Horrible customer service. They made false promises about activating a tracker. The person who was on customer support had such a strong accent that I could not understand what he was saying. BrickHouse Security may have outsourced their customer service function to India. I was left feeling frustrated and deceived. I no longer trust BrickHouse Security to deliver on what they advertise or promise over the phone. IF you need reliable service BrickHouse Security is not the company to depend on.
