The hotel is a little older. There is plenty of parking and entry points into the hotel. I guess I was unaware that this was a pet friendly hotel and some owners would walk through the Halls Well after midnight and their dogs would be barking uncontrollably. The walls are thin and there are larger gaps in the doors so you hear everything. That price is in line with other hotels in the area.
