I absolutely loved how easy it was to schedule my appointment. Once I arrived I was able to pull right in. They took my information, and advised me that it would take approximately 1 hour. I drove away 1 hr later with a clean Equinox.
I would highly recommend Lake Chevrolet.
Keep up the GREAT customer service.

Went to their service department with a blown head gasket - a major and expensive repair. Roman in the service department was professional, helpful and I trusted his advice. He helped me weigh the pros/cons of repairing it vs. buying a different car. I will return to Braeger on 27th for all car repairs on both of our cars, and we'll probably buy our next car from them.

Craig always gets me in the schedule and fixes my car right the first time. The mechanic that works with Craig, Josh comes out to the front desk and greets me and we talk about what is going on and what was fixed so i know what to look for and expect. These guys are super good at their jobs!

I had to call several times to set up appointment for an issue that was covered under warranty. No one returned my call even though I left my phone number each time. The hours for service is not convenient for someone who works an 8 - 5 job. Communication and overall attitude was poor. Rather than go back when I was due for my free oil change I chose to go to Goodyear where I knew I'd receive a friendly good morning and great service.

the guy i dealt with when i had an issue with my car was amazing, his name was chris and he was extremely friendly, got things done in a timely matter, and called me everyday to keep me updated. he did his job perfectly. i was extremely impressed with how i was treated.

My Cruze was in for an oil leak repair ... the service people not only fixed the repair, but also offered to pull out a small dent in the door ... at minimal cost to me. Much cheaper than putting a claim in with my insurance provider! The door looks great, and the leak is all repaired under warranty! Very pleased, and would recommend Braeger to everyone ... the car comes back washed and looks fantastic every time!

I went into Braeger yesterday to have them locate ...

I went into Braeger yesterday to have them locate and fix a leak in my coolant system and repair some broken struts on my car. After having a trusted mechanic locate these issue I went to them to have them repaired under warranty. When I got there the service representative was on the phone and told me to sit down while he finished on the phone. The rep never returned to talk to me and had me sit waiting while they drove my car in without asking me any questions. Half hour later the service rep returned and told me I was crazy and that there was no leak on the struts or the water pump and he would replace it for my state of mind if I was going to make such a big deal about it. Doubting that my mechanic would send me on a wild goose chase I went to Heiser Chevy just to confirm. Hesier found and is currently fixing both issues under my warranty. I'm not sure why any dealer would refuse service to a warranty but this is clearly what was done. They did not want to service my car because it was under warranty and lied about there being a problem with my car. I hope this was an honest mistake, but the rude service and denial of an issue is unacceptable and leads me to believe otherwise. From here on out I will be driving the extra distance to go to a different dealer and I would encourage anyone else to do the same.

I made an appointment to go see a car but when I arrived, the vehicle had been sold & no resolution was offered even though they had already did a credit check. Contacted the "manager" Michelle Furrer, I have yet to get a response. This was 10 days ago.

Took my car for oil change and tire rotation took car back home, everything seemed normal, next morning ready to go to work, noticed a noise on the rear tire, checked and the lug nuts where completely loose! Checked my tire pressure and was all over some low some over inflated call dealer they said they will send someone to fix it, nobody showed up, torqued all lug nuts my self and drove to dealer...lost all day on this, not sure if I want to go back.

What an incredible experience here. Truly blown away. Santiago was very patient, laid back & knew his product knowledge. I threw a trim level out, he told me price. I talked about the competition, he respectfully demonstrated why FORD was a better value or outperformed the another brand's offering.

Having told Santiago this first visit was a fact finding day ONLY, and that it will be two more weeks (minimum) before I receive a total loss check due to theft, his pleasant demeanor & smile did not falter.
Most sales associates will not go above & beyond for a guest if they know.

I test drove an Explorer Sport... but it felt too small for my taste. Then Santiago helped narrow down the trim level I wanted.... and showed me an F150 Lariat 2.7L EcoBoost and a F250 Lariat Turbo-Diesel 6.7L

If I purchase a FORD, Santiago will be my sales person & Braeger will be the Ford dealership that earns my business! I've been to 3 other FORD dealerships in MKE and I was NOT impressed elsewhere!!!!

When i called, i was treated rudely. There were no loaner cars for me to use. after I dropped off my vehicle i was told that nothing was wrong with my vehicle the next day. Two days later my vehicle would not start again. I lost wages and had to run around to secure my own rental car. I purchased this and several other vehicles from this location. Im very dissatisfied and i still don't have my car back.

Zach H and his team went above and beyond to get me into the car of my dreams. I thought it was a long shot walking in there and they worked with me on my trade in and the car price and got me exactly where I wanted to be and felt combfortable. The service was fast and didn't hassle you into buying things you didn't need. Detailed the car right before I got there and had me in and out of there. Highly recommend Zach and highly recommend Braeger Chevrolet for getting yourself a new car!

We came to breager Chevrolet on August 22nd, 2017 to look for a car. Our sales agent was David Maneage. He was awesome! He was patient with us since this was a big decision for us. We didn't know if we would qualify for a new car. We also had the help of Willie Burazin our sales consultant. After giving it alot of thought we decided we liked the new chevy cruise. This was the biggest decision we ever made. And after all the hard work david and willie put into our financing to make sure we could get the car and afford our payments. Our dream came true! We got the car we wanted! We don't think this would have happened without all the time David and Willie put into our new car purchase. We plan on having our new car for along time. But in the far future we will definitely be back to braeger and ask for David to help us buy our 2nd car. In the end our experience at braeger was outstanding!

Took my truck in for squeeking brakes three times and they are still squeaking. I never had this type of issue with any breaks. Its very annoying when your backing up or sometimes driviving and hit the breaks and tbey squeaky. There has got to be something that has to be done. This truck onlly a 2017. I shouldnt have to worry about my breaks squeaking.

STAY AWAY! This dealership is dishonest. Nick (the service manager) and Steve are especially scammers. Nick offered no resolution and as a business owner myself, I know the owner would have fixed this huge communication error which only costed me. They repaired a minor repair and charged me $450 without my consent. The tactics are unethical. They called me with word play and although I asked to be called before repair, they did it anyway. Go to another dealer, you ve been warned.

I had been to so many car dealerships and experienced terrible customer service but when I walked into Braeger I knew this would be the one. Jason Nuss was the BEST he greeted me at the door and from that point on it was nothing but good encounters with him. I scheduled to pick up my car but I had to deal with a family emergency instead Jason insured me that he would hold the car for me until I was able to come in and pick it up. I was not treated better any where else they got me a affordable deal with the bank I could not be happier with my car buying experience!!

I am calling their number on google and I press 1 for service like the prompt says. All I want to do is set up a pre-return inspection. Other than this we ve had decent experience with this dealership.

I bought my vehicle from this location before it was Lake Chevy. I recently had them change the oil. I decided for the next oil change, I would just change it myself. When crawling under the car, I was able to drain the oil from the plug and replace the oil plug, no problem. Next, I was to remove the oil filter. I wrap my hands around it and try to take it off. I am by no means a small person (6'3'' 275lbs). So I went to my trusty oil filter wrenches to try and remove it. The oil filter ripped but, did not turn. I pulled as much of the material away as possible to get a clear view of the most stable part of the filter, the lid. I tried to use a chisel to force it to move, it did not. So I decided to have it towed to this locate to have them assess it and remove it. My wife got a call stating it would be $1800, when she asked why, they told her the oil pan needed to be replaced and that meant removing suspension components and then having the vehicle re-aligned. After I heard this I called the same person she talked to and asked what needed to be done. I replied, "What suspension components need to be moved?" The representative seemed taken back and fumbled. I am sure they don't recall all conversations so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He told me he would put me on hold and look it up. When he came to the phone he said the steering rack needed to be moved in order to drop the oil pan. You don't have to know much about cars to know, that a steering rack is not part of any suspension. I also asked how they came to the conclusion the oil pan needed to be replaced, he replied they assessed the treads and couldn't get the filter lid off, which meant they were damaged. In order to see the threads you need to remove the item in questions. Unfortunately for them, I own the complete manual for this vehicle to break it down to the frame and build it back up. The oil pan job does not require any suspension to be removed, only the sway bar which is 4-6 bolts model dependent, one could argue it assist the suspension. They certainly lived up to the stigma of the name dealerships earn "Stealership". It appears they didn't try other methods that a mechanic should before just replacing parts. bend and cut it off maybe? I would certainly would have if I had a lift in my garage. The thread that holds the oil filter on can be re-tapped, replaced, which possibly means dropping the pan, I am not sure on this model, other models just require an allen key to to unscrew it. Rather displeased with customer service, either the tech was lying and trying to steal money, under trained or told to generate the most cost for a simple repair.

Update *** 7/10/20*** Had my truck towed to another shop. They were able to look at the torn filter, remove it. Took them literally 5 minutes to get the job done. I came back to the stealership as the service manager wanted to speak with me. I presented the evidence, asked a few question in relation to what they actually did. Got the same BS, handed the receipt from the other garage with the diagnosis and timestamps on how long it. The service manager didn't seem to care about the learning opportunity, so I will be going higher up the chain to make sure this opportunity doesn't go unseen for it's educational purpose. It's now clear to me where the problem lies.

The other garage was able to turn the stuck filter off, place a new one, add oil and noted no damage to the treads that hold the filter. The cost just under $89. This stealership tried to tell my wife and I it was going to $1800 to replace the oil pan and there was no other way to fix this issue.

Be aware, ask questions and do research.

Second transmission in 08 enclave broke, warranty expired by 3 months( first one by 5k miles). Wouldn't even consider looking at it or helping out. "Out of our hands" they said. Told me to take it up with GM. you can guess how far that went. Never GM again.

My experience at Braeger Chevrolet was wonderful. Salesman Adam White was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listen to my needs and the budget I had set for myself. After picking out the right vehicle Adam went over and beyond to work out the perfect deal for my new car and my trade in. Also got $1500 cash back AWESOME!!!!! I m having a issue with my seats. The material is releasing micro fiber that is causing the air quality of my vehicle to become toxic. I was told that my warranty does not cover wear and tear but I honestly think this is a manufacturer issue. I ve never been in a car where this has happened. Im not sure if the integrity of the seat cushion is compromised and releasing particles through the fabric or what is going on. I ll be reaching out to the Chevy corporate office to see if they can fix my issue because it is becoming dangerous. I do drive my car often and it s getting to the point where I can t drive it.

I leased the 2019 Blazer last year from Lake Chevrolet.
Although it is a really fantastic car I needed something a bit bigger so I went with the gorgeous 2020 Traverse.
I just picked it up today....Josh made the entire transition completely smooth, he really knows his stuff.
He is funny, knowledgeable and answered every question I had.
Our finance person David Maneage was wonderful and very efficient !
We met Willie, a total sweetheart.....I love this warm, personable dealership !!

Sales rep Mike Fuller did an amazing job he knew my needs and budget and my past experience with Chevy products. He had a couple options for me. I bought a preowned Equinox. Detail work could have been better. A couple days later actually noticed a cracked tail light. Called Mike. Scheduled an appointment to take a look at it. Heres where they lost me. Talking to the parts counter guy with Mike as my witness. Parts counter guy said he has the taillight in stock. Cool ok mike gets the run around. Service rep comes out ten minutes later and said with mike standing right there "part wont be in till monday."

I would definitely put more than 5 stars if I could! They provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new Chevy! The time taken by James and Leo were greatly appreciated. We will be coming back for more vehicles in the future and recommending people to come to Braeger Chevrolet! The customer service James and Leo provided was also excellent. I am glad we found a trusting dealership to go to! :)

Went for a differential flush and cover replacement. Customer service was pretty much perfect. Wait time was a little long, but it wasn't too far off what the said it would be. As far as price goes they were better than almost everyone else. Good work and great customer service

It's been over 11 years since I last bought a car ...

It's been over 11 years since I last bought a car as I dread the process. The hagling and back and forth are normally painful. I found a car online with Braeger Thursday morning and by Friday afternoon it was mine. We worked with Tony and he was wonderful.... Very personable and never pushy. He made the process easy and smooth. I love my car and know we got a great price! I would defiantly recommend him again!
