I'm sad to not be able to give a higher score. "Basic" technical info on company website simply does not line up with what staff say on phone. Then, they make poor excuse about the website! It's just careless or worse! Telephone presales help is poor. I called with intent to order!

Contacting the support team was easy and very helpful.

Their customer service was pretty on point. A lady by the name of Adrienne attended my call. I had more or less an idea what I was looking for and she was able to help me find out exactly what I needed. She didn't try to force anything extra, she simply told me what they have, how it works and how much it cost and I appreciate a business that works that way.

I'll be updating my review once I receive the product but otherwise their service was 10/10. Friendly, professional and straight to the point. Thank you, BrickHouse. Keep doing what you're doing.

Then using their GPS tracking system for years. Though it is double the cost of a T-Mobile tracking system and does not report mechanical issues it is far more mobile and that it can be placed anywhere and doesn't depend on being tied to the car's computer system. You can put it in a backpack for instance or in luggage or anywhere. T-Mobile system is half the price but again is dependent upon a cars computer system port. Meaning that it must be plugged into the port under the steering wheel.

What a terrible product and a poorly run company. You cannot talk to someone who can make a decision, their tech support is terrible and cannot fix simple issues. Stay away from this company, there are plenty of others that provide a better product at less of a price.

Works right out of the box once fully charged and easily setup the various tracking options I wanted and app easy to use.

I have managed several Customer Service Departments over the past 30 years and most recently a group of 23 people. I only wish that they all could take some lessons from BrickHouse Securities Customer Service Group.
Very courteous, professional and timely. Most recently Lea handled an order with a complex situation and could not have been more timely and professional. She made me feel at ease and was able to turn around a situation that others with other companies may have limped along getting the answers and making it happen. Nice Job Lea! She is not the only one. In the past 3 months others have mimicked her stellar performance. It makes me want to find other things to buy from this company. At the very least I declare myself a fan.

my experience with their GPS service was negative. GPS unit battery was poor. Reception and location was marginal. When I realized it was a waste of money I sent a request to cancel my subscription. They kept billing me no refund offered.

From the very first moment that I made contact, I was greeting with warmth. I received great information, and was able to make a decision on my purchase immediately.

Tech support is great also. Whenever I have a technical challenge, if I didn't
receive a phone call, I definitely received an email, and I was able to resolve
the issue.

Adam was truly repeat truly professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about his business. I work for Hilton, but due to pandemic I m out of work he offered discount which was nice as every little saved is a blessing. He answered every question I had sometime I asked same question over and over for clarification and he was patient. I explained the device is for my son who is away in college and he also being a father understand wanting to protect our kids. I could go on and on about this young man, but I will end with this guy is or should be on fast track to promotion.

Brickhouse called and corrected my issues. They said they didn't have my soon to be ex-husband's phone number linked with my account, so maybe he had my computer or email hacked (which is highly likely). They password protected my account for phone calls. Brickhouse was very thorough with following up. They expedited a replacement camera and provided a new app for use in iPhone. Note, the camera comes up with a different alphanumeric prefix than the directions said and the app in the directions doesn't work on iPhones. Brickhouse did a great job fixing my issues. The camera is working.

Horrible customer service. They made false promises about activating a tracker. The person who was on customer support had such a strong accent that I could not understand what he was saying. BrickHouse Security may have outsourced their customer service function to India. I was left feeling frustrated and deceived. I no longer trust BrickHouse Security to deliver on what they advertise or promise over the phone. IF you need reliable service BrickHouse Security is not the company to depend on.

Brickhouse is incredible! The hardware and software is the best out there and customer service is outstanding! I wouldn't shop anywhere else for your security needs!

I'm very disappointed with this company and will never use it again. I purchased a SlimCam Voice DVR Camera and, because the audio was terrible, I asked for a refund. Instead of refunding it to me, they forced me to exchange it for another one and sent me a fedex confirmation to return it. When the second SlimCam Voice DVR Camera arrived, it still had the same terrible audio, so I called again and asked for a direct refund, without any more exchanges. They told me if I wanted to return it, this time they couldn't provide a fedex confirmation and that I had to take care of shipping it back to them, and I did, via regular mail. Now they claim they never received the item and refuse to give me my refund. They obviously do this on purpose when something is sent back without a tracking number, and blame it on the USPS. What a coincidence that the second item I returned got lost in the mail, I will NEVER buy from this company again.

Educated, helpful staff. Excellent products. If you need to remotely track anyone these are the people to help you do it.

The unit I bought before this was defective and they sent another unit free, allowing me to used the box and paperwork to return the first unit.

Needed a cheap and reliable tracker to throw in my Jeep when it was at the dealer and then the shop and back to the dealer and back to the shop again! Got it back on an empty track the first time so I figured I d track it to see if and where they were going. Was able to buy the tracker and get up and running quickly. Dropped the tracker in my vehicle after hours and was able to see EXACTLY where they kept going and was able to call bs on them! They quickly apologized and fixed my vehicle quicker and even filled my tank and detailed my vehicle for the hassle.

Had to call Brickhouse to activate second device and add to my existing account and was greeted with kindness and professionalism! Was able to do everything I needed done in under 5 mins and I was very happy with the results!

Will definitely recommend and use their products in the future wherever I need to track something someone!!!

A terrible product. We ordered a tracker and followed all instructions. The tracker never worked and the customer service was terrible. Everyday the same responses with no results. We will be returning the product for a refund.

Brickhouse Security has one of the easiest GPS trackers to install, on the market. Wherever you 'lost' your car, and can't remember where you parked it, or if its ever taken away w/o your knowledge, one quick search on the internet, and you can find it. You can actually seeing it moving down the road, in real time to notify police. get one for every vehicle!! worth it!!

We have used the BrickHouse Nano Security units for many years, they're extremely accurate, we've never had issues with the unit or the tracking app at any time. It's been EXTREMELY helpful to us. Customer Service is knowledgeable, and helpful in saving us time and money.

This company has great support personel if you need to call for anything.

Spark Nano 6 is a defective product that should be taken off the market until the battery and/or software problems are fixed, at present their technical staff fails to correct the problems

This company is a fraud. They bought another company, removed live updates from the GPS, continued to charge customers even thought their devices did not work. When you try and cancel, they say "we don't show history of you trying to cancel so we cannot credit you back", How convenient! I never authorized Brickhouse to charge me in the first place. The company then outsources its billing issues to the Philippines where they cannot make a decision to handle billing issues, really? This company and service is a fraud! They could not build their own product, instead bought another company that had a working product, killed the features you paid for, then continues to bill you without communication. Unreal!
