Job gave me a box ticket to a Preds game. The assumption that the middle aged black guy was looking for the "200's" happened three times between the elevator and the box. Overall staff was friendly, food was decent and a I enjoyed the game.

There 5/27/17 for the last Eric Church concert. I had PIT tickets. Getting in was ok it could've been better. There was only 1 door for the pit ticket holders to get through and it was taking some time due to getting the bracelet at the door. It wasn't communicated very well that we could only go through 1 door especially with the general admission entrance banner hanging over several doors. Maybe next time have another door open so the poor women doing the bracelets aren't overwhelmed. All workers were very nice and welcoming had smiles on their faces even when when the concert was over and we were leaving. Getting out was easy and took no time at all. The security in the pit could've been better but I understand it's hard to control drunk people especially men. One man was arguing with his girlfriend and putting water all over people and then almost hit me in the face. I didn't eat there but did buy drinks, drinks on the floor level were 5 dollars for a big glass of soda which surprised me! That's cheap for a concert. And then a big glass of beer for 11.00. This is my 2nd time at Bridgestone. Will be back!
Great view from my seat ( sec 108 ) but absolutely zero leg room if I could have sat comfortably this would be 5 stars. Besides yhey loat in OT with 1 sec left. After holding a 1-4 lead earlier.
This was my second experience at Bridgestone. The first time, I gave a lower rating. I now feel that that rating was a bit undeserved. This time, I must say I felt far better review is deserved. The only reason for not giving 5 is parking. Parking in general in Nashville is a problem. My advice to those attending any event here is to rideshare (uber, lyft, or taxi). The sound quality of a music event seems to depend on where you sit. At my first show there, we sat directly in front of the stage about mid level, the quality was terrible. This time we were to the right of the stage in row "jj". This made for a great show. Of course it could also have to do with the set up and sound crews.
One of the best sports arenas I've been to ever. The atmosphere during predators games is infectious. They have full liquor bars. Mixed drinks are typically 9 dollars which is a lot cheaper than most arenas. The seats are comfortable and the layout is great.
I saw Sam Smith in concert here!!!! My first concert ever!!! He was absolutely amazing had a standing ovation from me from the minute he came out the first time although he had some technical difficulties they let him preform and go way over his concert time! This was the most thrilling event of my life with the most wonderfully humble and realist guy ever!! The place was very clean and the roar of the crowd gave me chills!!! The sound quality was amazing!!
One of the best hockey atmospheres I have experienced. Great layout and location for the rink - fans are awesome. Food and team stores are located throughout and have good selection.
The parking and accessibility of the convention center made my 26 minute drive, in no traffic, 38 minutes. For Nashville, that's amazing! Such a good time being at the arena. Food is outstanding. Prices are what you'd expect but you get what you pay for.
Well organized, clean, well staffed venue. It's large but you have no issue finding your seats due to all the help they offer. Plenty of food vendors and concessions.
Really great experience watching a hockey game. The vendors and amenities were top notch. The facility is laid out well and there is no shortage of entertainment, food, and lodging in the vicinity. Definitely one of the better hockey arenas I've been to for a game.
Mediocre beer selection. Kind of cramped but very aesthetically pleasing. There entry area is really nice with all of the windows. Food is a little pricey, but that what you get at a sports venue. Not terrible, probably will be back
What a WONDERFUL Night! This concert was Out Of Bounds! Every performance was Spot On! Everyone Young & Older seemed to be Completely Enjoying themselves! Everyone actually working for Bridgestone, here to help people get around, were nice & polite! Haven't had a bad visit here so far & have been here for several different functions!
This is the best venue to see a large concert or a Pred's game!! Always have fun when attending a game, the crowd is amazing and they make the games an adventure.
Very nice venue, great seats everywhere. A lot like that other food venue... KFC!! Both great venues!! KFC has 4th street live. Bridgestone has an easy 3 block from river entertainment strip... And I'm from KY. We love the Bridgestone area.... Book a room, you'll need it.
Two words: LEXUS LOUNGE! Go there, get in, get drinks, all you can eat, AND you can take it back to your seat! This was the icing on the cake for the Xscape and Janet Jackson concerts! Plus, sitting in section 114-115, there's direct access to the lounge from the floor! #inthere #everytime #theconcertsweregreattoo
