His kindness and sincere personality was a refreshing change to see in a sales representative. It was such a smooth and speedy process. Not to go without praise is Sarah in the finance department not only did she answer all questions and explain in detail but her charming personality and outgoing kindness made the whole process a wonderful and pleasurable experience.
