No elevator and beds were uncomfortable, service personal was friendly and helpful in any way

Clean, affordable and in a convenient area for a one night guest.

Outdated, smells rancid, Not recommended. Decent pool but, no elevator.

Super comfortable bed, room clean, service was good. Bummer no elevator was a pain for luggage.

Mold in the bathroom, hair in the shower and dirt on the floor. And then when we were showering the smoke alarm went off. Guessing it was from the shower because there is no vent/fan in the bathroom. Asked the front desk for at least a discount and she was very unhelpful and said they can t give discounts.

Conveniently located near the highway, restaurants, and gas stations. Bed was very comfortable. Walls a little thin, could hear conversation in the next room easily.

Hotel is a bit dated we had no fridge no microwave pretty basic place to sleep. The lobby is nice .we didn't eat at the hotel restaurant as it was a bit pricy for the items offered ...the tv situation is also not so good. less channels than holiday inn express .plenty of noise from the hall way...we used a rewards free night ...the holiday Inn express by costco or the one in belgrade is way better ....they have all the stuff you want elevator,microwave,fridge,free breakfast,tv. Also the belgrade one offers better free cookies and ice cream cups.my kids love it.

Overpriced, dirty, stains on carpet, smelled of cigarettes, and no elevator, and "free breakfast" was not free. Stay elsewhere!

Pet friendly. Room was good, wish they had a free breakfast but oh well. Great place to crash for the night.

Found long female hair on the sheets, obviously they were not changed from previous guest.

Breakfast is to die for, waitress is very nice and friendly. Rooms are older version of Holiday Inn, but swimming pool is great!

The building is old and walking down the hall to the room made the first impression negative. Very gray and dingy. The room wasn t any better... I ended up leaving and went to a different hotel down the street. Certainly not what I ve come to expect from Holiday Inn/HI Express hotels.

Restaurant looked like a dive bar.

I would look elsewhere if you re in the area

Room smelled like feet and mold, or moldy feet. Definitely can't sleep with moldy feet smell.

The address given on the website is wrong and took us to the wrong end of Baxter lane, but this can be solved by taking the E part off of the address.

Staff was super friendly, noon check out is standard. 12 local beers on tap at the lounge.

The two key cards I was given did not open my room. They let me in and had to reprogram my door lock (one catd never worked) Your room key doesn't open the secondary entrances, so if you enter after 10pm you have to go in the main entrance. The Best Western next door allows you to enter accessory entrances with your room key after hours (I stayed there last time) the room itself was quite nice, however the TV reception was grainy on some channels and the channel labels on the TV didn't match the actual channels. The corridors look rundown and need some updating.

Room was adequate but needs updates. Older mattresses. Tile floors in bathroom and carpet need deep cleaning. Older smell on hallway. Good pool but hot tub had scum bubbles, def needs shock cleaning. Polite staff.

The hotel was nice but the room could use some updating. The bathroom was very tight and it was annoying how their hairdryer is mounted to the wall so you can t move it. The worst part however was the housekeeping staff. They were loud and obnoxious starting at 8:00am each morning by pounding on the doors to get in to clean and laughing and sharing pictures of each other s pets while having full conversations about guests right outside of their rooms. Upon check out they started pounding on our door at 11:30am even though hotel checkout was at noon. They waited outside of our door talking and laughing until noon when they started pounding again. When we finally left at only five minutes after noon two of them actually did a high five and said good job we got them to go. I couldn t believe their attitudes towards guests. I have never experienced anything like this before and for the price per night no one should be treated like this. I told the front desk but all they did was say the usual we re sorry and we ll notify management when they are in. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Front was nice rooms where nice hallways felt like a dungeon

Older hotel, hallways and exterior are dingy. Room was clean except the carpets had small debris that should have been removed with the last vacuuming. Bathroom was very clean. They have complimentary breakfast offered through the restaurant on site but we were informed we had not paid the breakfast rate so we did not receive this amenity. We unfortunately were not given/advised of the complimentary breakfast rate when we called the local number to book our room.

The pictures posted on IHG's site don't show that this motel (I know it was a hotel, but it was styled like an old motel) was probably built in the 1950-1960s and the only upgrade done was new carpets and a new main entrance. The light switch in the room was the same style as my great grandmother's 1940's rambler style house. There are no fire sprinklers or elevators, and it doesn't meet the current building code. I paid $170+ for one night believing it was a quality IHG hotel and feel like I was financially taken advantage of. This hotel shouldn't charge over $100 a night for a room. My main complaint is I feel I was way overcharged for the low quality stay I experienced. The employees were great.

Stopped here last week on our way to Washington. Made a quick same day reservation as we had a bad expierence with our existing reservation at a different hotel. Place was clean. Room was okay. No elevator. We always enjoy our stay at most holiday inn.

Clean rooms. Microwave. Fridge. No elevator but only 2 floors. Great indoor pool.

I woke up with bites all over my legs. Unbeknown to us, we were put in the pet wing. Not sure if it is fleas or bed bugs. We told the front desk, but were met with pure apathy.

This place was great. Nice restaurant. Bar was good. Dog area was great. Staff was really good.

We had a fabulous experience at the Holiday Inn. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We slept through the night soundly as did our 19 month old son. It was conveniently located to downtown. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Covid is awful and yet i have been a extended stay guest of 2 +months. during my stay i found front desk staff pleasing, however i didn't receive any housekeeping for 3 weeks and after i called the front desk regarding this they brought 3 towels a stained mattress cover and sheets for the wrong size of bed..to which i had to make myself. very displeased.

We don't like booking with a 3rd party hotel service - it was unintentional and the hotel staff and management doesn't seem to care.
Price was higher than others and they even booked us at the WRONG HOTEL.

Be careful about the breakfast and the sinks and bathroom have mold

The time that we spent at the hotel, the hotel was going to be renovated soon. As such, there were many things that were not in the best of shape. The air conditioning units were mostly older as were some of the floorings, trim, Etc. There is not much insulation between the walls, as you could hear things going on in the hallway and the other rooms. The staff was very nice, and we were treated extremely well. Excited to see how it looks after the renovations.

When we entered the #3 entrance the hallway smelled like cigarettes. Once in our room the smell of cigarettes was so strong I requested a new room. Staff was friendly and helpful and provided another room in a different hallway. Our new room smelled much better but the carpet was old and stained. The bathroom was tiny and the beds needed replace (lumpy and sagging in the middle) This is not a 3 star hotel in my opinion.

Restaurant carpet and wood floor looks like somebody was working on a diesel truck...filthy....worn spots .wood floor turning dirty black..food was ok and all employees very friendly..older hotel with no elevator...rooms clean and neat

Wonderful stay!!! The staff was great and efficient. The hotel is old log style inside and has great decor. Really enjoyed our stay over.

Service is inadequate. We reserved a room with a pullout bed. Got downgraded to one without at an extra cost with no explanation. This place is incredibly busy however one person is left to handle it all by himself.

We used the event room for a middle school graduation party and we loved it. The staff was friendly and warm. The facility was clean and well appointed. Will use this venue again!

Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. Bedding was stained or just not cleaned. Hot tub was broken. Card reader for access door to parking lot was broken (no access unless you use the rock that was placed there to prop open door on your way out). Microwave popped and shot out sparks when trying to use it. Dog run area in courtyard was unkept, tall grass, many thorned weeds and various dog waste piles.

I booked a room here for my husband and I, as well as our dog. I was coming in from a late flight from Las Vegas and we arrived shortly after midnight. The woman on Night Audit was nice enough but did not really seem like she was sure of what she was doing. We got to our room and it smelled of urine, there was a hole in the wall and the toilet seat had poop smeared underneath. I understand it is an older hotel but it seems very run down and obviously not very well taken care of. After spending all day travelling and wanting to be comfortable we instead decided to leave and drive the hour and half home. I myself work in a hotel and was very disappointed with the customer service as well as the overall experience. Will not be staying there next time I am passing through.

Stayed in town for a business conference. Room was super clean, host was nice, and the other patrons were quite. Wish I could have gone for a swim because the pool looks really nice. All over all, would definitely stay again!

Rates were very reasonable and facilities were in good shape. Staff was nice and there were plenty of amenities available. They allowed pets which is why we chose to stay here. They had a big courtyard in the middle so your pet could roam. Pool, fitness area, and lobby were all very nice and well kept. We would love to stay here again.

Run down. Hairdryer was a normal dryer with its cord affixed to the wall with a screw and it was filthy. Otherwise, the staff were friendly - perhaps the only saving grace of the place.

It's not a bad room, works for what you need. The staff seem to not know things so if you have a question you're on your own. Dining in the restaurant? Servers are loud, forgetful, borderline rude. Very underwhelming experience.

I stayed here on a business trip and I got locked out of my car and there was an issue with the payment and the staff did absolutely nothing to try and assist me. The room wad nice that was about it. No breakfast in the morning and when I left to try to go to my job I couldn't leave because I travel bus was parked behind my car. When I informed the manager he did not seem to care and only tried to make an attempt to assist me when I was going to ask the bus driver to move the bus myself.

Rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly. Easy to find.

We held an event in a conference room with hotel staff providing meals as agreed upon. Excellent work!

The location, service & rooms were great...but the design of the building horrible

Very plosh, great swimming pool & workout area. Has restaurant, & bar. Free coffee & water in front lounge. Free inet, wash room & vending area. Also, smoke-free hotel.

Trying to swim while lessons are going on is not the best. Horrible service in the restaurant at night but did have great service at breakfast!

The hotel is a little older. There is plenty of parking and entry points into the hotel. I guess I was unaware that this was a pet friendly hotel and some owners would walk through the Halls Well after midnight and their dogs would be barking uncontrollably. The walls are thin and there are larger gaps in the doors so you hear everything. That price is in line with other hotels in the area.

Cozy old school hotel. Very clean rooms with big comfy beds. in house bar near main lobby as well as a spa and pool. Laundry facilities could use a little upgrade tho

Excellent Holiday Inn location! The staff here is very friendly. Something to note at this particular location is that there is no continental breakfast. There is a restaurant onsite and it is fairly priced. The internet is not suitable for steady, high traffic. Overall, this is a great location.

Terrible bed along with dirty rooms and flat pillows. The room was very dated along with a foul smell.

Don't bother staying here! Dumpy place. Dirty, our room was awful! Definitely DO NOY ORDER THEIR MARGARITA! It's pretty bad when you can't finish your drink! Completely messed up our reservation. Stay down the way at the Hilton Garden Inn!
