Horrible example of a Holiday Inn, it fulfills every old stereotype. Ancient dirty furnishing, dark creepy hallways and outdated rooms with stained carpets. There are tons of brand new hotels on Bozeman, pay a little extra and stay elsewhere.

On August 23, 2019, I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Bozeman, MT. The hotel is filthy overall and my room s toilet had not been properly cleaned in months if not years. The floors literally have dirt visible, carpets are extremely worn and old, wallpaper in the room was damaged, tile floor in bathroom was dirty and grout was cracked and water damaged. Paint above the shower appears to have black mold spots. The hotel manager and cleaning staff should be fired, as well as, the hotel owners since they obviously don t care about the property. Warning - do not stay at this nasty hotel

A bit old, but recently renovated. They didn't have enough room key blanks to give my family more than one, and when the first one failed it was a long wall back to the office. Great location.

Our stay here was just okay. The room was clean but the buildings aren't in great shape and the parking is not sufficiently well lit. The water went out entirely while I was trying to prepare for the wedding we were headed to. Location is great, and close to downtown and some nice smaller hikes, and the pool looked pretty good.

Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Very good workout room. Microwave and fridge in my room! :) Coffee and tea in the lobby! But no elevator. Not a deal breaker, but it's a pain hauling your bags up and down.

Good hotel. I always stay here when I'm in Bozeman because they offer a discount for park employees and it's across the street from Walmart. They also offer a shuttle service to and from the airport, and they let me leave my vehicle in their parking lot when I flew out one time. The restaurant downstairs serves a pretty good chicken fried steak, too.

The hotel is a little bit tired. It could use an update for sure. There are only two floors, but there's no elevator, so it can be difficult to carry your stuff up the stairs if you get a room on the second floor. There was a microwave and a refrigerator in the room, as well as a Keurig coffee machine which was nice. The staff was nice, and the food in the hotel restaurant was decent. They have a great selection of local beers. It's a short drive from the airport (about 10-15 mins). Overall it's a nice place to spend a night. No frills but comfortable and clean, albeit a bit shabby.

The location is just off of the highway, with some food and shopping near by. The rooms are nice, only complaint is the bathroom was awkwardly designed. There is no complementary breakfast, but a restaurant in the building. There are laundry services and a pool.

Outdated, horrible WiFi and the main lobby was too far from our room. Breakfast is not free. Walls are very thin. People were partying outside in the quad with drinks and music, cursing. Do they live here?!
Just a strange place overall.

No elevators or escalators, nice lobby, restaurant has limited hours but there's a Arby's around the corner and a Walmart across the street. I heard they were demolishing and rebuilding the place throughout 2018

Not worth it! I understand it's a pet friendly hotel but that doesn't mean you don't clean the rooms afterward. The smell was overwhelming! The disrepair of the rooms, the halls, everything but the front lobby was disgustingly obvious. It's in desperate need of cleaning and repairs. To top off the stay THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. when I let them know they said the boiler had been acting up for 2 days! Had they informed me of this at check in I would have left. Being an IHG member I have seen what Holiday Inn should be and this is no where close.

Holy cow the service at this building was incredible. The staff was super friendly, helpful when checking in, and they even helped resolve a third party booking issue that happened with my credit card while I slept!

On top of that the location is convenient and when you walk in it's like you're in a giant mountain lodge. It's rather charming actually.

I now know why they post pictures of their lobby: it is the only nice thing they've got! Rooms are tired and short on working outlets. There are no elevators! I love exercise but when on a long road trip with 2 octogenarians and lots of baggage, this is quite inconvenient. On a service note, ask staff were pleasant and helpful.

I was disappointed with our stay. We were quoted a different price over the phone than what was charged. Also, the shower was tepid at best. My husband spoke to the front desk and was told they would let maintenance know, but nothing was done for compensation. Very dissatisfied with our overall experience.

Terrible heating is inconsistent in room. No actual real temp control. Room is nothing special for the extravagant prices charges. Restaurant is horrible overpriced and incredibly slow. And bar changed from free snack items to appetizers during happy hour

This hotel does not do service to the Holiday Inn brand. Our room had blue tape on the bedroom wall, a hole in the bathroom wall, carpets that were old and dirty and a toilet that barely flushed.

The keys didn t work in the outside door and there is no working elevator to get bags upstairs.

The front desk area was so nice I was shocked at the Motel 6 like atmosphere. The Super 8 nearby looked to be in much better shape. I would say avoid this one.

Such a luxury to have a relaxing quiet comfortable lobby with fireplace but without the stressful invasion of loud screamy pop rock music and toxic chemical fragrance that creates a stressful public space of all trendy new corporate franchise chains. The pool is also the best. Huge and quiet music-free environment. No elevator takes a star away but

Older Holiday Inn but well worth staying there for the friendly staff, pool and clean rooms. Definitely one of the best Hotel bars also called the Dry Fly Saloon. Great classic cocktails and awesome beer selection!

This was my third stay at the Bozeman Holiday Inn....

This was my third stay at the Bozeman Holiday Inn. I was there for the birth of my grandson. The staff is great at their jobs, and so very personable. I needed some help, as I now walk with a cane. My special room requests were granted, and the staff always asked if they could help.
My trip consisted of spending all four days at the hospital. The free shuttle service did more than pick me up and delivery me to the airport. They took me to the hospital, and then came back to pick me up, at any time day or night. This was a free service, and was a blessing, as I had no other way to travel back and forth, without spending a huge amount on Uber. Several of my drivers were repeats from earlier trips.
It is so nice to come to a strange town, find a quality room with the amenities I need, and have the type of full service I would not get in California, or would have to pay lots for.
My next trip back (hopefully this spring) will see me at the Bozeman Holiday Inn again. Let your family know this is the place to stay!
