I booked a room here for my husband and I, as well as our dog. I was coming in from a late flight from Las Vegas and we arrived shortly after midnight. The woman on Night Audit was nice enough but did not really seem like she was sure of what she was doing. We got to our room and it smelled of urine, there was a hole in the wall and the toilet seat had poop smeared underneath. I understand it is an older hotel but it seems very run down and obviously not very well taken care of. After spending all day travelling and wanting to be comfortable we instead decided to leave and drive the hour and half home. I myself work in a hotel and was very disappointed with the customer service as well as the overall experience. Will not be staying there next time I am passing through.
