I flew in from out of state to purchase a 2019 sprinter 4wd from Mike a couple weeks ago. Mike was easy to work with and communicated very well via phone, txt, and email. The price was fair out of the gate and there were no surprises on the final numbers. Thanks again Mike!

Very happy with the service department at Mercedes Benz of Fredericksburg. I was traveling to Florida from New Jersey over the 4th of July holiday in my CLK 320. I had trouble on 95, and needed to get towed to the nearest dealer. It was 100 degrees outside, and I had my dog with me. I dropped the car off right before they closed on July 2nd, and by 10 AM the next morning, they had diagnosed the problem, and told me they would have me back on the road shortly. They were very busy, and yet they managed to have everything fixed for me in a few hours. A manager of the service department, Amanda, worked with my warranty to help cover the cost, and they let me sit inside in the air conditioner with my dog while I waited! Great experience all around, and couldn't be more grateful that they were able to help me get to my family for the 4th of July holiday.

after a BAD experience with the roadside service, Ian was excellent. the car was repaired faster than elected. I've been pleased with Mercedes of Fredericksburg since day 1. The sales process was easy and smooth, and I am satisfied with the transaction. However, that said, I am very unsatisfied with the parts department. I wanted a third key. Once the paperwork was done I went to the parts department to order it. Nick told me it would take a day or so, and that was fine. I received an voice mail from Nick telling my my key was ready. I went today to pickup my key only to find out it has to be programmed to my car and I would need an appointment at the Service Department. All of this is fine IF I had been informed of this. As it is now, I have to return AGAIN to have my Key Programmed, and I live a little over 100 miles away from the dealership. This is very poor customer service in my opinion.

What a great experience! It was 100% worth the drive from DC. We saved a bunch of money and the staff was incredible . I want to thank Marcus and his whole team for making this the easiest car buying experience I have had.

Mercedes Benz of Fredericksburg service department is by far the best I have experienced. I drive 1.5 to 2 hours one way from Maryland to go to this dealership because of the exceptional customer service, quality work and more reasonable pricing. I have 4 dealerships within 15 to 30 minutes of my home and I have tried all 4 and none of them even come close to the Gold Standard for service as MB of Fredericksburg. Steve Appel is my service agent and he as well as all of the service team have always far exceeded my expectations. I cannot say enough great things about the service department, professionalism,quality work and competitive pricing.

Looking for used vehicle and thanked sales rep for info but said that what they had was not exactly what I was looking for. Later a Used Sales Manager called, recognized my concerns and distance (3+ Hr drive from NC) and said that he could cut the price and would make it worth my trip, so I loaded family and drove up. Vehicle was OK, but my daughter found a defective seatbelt, that could not be buckled and the staff couldn t fix. Finally, after over an hour, they got around to price and the amount that they came off the list price to make it worth my trip may have just covered my mileage, but definitely not cover the repair to the seatbelt that was going to have to come out of my own pocket when I got home (probably just an indicator of more to come.) Wasted 8+ hours and drove >240 miles to have Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg try and wear me out and manipulate numbers to make a sell. Glad that I took my kids, disappointed that we wasted 8 hours on a Saturday, listening to their poor sell tactics. Stay away!

I purchased a 2020 Mercedes GLE 350 4Matic from Huber Motor Cars in Fredericksburg VA in Feb 2020. The sales associate I worked with was Ryan Brent. Overall, my purchasing experience at Huber was outstanding. Most importantly, I received an excellent deal -- I previously gave my purchasing experience at Huber Motor Cars 5-Stars.

I can now rate Huber s Service Department; they too earn 5-Stars! I had a few warranty issues with my GLE that I identified after purchase, and Steve Appel (my Service Advisor) did a commendable job addressing them. Steve treated me with respect, took my concerns seriously, and ensured they were accurately documented and communicated to the service technician. I also highly recommend Tech 112. He did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle on the first attempt to include a driver seat that had an internal creak when going around curves. Tech 112 rode with me, identified the culprit causing the creak, and eliminated it! Thank you both, your concern and attention to detail have made my Mercedes ownership experience simply phenomenal. I give Steve, Tech 112, and the Huber Mercedes Service department my highest recommendation. I will ask for them both by name on my next service visit you should too.

Ryan Brent, along with the entire staff (at least the ones I dealt with) was truly great to work with! VERY knowledgeable about the MB brand and it's competitors. Was very forthright with the plusses and minuses of MB versus BMW, Porsche, etc. Great to work with - as was the team that dealt with purchasing my trade-in and the person who spent a good deal of time teaching me how to use the features on the vehicle. WAY better car-buying experience than some I've had in the past.

It was REALLY an awesome experience. Everyone was so nice and they didn t make you feel like you were being forced to do anything. I have to admit, they really went the extra mile to work with you and get you into a nice Mercedes. Can t say enough great things about the people and the service - second to none. Worst service I ever had, they take weeks before they gave you an answer on a diagnostic, and never return the phone calls. The service advisor Steve is the worst.

These guys really know how to treat a customer. Roy went out of his way to accommodate me. They will certainly earn my business in the future.

I drove about an hour and a half to come check out a few cars. Fully prepared to purchase a car. I had four on my list to look at. After they brought out the first one and took my drivers license so I could test drive it, I looked around the car and decided that I didn't like it and to not waste the dealers time i went back in to tell him I wanted to move on the the next one. The manager came running out of his office and demanded to see my list of cars I wanted to see. I told him the other dealer had it. He said at this late of night he didn't want me to see them all and that we could Finnish tomorrow. This is an hour and a half before closing. I've never been spoken to so rudely by someone in the business of making money. If you want my opinion go to Alexandria, Bethesda or Tysons, stay far away from here.

Quick and easy process. Very professional and friendly staff. When I discovered a problem with the AC the day I purchased the car, they had me bring it right back in to be repaired at no cost to me! Excellent service when under previous management, Huber motorcars on the other hand has some growing pains, but they are working it out and I feel they will be up to the same quality of service I was used to in the past . I have purchased several Mercedes from them and will continue to do so in the future, not the cheapest or best deals on Mercedes, but pleasant to deal with, easy to schedule your vehicle for service, and quick.

I had the most amazing experience with Dominique and Amanda at MB of Fredericksburg! They went out of their way to ensure I got my car in for service, addressed all of my concerns and get me and my little one going in my loaner, despite us being really late (and arriving after close) due to an accident and pre-holiday traffic on 95! Excellent service.Had a diagnostic done on my 1995 Mercedes S320 and the price was reasonable and the staff thoroughly explained the results as well as my repair options. And I got the car washed and vacuumed for free. Beautiful waiting area with tea,coffee, hot chocolate and mocha.

Service was good. There was a little issue over the title, that I wasn't HAPPY about.

I went in for my Plan A service. Was required to do a Plan B service for 300+extra. Got a call from Amanda staying what else was needed to be done for an extra 1000.00. Received invoice which show that you pay a labor fee for each individual service that they due so of course that was expensive. The manager was helpful because I've been a customer there for a while so he gave me 10% off. That was helpful. Amanda seemed very irritated with me because I wanted an explanation on what I was charged. Jokingly I said do you have a payment plan. She said nope so you will not get your car and we are taking the loaner. I thought that was hilarious. Paid for my car and notice the srs was disabled. Not sure what that is about. I guess I will follow up to see why its disabled all of a sudden as it was fixed by them 3 times now. I guess disabling it will fix the problem! I have another mercedes that needs servicing as well. I'm debating if I'm going back to this particular one yet. The amount of money we spend on purchasing
A Mercedes Benz and keeping it serviced should be a 5 star customer service at all time. So a 3 star for me is very disappointing.

I had a flat tire while taking my wife to the hospital. I drove on the run-flat tire and got my wife to surgery. I then drove to Huber Mercedes Benz. I told Karen my dilemma. Not only was the tire flat, the rim was bent. She had me taken care of and out of there in an hour or less, enabling me to return to the hospital in record time. This place will never get my business again. They will make up anything to get rid of their used cars. I'll start off by saying I purchsed a used car here one year ago for my son, and I had no issues whatsoever so we wanted to come back expecting the same level of service.
Ryan Brent worked with us for a few weeks until we were ready to come in and purcahse a BMW. They ended up lying about a few things (1) they said we had to do an emmisions test for the vehicle (2) the engine light was on and said they couldn't reset it BC it needed a special key (3) my credit score is above 800, however I was denied credit by Pen fed ,however when I went home to do it online I was instantly approved . In fact, we now have them for our third vehicle.
Bottom line- this place is unethical and their practices are very sketchy . After I took the car to my mechanic he said we would be paying $$$ for repairs . We returned the car and they looked dumb founded that we would do our due diligence.
Of course they will never get my business again. Buyers beware!

I've taken my Sprinter van in now several times it's a 2015 with around 85000 miles on it. I've done close to 10,000 in repairs since I've had it this is not including regular maintenance. This last repair was 3,600 4 days before it was doing the same thing. The service team is very nice but never seem to fix the problem. I have it at another dealer now let's hope for better luck.

Everyone there and the service itself was great with the exception of the sales clerk (Amanda) and the fact the the fuel filter was not included in the $350 oil change. She kept trying to sell me the fuel filter for $150! Of course I just went to Auto Zone and got one for $50, just like they are priced everywhere. Very smug sales clerk

The sales and financing team at Fredericksburg Mercedes Benz were awesome. They were all extremely patient and informative. David Cunningham came in on his day off to meet with my wife and I in the afternoon. Unfortunately we were still there until closing since it took a while for us to decide on a vehicle. As with all dealerships there's a line of dishonesty floating around and the art of B.S. but I was completely frustrated with being told one thing via phone then after making the 1 1/2 hr drive it's all something different and of course not to my advantage.
