoyed the 501 Club as well.

I work there! Cool place, security personnel are cool. However, 911 fallout is present.

Seats are to close to each other my are got cut by a lady's purse other than that it was a great show

EARTH, WIND AND FIRE concert was amazing! Thumps up! Not a critic, just a customer.

The ushers were very helpful guiding us. Nice lady could we were a little lost when we came in. She directed us and let know but the kids place during the game. Great experience with my son

Bridgestone arena is one of a life time place it's amazing how they play hockey, do bull riding, do the monster truck, concerts and other etc stuff that really amazes me and I know that people that are setting it up are always busy

Loved watching a concert here! Came all the way from Indiana. Now I think Indiana's stadium sucks after visiting this one.

Had a blast. Nice place. Went to the Monster Truck Rally.

Awesome venue but I dont understand why the Preds team store wasn't open because of a basketball game? Drove 11 hours to get a jersey...

Great venue. Even the cheapest seats were great. Nice and cool. Good vendors. Just a nice evening.

One of the best rinks in the NHL. Super-friendly staff, beautiful building, and great food. Makes places like DC's verizon center look like a post-Katrina superbowl.

Place was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, seats were a little on the skinny side but cushioned which helped.

Very large arena, multiple bathrooms on every level with tons of food options. Staff are always nice and helpful

**Review for plus size people** Seats are very very tight. The armrests are stationary so you can t put them up to get more room. Imagine being on a tiny plane for a three hour trip and don t even think about going to the bathroom or getting something to drink unless you are on the outside seats. Venue is adequate otherwise.

Cool arena to have different events at. I have gone to several arenas and this one was pretty far up the list. It is right on Broadway and easy to get to. Once inside the security was a snap and navigating the stadium was easy. Everything is well labeled and easy to get to. Once in our seats, the arena is appealing and does not feel like a stadium build in the 90s. Several levels of seating do not seem like they hinder the overall value of the stadium.

Nice and comfortable place to watch your favorite sports or your favorite singer. Love the different variety of food to get at the concessions!

This is one of my favorite venues for concerts! There really isn't a bad seat in the whole place! Predator hockey is amazing here too if you get the chance to visit take it! Food, drinks it's all pretty amazing!

If you get here early when all the food places inside are first getting ready, the entire hallway smells like nasty cooking oil and it is smoke filled. Very nice venue.

I recently went to a Preditors hocky game with friends. The game was fantastic. I really appreciate the escalator all the way up to the top level. Seats were ok but we had a good view-even high up. Still felt like we were close to the action. Prices are out of site, but that's to be expected. If you found this review helpful please click like.

Concessions are expensive but it's a great facility. The NHL game we saw was really well managed and all the video and audio feedback was great.

Great venue for the Jimmy Buffett concert with many nearby restaurants and hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean and well-kept. My only problem was with the drink prices and having to have everything poured in a separate cup. $5 for water is ridiculous. The large clear cups they use don't even have lids, which is an accident waiting to happen. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

It's awesome, but I might be saying that because the concert I went to was pretty awesome.

What else can you say, Bridgestone is the best live venue in Nashville

State of the art facilities. Had a fantastic time the arena.

Need cheaper prices but that will never happen. Btw more people will attend if you do this

Kiss killed it. See the show in a city close to you.
