It was my first experience that I hired BRSoftech for my Web designing work. They did it really well. The team is professional, swift in response and have creative ideas on designing.

This is a cheater company. Who cheats money inly. They don't do any work

HEADING:- POOR AND CHEAT COMPANY
BR Softech is a company with full of fake promises which are never fulfilled. I have worked here for six months for the nightshift as business analyst. I performed well and got incentives for one month. Due to some medical emergency of Brain Tumor. I was suddenly hospitalized in a hospital for the treatment.The company promised me to credit the salary an incentives in the bank account 8 months back which I haven t received till the date today. I got operated for tumor and spent t lacs of Rupees and still calling to the company management people they are giving a fake promises to give salary next which take 8 months and still no money. They called me Jaipur from my hometown in U.P. to take case salary and I managed to come here in my critical condition when doctor advised me to take rest but still they didn t give me a single Rupees which was mine.

HEARTLESS AND WORTHLESS COMPANY

These all comments are fake, company director forced employs to comment here .they don't make products they can only make their clients fool no single project is completed .no job security , too late salary . Director ego is worst.

Worst company in IT field i have ever worked . There is no proper development of any applications in both iphone and android only clients are cheated on the basis of clones he had prepared.Owner attitude is worse ,cheap mentality ,lusty. He is not owning a company but a brocker factory

its a good in Cakephp, AngularJS, Magento, worpress, laravel and Yii. Also good in Mobile Apps Development.

Bad experience. No accountability for delays and the quality of build is pathetic. The CEO and staff do not respond for resolving issues. They are only eager to charge money before completing the milestones. Delays are for more than 6 months than the committed date.

fraud company company is not registered as private limited . fake detail showing that company is registered as pvt limited . i have checked on MCA website of gov of india where company is not exist.

***story (2017, June to August)***
Once my health was not too good, I inform to my senior & HR and leave the office. In the evening I got a mail regarding lay-off from service. I said ok and accept this notice. And ask to him clear for last month salary and final settlement then he denied and gave me reason "you didn't finished your work today so I can't give you". I call to director many times but not pick my phone. Then I call to him another number then he pick and clear told me I'll not give you and "do what you have to do" rudely. After that I complained to DCP of "South Jaipur" then he forward my written application to nearest police station(i.e. Shipra Path) and I got call from PS and I shared this incident to police inspector(Geeta Choudhary) after that she visited BR Softech office along with me and talk to him on this matter. Initially, director(Mr. Nitin) told to her, I've loss of INR 10.00 lakh due to only me and client has been moved, then I told to him please show me mail thread, If you're true then I'll never ask for settlement. He didn't show because he'was lying. After some conversation he agreed for my sattlement.

I got multiple calls from BR Softech's HR and director(Mr. Nitin) on May 26, 2018. That call details pic is attached below. Initially HR asked to delete the feedback but I didn't agree and clearly told her that I went through this and I would share with others. After some minutes director(Mr. Nitin) took the phone from HR and he request me to delete that feedback, but again I didn't agree. Then, Nitin asked me how much money I would take to delete that feedback(completely cheap mentality of this person who is a director of a company).
Following statements were made by Mr. Nitin on phone :
-> He tried to bribe me by asking
-> How much amount you want to take for delete that feedback.
-> I didn't budge and then he started some cheap drama like
-> I'll send you a pic of me begging to you with folded hands
-> My reputation is in your hands, you're equivalent to my father/grand-father etc, please detele the feedback

"" SOUR GRAPES "" wanted to dedicate those Ex-employee of the brsoftech who criticize "BR" Because they wanted to work with the organisation but they don't have enough potential, courage to face new challenges, confidence which is necessary to work here.

Now, they will poke that brsoftech force their employee to write the comment , So i wanted to clear the thing first that I left brsoftech before approx 3 months and now i am not an employee over here. But I want to write what is it actually.

In Jaipur all the other software companies are desperate to hire the employee's of brsoftech because they know very well what is they hiring. they will hire an employee along with great confidence ,well demure, a best quality of work. and lots of other things based on the department.

The CEO of the company is a one man Army, all the employee respect him and wanted to be like him in the professional. he is running a huge organisation with great culture and friendly behavior. They always pay salary to their employee's.

They have a great thread of clients, on time delivery , and a justified work. they keep trying to do new experiment and always adapt new skills and technology.

If you are really looking to boost your carrier and wanted to add a brand name with your profile you have to join the brsoftech. They are able to do all the projects no matter how difficult the project is....

One of the worst IT company for make your career end. There is no work environment i never seen a company before like that there is no job security, not salary security, it is not a company it is "Factory". Team leader attitude is always worst, cheap metality, lasty he think he is the role model of team member even he doesnot have any skills.There is 10hr working.I suggest you all never join this company they only become fool the employee.

The worst company ever. No process, no professionalism in the company especially in the CEO. He's the worst. Has no respect for the employees. Even here the HRs' communication is so poor here.

Salary not on time this is the Big and Solid reason to avoid this company and all good comment is given by current employs and this is all fake comment. i know very well.

worst company .my brother had worked there for more then 1 year but he fired him for no reason only because he demanded for appraisal.Also he did not give him his last month salary and variable pay. So Senior in iphone and android development should stay away because there is no job guarantee
