Came here for a video game tournament. It was an overall good experience

Part of the hotel serves as temporary housing for Big Sky employees.
Translation: lots of young kids roaming around in the evenings.
It isn't family friendly.

Very disappointed in our stay. We stayed two nights and the room was never cleaned. I had to ask twice for clean towels. When I asked for more coffee they delivered decaf. They put us in the party wing next to people yelling and cursing until I called and complained at 11pm. I had kids that couldn t sleep. At check out they didnt ask about my stay. Very unprofessional staff. Definitely not worth $600.
