Worst company ever. I have developed an apps with them. They estimate me about 3/4 Month to complete the project. But they have taken 1 Years. After that they have demanded extra money for fixing bug.

First and Foremost thing after one year you are blaming the company can I ask you why so? now why you want to create the conflict when you have mentioned that settlement has been done whatever you asked company has provided you and everything is settled now and after one year when things are sorted out at the best level and after an year you are blaming the company. Now second thing let me tell you here, people are working since eight years and without complaining if the directors behaviour is that much worst then why they are working here. I want to bring in the notice that how can he judge the person only in a month? we all employees have a great bonding with our director ( Mr. Nitin) and the atmosphere we get here its really appreciable as he listens us and give the solution of every problem. its really wrong to blame someone like this he has sattled the matter may be you are right on your behalf and some issues may have taken place but you have mentioned everything is settled. So i dont think now there is any point to take this issue out and want to advise you our director is handling the teams and many people work here since years and his behaviour and patience is appreciable so please know him more in terms of positivity, I am sure you have a misunderstanding instead of being rude and spoiling the image of company you can visit to the office and sort your issues and I dont think director has told you that i am folding the hands and all I dont know about it but if he has told you so he respects the company and asking you to sort out the matter what else he can ask, I think you should keep the courtesy and come to office and if you will not put efforts to sort out the negativity so no one help you out instead of making thing publicly please let give company a chance ! Worst company culture I have ever encountered. There is no process of work, no professionalism. Salary is delayed by almost 1 month. Company CEO says he doesn't have funds to pay salary (still buys Audi for himself using company funds). 99% clients go dissatisfied and cursing this company due to illogical costs without getting the work done.
