I had to call several times to set up appointment ...

I had to call several times to set up appointment for an issue that was covered under warranty. No one returned my call even though I left my phone number each time. The hours for service is not convenient for someone who works an 8 - 5 job. Communication and overall attitude was poor. Rather than go back when I was due for my free oil change I chose to go to Goodyear where I knew I'd receive a friendly good morning and great service.
