Allen got me fixed up! While training to run a marathon I strained and severely injured some hip muscles about 6 weeks away from race day. I assumed I would try a massage therapist as a last resort before scratching my race. Allen found my psoas muscle was the issue and through weekly appointments got it to release and heal. I showed up on race day, pain free! On a side note, I was fighting some IT band issues for months and Allen recommended some improved sleep positions so my IT band would recover better after my long abusive runs. To my surprise, it fixed the IT band issue 100% and I have not had another flare up since I've taken his advice. I am very appreciative of Allen and can only hope other customers will have similar success. Thank you!
Allan is the BEST massage therapist in Greenwood. I go every 2 weeks. He's working on my arms and hands and left side sciatica. My sciatica has been at a minimum since Allan has been working with me. Also helping my hands as well.
I had been going to a chiropractor for years to no avail.
