Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. Bedding was stained or just not cleaned. Hot tub was broken. Card reader for access door to parking lot was broken (no access unless you use the rock that was placed there to prop open door on your way out). Microwave popped and shot out sparks when trying to use it. Dog run area in courtyard was unkept, tall grass, many thorned weeds and various dog waste piles.
