The sales people are wonderful, they bent over backwards to help you in any way they can, of course while trying to get you to purchase their merchandise; but once you close the deal, and need additional help it's imposible to get them to anything! You are no longer a priority on their list. I purchased a truck for my husband as a surprise for Father's Day; however, the truck has a burned light... I've been trying to get them to fix it since then and they won't even return my calls! SO SAD! I honestly thought this was a prestigious and trusted company.
Very disappointed customer!

So just like all the rest, if they can not up sale you on the sale, then they don't want to do business. They will have you thinking like many others they can not finance you. Car buying is a hassle because many dealers is trying to get the most out of sale.

Well lets do the math. Cost of vehicle (Up to $45, 000 or more) + dealer fee ($299/$300) taxes ($500 to $1, 000), License Plates & Stickers, or Temporary tag for out of town buyer (Me: $250-$500) Gap Coverage ($500 or more). Well that is how your down payment ends up looking like chicken feed. How they say they can not finance you.

Will promise you the world. Over it. Want get my business. Writing letter of cease and desist all communications and sending by certified mail. I wish I would get so much as a happy birthday. i'm suing for harassment.

Why, when I call and was beyond forth coming about my financial and credit history for valid reason you LIED!!!!! Don't need to do business with greedy dealerships.

Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was great! I don't like being "sold" to. Monica from internet sales, Darryl in sales and the sales manager Jim kept me informed, were honest, and really listened to what was important to me. 5 star service!

It took the mechanic several times to solve the mystery. With the technically advanced cars we drive now, that is not unusual. Problem solved.and.performance has never been better since buying a Certified Pre Owned automobile. The warranty was honored.and the Equinox was fixed. My Service Advisor was professional and worked with the warranty. I will.endorse Breager Chevrolet to all my friends.

My car has issues. More baggage than a cocaine dealer sometimes, but Scott Hansen takes them all in stride and manages them with finesse! Since I drive by the dealership about four times per day in my role as a home care dietitian, I stopped in to talk about my latest problem, which was that the engine was "winding" too high. That was my best description and all I could give him. He said no problem, bring it in tomorrow so I did and he fixed it promptly (it required a new alternator) with no real effort required on my part other than to find a loaner car while mine was in. I really appreciate Scott and his laid-back attitude and ability to not treat me like a stupid female. I know when my car is acting up as I spend a great deal of time in it and he takes me seriously. I may not describe my problems well, but he still manages to solve them. Thanks, Scott!

This is for Braeger Ford not Chevy.
I bought F150 there, service it there. Recently needed body work so took my truck to body shop.

One of the worst experiences I ve had at a dealership. Miserable follow up, for weeks had no idea what was happening unless I called.

Was promised a loaner vehicle. But wasn t available when promised. I was told a couple of days, was never called back. Ended up making awkward arrangements with family to get to work, pick up kids etc.

Sent body shop manager email regarding my surprise and disappointment with the process. got a voicemail a few days later from Brad in body shop using my words from that email in a mocking way.

Sent voicemail to body shop manager and operations manager, saying I will not work with Brad on body shop anymore.

Terribly stressful experience. Never again will I go to Braeger ford sales or service.

Problem was found to be with the tires, and a file was setup with GOODYEAR, to hopefully resolve.

I paid over $800 to have brakes replaced and rotors are already rusting, mind you they are less than a week old. I am now being told that you have rotors that don't rust but they cost a little more. I was not told about this option when I was there otherwise I would have chose it. Who wants parts that rust easily? There was no rust on my original parts and those were over six years old. I thought, going to the dealer, I would get the same quality parts. Nevertheless, why would you sell inferior parts to people and not inform them of better options? These so called "new" rotors make my vehicle look bad. I used to feel comfortable bringing my vehicle here for service, but not anymore.

Buying a car was very efficient, met all my needs and offered me multiple options during the process.

Excellent service on my 2015 Ford Edge. I didn't have to call them for updates, they called me and took care of the fleet billing for me.

Best Service of any SE Wisconsin Dealership Ive been to. I drive 20 miles for my maintenance instead of the dealership only 5 miles from my residence. Chad Sandman is a trustworthy and knowledgeable Service Advisor! Super comfy lounge for waiting too!

Best dealership I have ever been to in Milwaukee! I ve checked out other dealerships for service on my Chevy, but Braeger is beyond the best in Milwaukee. Other dealerships I ve felt like they always wanted to sell me a new car or a new part my car didn t need, but Braeger doesn t do that. It s so nice to sit and drink a warm cup of coffee while waiting for my car to be serviced and not be bombarded by every salesman trying to sell me a new car. Glen Lewis is so sweet and down to earth at Braeger, as is every other employee there. I throughly enjoy coming to Braeger and I trust them with my car. So glad to find a trustworthy dealership in Milwaukee!

The work was just fast and furious these guy made me cry the first time I picked up my car the second time I had an accident I came equipped with kleenex. I felt like James bond gena Sanchez and her crew made me whole again. I now own a cadillac and gena and her crew are once again helping me with a non ford how awesome is that trust me these people are dedicated and meticulous with attention to time restraints. Also the lobby is gorgeous with coffee and cappuccino if u don't need cafiene they have bottled water

Leo was very helpful when I needed to purchase a car to replace my old one. He walked me through the cars on the lot that were in my price range and helped me find the one I wanted.
I certainly will come back when it's time for me to buy another car.

Had recall work, and routine maintenance and was really impressed with the staff and the service at Breager Chevrolet. I'll recommend them to everyone I know and will continue to bring my vehicle to them for the excellent work they do.

Normally I wouldn't go to the dealership but in this case. They were available at the perfect time. I had been to at least 6 different local shops and they could not figure out how to solve my brake problem. So after almost 1month of money spent on thing that didn't need to be replaced. Kevin at the dealership solved my probem!!!! I will definitely be back.

I came in without a reservation for an oil change but I got in ok and Braeger again surpasses any dealer out there for quality service. Thank you.

Braeger Chevrolet Provies Excellent Car Buying Experience

Up until now, I have absolutely hated buying cars. It was kind of a necessary evil. In the past, with other dealerships, it has taken me the entire day to purchase a car (at least 8 hours or more), and it was beyond tedious. It was like they were afraid for me to leave until I took delivery of the vehicle. Then after all that time, when I did get the car, I felt like they were rushing through everything else (showing me the features, etc.) just to be done with this long process. It is really tough with a 7-year old to give up that kind of time. So, I was expecting to have the same kind of experience when I went to purchase my Chevrolet Equinox at Braeger.

I was so pleasantly surprised. Their website was very easy to use and navigate. I found an ideal car that I was looking for, and my husband called Braeger and scheduled an appointment to view the vehicle. Our appointment was with Matt Kreckler, who did an absolutely wonderful job as our salesperson. He had the car ready to go when we arrived. Matt was extremely knowledgeable about the car and cars in general. So, we went for a test drive, and we really liked the car. Matt answered all of our questions. At that point, we decided we wanted to purchase the car. So, Matt introduced us to WIllie Burazin, the Used Car Sales Director, and Willie got some information from us so he could get the paperwork process going (Credit Check, financing, etc.). Then, Matt told us this would take a little while (because it was later afternoon on a Saturday), and so we didn't have to wait, we set up an appointment for a few days later to take delivery of the car and sign the paperwork. It was REALLY EASY. When I came to take delivery of the car the following week, everything was ready for me to sign. I was in and out in an hour They even got my insurance changed to the new car for me ahead of time. Also, Matt sat in the car with me and showed me all the features of the car. He helped me set up my On Star Account and synch my iPhone via the car's Bluetooth feature. He even set all my pre-set radio buttons for me!

Also, the car looked beautiful. It was immaculate inside and out. When I pulled away with the new car, everything was set the way I wanted and ready to go, which was so nice. Matt saved me the time of reading how to set everything up. Most people thought it was a brand new car. The process was so easy and painless...I actually really liked buying this car! The service was absolutely excellent...I cannot say enough about it.

I had never purchased an American made car prior to this car, and I have to say that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my Equinox. It has all the features on it that I was looking for and more and was reasonably priced. Both Matt and WIllie told me that I would love this car, and I do. I've owned the Equinox for two months now, and I couldn't be more happy with my choice!

I would highly recommend Braeger Chevrolet, Matt and Willie specifically, and their finance department. If you're looking for a car, I would highly recommend seeing what Braeger might be able to offer you. I will definitely go back when we're looking for another car.

Horrible place to get the service done and purchase products!

Great shopping experience with a wide selection. My salesman, Mike Fuller, went out of his way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the choice that I was making and was very helpful in weighing the pros and cons of the vehicles I was interested in. I ended up with a car that I love!

This was, by far, the best car buying experience ever! Prior to coming to Braeger, I was at Lynch in Kenosha where they tried to rip me off. Fuming on my drive to Braeger, I wasn t optimistic.

Thankfully, I knew Tony Kossow s sister and both of us being Veterans, I knew he would do his best to help me. From the beginning he was 100% honest and didn t pressure me to look at particular vehicles or up sell me.

At the end of the day, I was able to purchase an amazing 2016 Chevy Silverado at a fantastic price. Heather in finance was no nonsense and kept it real. She did an amazing job getting me into a much better loan than Lynch offered, despite being 5 months out of Ch 7 bankruptcy. She was able to work a deal so that I could afford the warranty.

I highly recommend Tony and Heather as they were probably the two most honest individuals I ve ever met in the car buying process.

I enjoy being a loyal customer. We experience great customer service every time. The only downfall for me is that I believe I should have received a higher amount on my trade in.

Showed up at noon, drove off at just after three. No hassle, no games, very straight forward. As low stress as buying a new car can really be. Ask for Brian.

New Vehicle Purchase of 2014 Sliverado

Great customer service - Judd treated me like family. No pressure sales really allowed me to ask questions and come to conclusions based on helpful input from Judd. I have purchased 9 vehicles in my lifetime and until buying this truck, I spent a lot of time on the internet finding what I wanted for fear of high pressure sales tactics and sales tricks, and then spending as little time at the dealership as possible (get in and get the hell out!). This was based in large part on prior dealership experiences. My experience buying from Judd, and working with both Jim and Sarah really changed my mind. I can honestly say that I will likely keep in touch with Judd to see what's coming down the line. In addition, I will definitely be making my next purchase/trade-in etc... through Judd. It was that good of an experience.

It is encerio.for programming a brake censor 400 dollars and it is the second time that I have it for the same problem and I do not know when it will be delivered too expensive .. I do not recommend that place

First I want to say this dealer always treat me very good. The bad reviews are just nonsense. They are prompt in getting my truck looked at and the tech that look at my truck is very thorough. Jessie is understanding and polite. Her team gets five stars from me . I've been a customer since 2015 and I wont go to any other dealer in the milwaukee area. Jeremy , my tech today was awesome and took his time to do everything he could to resolve my problem. A big thanks for these guys . I hope to not have to come back for a while but I know if I do , they will handle business.

I've bought many cars from dealership's however, I have never been to a dealership that does not have a pushy sales person that just wants the sale untill I walked into Braeger Chevrolet. The response was easy going and felt comfortable. I was introduced to Doug Voigt, sales consultant. He asked a few general questions about what "he" could do for me and after explaining what I was looking for and my budget he pulled up the car I was looking for. After test driving the vehicle and finding a few noises that I was concerned about he talked to his manager who then took the car for a drive. After getting back the car was taken right to service to be look at. It turns out that service was going to replace the rear shocks and the front strut bushings. With that said and the repairs being their responsibility as stated, I bought the car. There was no fuss over them fixing it or and haggling about it. There was total professionalism about making sure I get the car and a totally safe one at that. I told Doug only a couple of times this car was for my daughter and it needed to be safe as it is her first car. He agreed and knew where I was coming from.
I cannot say enough about Dog Voigt. He is professional however, he is a sales consultant that many other consultants need to take lessons from! In the short time we talked waiting for service to get back to us he made you feel like you knew him for years. Maybe its just me but, Maybe it was having some of the same common interests? Well, I've never encountered this from a sales consultant. He goes completely out of his way making sure that the customer is satisfied from start to finish. I will recommend Doug Voigt and Braeger Chevrolet to my friends and family. I just hope he is still there in four years when I come looking for my new truck.

I called the service department in desperation yesterday when my 4year old pushed the latch on my door and the door wouldn t close & car would not start. Road side (onstar) could not help and I decided to call lake Chevrolet where I got my Chevy in February. I got John in the phone and he got us running!! Thank you so much!!! I really appreciate it! I do not recommend buying any vehicle from Braeger. Everyone is nice untill you have a problem. I even spent the extra money and bought glass coat protection it says it protects the paint I have a 2012 Ford escape the rear wheel wells and back end of the SUV full of Rust!! After going there twice leaving 5 messages nobody calls back! I went a third time they took pictures even admitted that they have had problems with rust on this year vehicle said they would fix it but I got a call back saying there is nothing they can do!!! A 2015 should not have rust it's just rediculous I feel like I was robbed buying the extra protection!!

OK it a car dealership will (maybe understandably) not let you drive with out a sales person.

Tony made this nerve wracking experience not so bad. I came in this morning and was out the door with a new ride this afternoon. Andrew the finance guy was super patient and very helpful in explaining my options. I never felt forced or prodded in any way.

I've always had decent experiences at Braeger. They tend to take good care of the vehicles they are selling and do a good job of prepping them. Only thing that got me this time was that when I bought my truck I told the salesman I'd be bringing plates from my old truck to transfer, but he just ordered me new plates anyways without my knowledge. So, I had to pay a couple extra bucks, but not a huge deal. They worked with me to get the vehicle certified through Ford like I wanted and that was greatly appreciated.

Horrible experience. Sales would not call me back. "busy with customers" Braeger would not take down payment on a vehicle. I was told that internet price was valid then changed price on line without being told. I was told by Sales Manager that "this is how i price my cars" when price changed. General Manager did not return phone calls or respond to email. Will never do business with them again. Would go less than one star if i could.

Scott went above and beyond, my easiest auto buying experience ever. Up front with all information, answered all questions and no pressure.

Bob is a great salesman. He doesn t try to swindle you into something that you can t afford, or something that isn t what you want. I told him what I wanted and within 15 minutes I was sold on a great used Equinox. Him and Brandon the finance gentleman made the whole process so easy for me. Brandon came and personally talked to me instead of having Bob run back and forth with my options. They both were great to work with and I will be a Braeger customer for life!
