I went wit a friend to pick up her order. The staff had no sense of responsibility. Mr. Jeffrey who took the order was tryin to escape when we opened the package to check the product. The product ws so bad that even if it ws given free of cost it cld not b used.. Huge visible black ink spots on the pic. The edges wer uneven. If you cant undrstands ppl's sentiments. Plz dont tk the work in ur hands. Coz fr U its jst a job bt fr others its a Memory.

One of the best place to lookout for wedding invitation cards in Mumbai. They have lot of good collections and variety of cards. You can get the customized ones too. They mainly have the collection of Christian wedding cards.

Felt like the staff is not bothered bout their customers

I would give them a negative star if I could. Went to them cause they are one of the most known wedding invite printers in Mumbai. I had high expectations and after looking at their sample cards I was sure they couldn't screw up a simple card. Firstly all the people there are old. And rude. Waited for half an hour before someone actually asked us what we wanted. I had sent them the design long ago and still had to wait. Once they made the sample, I had to actually cut out the paper and prepare the envelope myself even though it was supposed to be done by them. And despite that, the final invites were horrible. It felt like a 5 year old's artwork. The envelope was uneven, there were marks on the invites and so on. If I wanted such clumsy work, I would've done it myself. Really very disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone to get their cards done by them.

Terrible service. the lady at the store is extremely rude and has no idea about how to treat customers, or to show them the items that they are looking for. All she does is make sarcastic and sassy remarks. I would recommend you to see any other store in the lane as there are many.

Too busy to care abt customers. My choice of card paper wasnt available, which i got to knw whn i personally calld on de day previous to delivery date. N de person speakin to me simply suggested tht i choose anothr papr wth no sign of regret whtsovr, eithr in nt bein able to provide for it, or the fact that they waited till the last momnt to infrm, that too whn i calld to confirm abt de delivery. The lead tym between ordr n delivery is so long tht i cudv gotten two to 3 cards consecutively, frm the card company i later got it frm. Customisation option was much bettr wth the othr card company. N yes, the options provided wer more in variety in the othr company. All in all, i wudv given 0 stars, if ther wer such an optn

One of the most horrible experience ever. Zero customer service. It can't believe it took them 23days to print my wedding card & card was still printed with wrong colors and design. I wish I can give them -5 stars. All those people who gave D&C 5stars are their own staff members.

Placed an order for Mortuary Magnets on 15th Sept,2017. Despite after several followups they did not handover on the delivery date. They delayed the date of delivery and on the date of delivery the work done was shabby, shoddy and so unprofessional. Total disappoinment. Pathetic customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The staff is least bothered about the customer they literally walk off. This side most disappointing when u r so excited about your wedding. After we we're treated this way v started to leave they got together and cribbed about us not giving an order. Who would want to if they r least bothered.

The people here are so busy that they really don't know how to treat customers. We hated the experience here. Maybe because they have a lot of customers they have forgotten to care about someone who walks in. I had a bad experience and we would never wanna go back in.

Heritage wedding card shop.I guess they completed more than 50 years. Mostly famous for Catholic wedding cards and accessories. Owners are nice and friendly. The decorations available are awesome.

Very unfriendly and disinterested staff. I had gone to enquire for wedding invitation cards, They are not very service friendly and are priced higher than the market price. For cards, i would suggest you walk further 500m on JSS road and there is a street full of wedding card shops for more variety and reasonable prices
