I bought three vehicles in the last ten years and ...

I bought three vehicles in the last ten years and they all gave me satisfaction. I am one of those "Volvo has saved my life".
The service is excellent most of the time. There are small snags (lack of parts, delays, etc.) but I think it is inevitable over a long period.
The services are very expensive but you have peace of mind. Modern cars are big computers; it must be ensured that they are treated as such. I think the last update has improved the performance of my vehicle (S40 T5 AWD).

Exceptional, courteous and transparent service. I had a slight problem with my XC 60 and the time required for my vacation was too short. They never told me that it would be done but every day, he kept me informed and the work was finished an hour before the closing of the Pascal holiday. It saved me a lot of hassle before I got on the plane. Thank you again for all the attention you pay to each appointment.

Experience with Alain pre-sale was good despite the pressure to up-sell.

Beyond disappointing new luxury car purchase experience with an unprofessional dealership. Paperwork was not ready at delivery and preparation of car had not been completed. Staff at delivery of the vehicle were not knowledgeable. Staff and management did not return calls post sale. Promises were not kept. Terrible client experience which they dragged out for weeks post sale.

Their lack of sincerity to correct their errors earns them the one star. Even after acknowledging that they dropped the ball and promising to make it right they did not deliver on promises, were late in refunding the overcharge (and that with an incorrect amount) and ultimately returned a dirty and dented car.

Sloppiness and lack of professionalism seems to affect many aspects of this dealership.

Worst dealership I ve ever been to. I ve owned many cars and have been client in many dealerships and this is by far the worst service I ve had ever. The F&I can t control herself. She yells at clients on her very first week of work before the contract is even signed. Her only reason for being so upset is because I noticed many errors on the contract. I d hate to see what it s like when you have the car and have a problem during the time of your contract. Also, after being insulted and yelled at, I left and decided I would think about it as I had second thoughts. Impossible to reach people to get your deposit back. They were very easy to reach when we were negotiating though. They are now refusing to give my money back. It s not my fault if their F&I is frustrated at life. On the other hand, I had a great service at Volvo Park Avenue. I highly recommend going there instead of Volvo Laval. On top of that, Volvo Park Avenue (Brossard) has much better deals. For the exact same car there s a difference of 150$ a month.

The best car salesman and service you ll find around , they don't put pressure on people to buy their car and when you get the quotation you don't have to look for hidden extra dealer charges as you would at some of their competitors. Simply incredible! Worth the 2.5hrs drive from Carleton Place, On.
We were sceptical about purchasing a car out of province. Mathieu assured us they would stand behind their product should it not pass the Ontario Safety inspection - it passed with flying colours. Mathieu and the team rushed to get the car ready for us on the same day (to save us another trip back). From the reception, the sales and the service personnel, this team is incredible. My 12yr old son was with us on the day of the purchase, and he too was treated like royalty. My wife was concerned there may be a language barrier, none to be found. Ontarians, take a look at their inventory. Just not when I m going to purchase my next Volvo :).

Friendly technical advisors and endorsements, followed by the assiduous customer satisfaction (after having gone to the garage for an interview for example), cleanliness of the place and small "VIP" attentions with the customers.

On the negative side, not everyone on the sales side knows how to smile ... strange. Lastly, we are supposed to have courtesy cars when the car is "back in" for more than 2 hours but never are they available; we are then referred to the Enterprise rental company. It looks like an agreement between the 2 organizations, an agreement where the customer is not a winner since the latter must then pay ("cheap" to the limit of the dishonest in my opinion). This is the main reason for the lack of a fourth star, although the price of the rental is still quite low.

J, had an appointment at Volvo Laval for purchase and test drive at 11:30. I showed up at 11:20 for my appointment at the showroom. A gentleman with a white shirt ch. Gray at the beginning of 50 was at the front desk. I gave my name and I informed him that I have an appointment at 11:30. The gentleman with arrogance and unpleasantness told me that he is not aware of my appointment without making the least effort to check. I lost my temper for nothing.

They asked me a ton of questions to get an exact idea of what I was looking for and matched me with the best product. They showed me comparables and different option packages to tailor to my needs. After I got my new car, they took the necessary time to explain how everything functioned so that I was able to leave with peace of mind. WHEN ASKING THEM FOR OPTION AND HELP, THEY DIDNT TRY TO DO ANYTHING TO MAKE THE SALE GO THROUGH EASIER, NOR DID THE MANAGER WANT TO GET INVOLVED.
AFTER ALL THAT, AS IF IT WASNT ENOUGH, WE AGREED AND MADE A DEAL ON THE CAR OF CHOICE FOR PURCHASE, BILL WAS SENT TO ME AND UPON MY ARRIVAL TO THE DEALERSHIP THE " VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL SALESMAN" TOLD ME I COULD LEAVE WITH MY BACKDRAFT OF OVER 60G$.
WHEN I ASKED WHY HE DIDNT AT LEAST CALL ME TO TELL ME THEY HAD SOLD CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE, HIS REPLY WAS: " ITS NOT OUR JOB!"....

MY SUGGESTION TO PEOPLE WOULD BE, DO NOT WASTE A SECOND OF YOUR TIME WITH THE COLD HEARTED, EGOCENTRIC TEAM OF PEOPLE, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE WHERE YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE AN IMPORTANT CLIENT!!!!!!!!!!
