I've been a student and completed qualifications at a lot of different institutes from private to public, and this is by far the worst institute in every aspect; disorganised, unethical, questionable business practices, clueless staff, in my view should be stripped of their provider status. I could go on and on, this place is simply a circus.

Still waiting for my results from last November.

Still waiting for my results from last November.
I have Constantly had to chase someone up for my results and have got nowhere, i have given up. Waste of my money and time.

It was only a few short months i spent studying at Boxhill last year and they were definitely some of the worst months of my life.

Sometime last year i wrote a review and i was gaslit and abused over the phone. I was scared and so i deleted it.
I have given up ever getting my results and will never return to boxhill to study.
Do not recommend studying beauty therapy at the boxhill campus as it was so poorly run and i didn't enjoy it.

This is a School that stuff and members don't care about students' enquires.

I requested them to transfer me from Elgar campuse to CBD campuse 1 week before Christmas. I got a few message saying they are working on it.

Then I wait till early Jan, no info fromthe school saying I'm transfered.

Physically went to Nelson campuse weeks ago asked them to transfer me again.

Stuff there asked me to sign a piece of paper saying I agree to be transfered and they promised to call me or e-mail me the messagr about my transfer and refunds.

10 days till Orientation. You still gonna make me wait ? For 3 months?

Box hill is the place to be as TAFE courses are concerned, i'm back after few years of completing cert 3 to do a cert 4 course this time. Teachers are very helpful and the attention they provided are still remarkable , moreover teaching here is a kind of real world as the faculty i enrolled is inviting industries and presented with internship and real job opportunities as we progressing into another term . as this year's term is getting over soon , no regrets so far to be here .

I was a student during 2012-13 and during the two years I had to keep enrolling because the teachers and box hill in general kept loosing my enrolment several times. Plus it took over 9 months to receive my certificate III in Children Services when everyone else who was in the course had got theirs. You need a better computer/filing system and to keep back ups. I had to wait 9 months (abd during that time there were jobs available) before I couldn't apply for work. Main reason why cause I had no proof that I did the course

Enrolment was a bit tricky because it was so busy, but the wait was ok - they had Pizza which made the wait bearable.
Staff are great, very supportive and when I looked my teacher up, turns out she was a designer for top fashion labels in Milan! Am excited to complete my course and maybe do bachelor next year.

I got my level first aid last year in June, in January this year I had still not received it and so I called everyday for three weeks because I constantly told that they'd get back to me and they never did. When I finally received it, it was not the first aid certificate, it was a first aid correspondence with another course. That is completely unacceptable I spent over $1000 dollars on this course and travelled 3 hours every morning and night to not even receive a proper certificate. Highly do NOT recommend!

They do not listen when formal complaints are made. So I encourage people to make public complaints such as a google review to let box hill know that they way they run courses and treat students isn t good enough. Maybe they will start to do something about it if the public can see how bad this place is.

The people at box hill are nice enough. But how to courses are ran and their level of communication is appalling. No organisation. And nobody to take responsibility for it.

I have had the worst experience in the nursing department at Boxhill Institute, I would give no stars if possible and advise any future nursing students to stay away. When I presented an issue to the nursing coordinators about an assignment I was told to Do some self-reflection and my issue was completely dismissed.
I was trying to gain entry into University and asked the nursing department for my Academic transcript and they refused to help me for weeks. I was told to contact someone that didn t work there anymore who of course didn't know what I was talking about and had to battle for an alternative solution with the coordinators who clearly did t care less, no adequate solution was found. They were extremely unhelpful and made excuses to prove that there was nothing they could do to get the transcript to me when there clearly was. After months of trying to get help and the transcript, they magically made a very easy solution available after public outcry and of course I wasnt notified. They will do less than the bare minimum to help and are just downright lazy with students who need help. The communication is so poor and they demonstrate the utmost unprofessionalism, I hope they improve their treatment of students.

Don't waste your time here. Did my VCAL and it's been 6 months and still can't get my certificate. Got sent to Melbourne, back to box hill, to another campus, got shuffled to 4 different people/departments, multiple phone calls to no avail. Handed in forms to change my address, never got changed, and still no certificate. Think I'll stick to Chisholm. Admin are useless.

I haven't studied at this place but wanted to. I sent an enquiry about one of their courses that i found online and asked specific questions about the course and what other courses I need to do to change my career path. I got a generic response about being an international student in Australia ( I had to tick an international student box as I haven't received pr yet) and no mention whatsoever about anything what I asked about. It's a pity that their customer service is getting paid for copy-paste responses to the potential students.

This is the first time i have experienced cheating...

This is the first time i have experienced cheating behaviour from an educational institute.
For an enrolment in they city campus evening session i have completed all the requirements and booked appointment for finalisation with the payment. At today's 1PM appointment the great gentleman in the admin office informed me that the option is not available anymore, filled out last week. If this is the case, they should have been informed me while talking on the phone 3 times within this week when i was booking my today's appointment, or even before. I keep mentioned my choice and preference clearly in my application. If this choice has been filled out, what was the necessity to waste my time with the test, whats the point of making it forward and deny at the last moment. Sorry is not an excuse all the time.

I am really got shocked, if people face cheating from an educational institute, how can we expect something good. Students will learn cheating from the very beginning from this kind of incidents. Still i can't believe myself how i become the victim. still trying to make myself understand it happened probably for the internal miscommunication of the authority which not supposed to be.
I will expect Box Hill management will get a good look into the situation people are facing and will try their best to improve and provide trustworthy information to the upcoming students.

I've attended Box Hill Institute for a lot of classes and I have to say, they have no idea what is going on. I was dropped off the role every term of my classes where they seem to have 'forgotten' that I was enrolled. They forgot to apply my RPL to my Cert 4 in IT even though I completed the paperwork twice (they lost it the first time) and it took me hours; this stuff up prevented my uni application from being accepted. Later when my son applied to their music program they also lost his enrolment paperwork and once left him waiting around for four hours. I can not emphasise enough that you should do anything you can to avoid this school.

i would never recommend coming to box hill one of the worse experiences of my life always finding new fees that we have to pay, having teachers who didn't turn up for 5 classes, no support from the tafe in actually being able to do our assessments, having all our work and placement hours lost and dealing with some frustrating teachers who haven't marked our work and then being told when were suppose to get our diploma about some other fees that have to be paid then not being able to contact anyone about getting the diploma and honestly never knowing whats going on, this has caused me so much stress and have never dealt with people that are so useless and don't communicate at all when there is an issue while YOU have to chase them up and constantly get no where with that

I have been doing a certificate 3 in automotive at box hill tafe in order to complete my apprenticeship. late last year most of the good teachers quit. in being stuck with new teachers that did not seem to know what they were doing I still decided to give it a chance. upon realising that organisation was quickly going down hill at box hill I decided to transfer to ringwood training in order to complete my studies. In doing this I have found out that box hill have not credited me for certain units that i completed there as the teachers did not mark it off that i completed the units. ( proof of lack of organisation) therefore as a result I would not recommend anyone to study at box hill and instead seek to study somewhere else.

I was accepted into their Real Estate course. Everything was poorly organised. All books were not ordered by the first day of class, teachers had no idea what they were doing and told us if we ran an open house by ourselves we would be murdered. I quit the course before the census date to get my money back as I was disgusted at how horrible this tafe was. After numerous phone calls, emails and visits with reception I was told that I couldn t get my money back. I paid at least $1000 to study here and was told I wouldn t get any money back and that they would keep my money to pay for the books I never received. I still haven t got an explanation as to why I couldn t get my money back. They re a complete rip off. Definitely wouldn t recommend studying here.

Unfortunately the lowest rating I can give, is a 1! It took numerous phone calls and emails over 4 months to eventually be told I wasn't going to receive my deposit of $75 back. I told the admin staff I was unable to do this course due to personal issues and they said that was fine and I would receive it soon. The reception staff are horrible, I was continually waiting for phone calls that would never come I would always have to call them. By the end the lady forgot to call to say I was unable to receive the money. It's sad that they would rather put the money in their own pockets then to give back. It was a horrible long process, I wish I had seen all the negative comments before hand I would never of bothered with this tafe if I did!! Don't even bother wasting your time.

I have just completed Diploma of VET attending a class every Tuesday night.
We were fortunate to have Kay Schlesinger as our teacher - I cannot express enough gratitude and praise for such an inspiring Teacher. We were encouraged and guided by Kay, through our units with such zest, we returned every week eager to learn. This is what teaching is all about - engaging your students and supporting their desire to learn.
Good On You Box Hill Tafe - I would recommend anyone wanting to do a course Make your first choice Box Hill Tafe.

Poor customer service. Tried to call regarding a course and was passed onto several different people who couldn't help me.
Nice food but most of the staff in the cafeteria always seem sad and makes me want to not buy anything at all.
Constant room changes, I feel as if I learn more doing my own study than what the teachers provide (usually just a ppt).
Only + is the price of the courses, which won't put you in as much debt if you compared it to a university.
Parking fees are ridiculous (up to $9!) Plus a permit fee. You're lucky if you ever do get a park.

I can't believe all the negative feedback for Box Hill Tafe. I would also not recommend the Work Education course. It is aimed at people that finish Year 10 with not very good scores. So they do Work Education to improve job interview skills, excursions to employers etc. It sounded good at the start of the year with the parent meeting etc. But they first said that the course will start at the start of Feb, then we found out 24 hours before the start date that it would be postponed for 2 weeks so the teachers can get organised, prepare for the course?? Then we find out that it is a full time course and now the students don't go to school on Monday all year, Tues, Thur and Fri finish at 2:30pm, Wed finsh at midday, doesn't sound like full time to me. Then my son said that the start of Term 4 the students were slacking off, teachers were not showing up, and told to go home early. Still no certificate. Would not recommend the course, unless you want to waste $900 plus and there is no concession. They will mention that you can pay off the course but you will have to still come up with the $900 plus a $100 admin fee.

Well thanks for all these reviews because I was considering applying here even though my first attempt last year was a disaster. Upon calling to query a particular course I was guided to a web page application and assured someone would call me asap. After going through query process at Polytechnic I was contacted and auditioned within the fortnight. 5 months later I recieved a call from Box Hill asking how they can assist me in applying for my course. I responded that perhaps it was they who needed serious assistance.... Thanks for the feedback

The most disorganised place I ve ever come across. I made an appointment at the Enrolment hub to be left sitting there for over 90 minutes whilst 2 at most out of the 7 staff in the room actually processed enrolments. Students seemed to have no idea of the actual documents they had to provide prior to arrival dragging out the whole process. One of the most bureaucratic messes I ve ever seen.

As for the other staff who seemed to be doing almost nothing instead of clearing the queue of visibly frustrated people they simply said it couldn t be helped . What a pathetic institute.

The LMS was as unreliable as the administration team. They will say anything to take your money, and then not deliver on their word. I did Cert 3 in Animal Studies specialising in Veterinary Nurse Skills and have to say I was very disappointed. I found the teachers to be very unhelpful and disorgansied, and for the entire first month we were given the wrong classroom every week. The teachers seem very annoyed when we asked questions, like it was a burden, which prevented students from getting the necessary help. Our power points had out of date information and had errors, and we were told to google information when we asked for help. I would highly recommend going to another institute as I personally felt ripped off and wish I had not enrolled at Box Hill.

update: since completing my course last year my opinion of box hill institute has become a more positive one. I still don't find it very professional that it took months for my books to arrive, that were very much needed to complete my assignments. As an off campus student this made my studying much more difficult then it needed to be. To add insult to injury they blamed MY organisation skills (hence their below response). BUT i will say they eventually hired extra staff to help manage the off campus students and it made a huge improvement and made the last part of my experience so much better! The teachers on campus at liyldale were amazing as well and had a lot of knowledge in the early childhood department. overall I would recommend box hill as a place for future students to study.

Whole experience has mostly been disappointing. The enrollment process was highly unorganised, it took almost 4 hours to sign a few papers and do a literacy and numeracy test. There was no orientation for the city campus. Was given the wrong information - rocked up at the city campus with other handful of people and we were told to go to Box Hill campus upon arrival. Start date was pushed 3 weeks further than the initial start date. Student portal is unstructured and not easy to navigate. Some units were unclear on what the set outcomes were. No student life at the city campus compared to the Box Hill campus. CEO and stakeholders of Box Hill Tafe do not care. Study elsewhere.

It took nearly 2 years and weekly calls and emails to Angela asking when I was going to receive my certificate. Every time I called it was always an excuse or she pretended to have no idea about what was happening or who I was. One time Angela told me that I hadn t finished something in the course which I did, then she began to be very rude and hung up on me only to call me back 15 minutes later to say that I was right. The same problem has now happend to someone I work with also. I wouldn t recommend going to box hill to anybody and would never deal with Angela again. The only reason I got my certificate is because I ended dealing with Tori who sorted it all out.

I just got off the phone to Box Hill Institute. What a disappointing phone call and it now becomes abundantly clear why you have such poor reviews. All I needed to do was sign up one of my staff members for a light vehicle tester administration course. I was told he needs to go in before the course to sit a numeracy and literacy test. This staff member has completed VCE and also holds a bachelor of physiotherapy from Monash Uni. Apparently that's not enough to prove my staff member has the required numeracy and literacy skills required for this ONE DAY course. What a joke....

I then asked about doing it online or on the morning of the test, to save him having to go their twice, both of which were not options. What sort of prehistoric Tafe doesn't conduct online testing for basic numeracy and literacy or recognise VCE or university qualifications? One not worth going to... Even the lady I spoke to on the phone agreed that it was a silly rule. Clearly BHI doesn't accept or listen to feedback, even when their own staff know it's rubbish - that much is evident from their reviews and my dealings with them today.

For anyone considering this course, go to Kangan. Far more flexible and cheaper.

Hung up the phone, rang Kangan, and they were more than happy to oblige. And they were cheaper...

My dad works here. One time he took me to the institute, I was amazed. I had never seen such interesting buildings in a University before, it has great space for the students. Started community services with a great teacher but within a few weeks she was gone. Some students didn't like her for whatever reason pretty much bullied her out of a job. Another replaced her and she was also gone within weeks. It has been a revolving door of teachers coming and going. Kelly and Janine just took one side - there are two side to the stories. Good luck with any employers willing to take them. BHI doesn't deserve a star!

I studied in Box hill TAFE during(2007-2008) and i...

I studied in Box hill TAFE during(2007-2008) and it was my worst nightmare .As an international student I did not know what should I do about the mistreatment and problems at the TAFE so I had to tolerate every thing .When I checked the website and saw the reviews I realized that this institute is keeping treating students poorly and after many years I am telling you how bad was my experience not because I want them to solve the long time effects they had on my life but to let new students know about the neglect and unaccepted behaviour and professionalism of teachers and managers and whoever is responsible to stop and act accordingly.
I enrolled in hairdressing and started the course with lots of positive attitude and enthusiasm. We had a handful of teachers and there were all good on the first day or two but they showed their true face shortly .I must admit that only a few teachers(a new Greek lady, an Italian lady and an old Australian lady with short blond hair that were good) the rest were absolute mean bullies .They had a number of students including me who they constantly used to pick on and get humiliated in front of other students. I particularly was a target .I am from a background that should respect and not talking back to teachers .Because I had study visa I was afraid to say anything too. If I believe I was doing something wrong I would not comeback to the website and write this. Even if someone does something not quite right teachers do not have the right to bully students or treat them poorly. Their treatment always reminded me of slavery .We were slaves and they were royals. From snapping to with holding hairdressing teaching to humiliating in front of students and client, etc... .One of the teachers who was called Natalie (I still remember her name because I used to write emails to the manager every session I had class with her) she even one day raised her hand to threat me to hit me.
I wish I was one of the students who changed their school after one semester and would not tricked by the school. I remember when the class complained and told the institute they are changing their school, a Chinese lady that I think she was manager of international students came to class and with a smile on her face sweetly told us Box hill TAFE is government funded and we will have better career opportunity if we graduate from thereafter I realized that graduating from BOX hill TAFE has any thing to do with getting a job whatsoever. When I graduated from there I was totally broken and traumatised .I was in bed for weeks and still had fear of teachers .The memories were hunting me. They did not even teach hairdressing much. They do not even follow their basic duty of care. My back was injured in the class and the teacher was there I could not stand and I was moving around sitting on the chair .One of the rude teacher (her name was Sally)she just looked and said ooh and continued marking students homework. She did not write it in the incident form or any thing.
On the last year of my studies there I started talking to the manger and sending her emails but nothing was done. On the last semester my hair fell in a patch from stress and I remembered I was laughed at by two teachers one day because of that.
Every time I told somebody in charge (including the student support team and counsellor)nothing was done and they denied my stress is from the teachers.
I am sure the karma got them by now or it will soon or later but you guys who are going to study there or any where or are going to study do not be another me .When you see a person in duty is not doing the right thing to you stick together and speak up. If you all do not go the class the teacher will be gone. When you pay and they do not do their job properly do not ignore. There are always a legitimate way to defend your rights. The teachers and staff are getting paid every week to do their job , to do your admin work, to teach you and to care for you and to respect you. Its not only them with the right of the world.
Good luck and all the best with your studies.

In July I enrolled as mid year student in a Certif...

In July I enrolled as mid year student in a Certificate with their city campus and was asked to go to orientation day on Monday. All I can say that my experience was so terrible, so unprofessional that I decided to cancel my enrollment the very same day.

First there were no directions on where to go for the orientation class. Nothing was on the electronic board so students had to ask the Customer Service desk. After finding the Box Hill rep and moving buildings twice it was decided that oh, we do have an actual room, so we moved buildings again. This was fine at first, because it was the first day so I expect a few small problems, but then there was an issue with student cards/numbers. Only two of us had student cards/numbers and the other students didn't which meant they couldn't log into the Student portal to enroll into their class units. As that was being fixed, I couldn't log into the student portal. My ID and/or password didn't work so again I had to wait until that was fixed before proceeding further.

Then there was an issue with Art Kits that we had to buy. Only one student received information before orientation day on what to buy for their kit. I shouldn't have to wait to the first day of class, to find out I have to buy $350 worth of supplies. And here's a tip, you need to change the year on your form. It's no longer 2015!

However the big deal breaker for me was when we were given our class schedules.(Even though I had asked repeatedly to have it before first day of class). My class schedule said that I had 2 -3 classes every day for 3 days which I was told about at Information night. However the teacher noticed, that the schedules were wrong as two of the classes could not be started mid year. She told me that they could only be started next year as they went for a full year. Hence that I wouldn't finish my certificate mid year, but at the end of 2017. (so 1 and a half years in total)

So instead of attending 2-3 class a day like I was told at the Information session (and written on my schedule), the truth was I would be only attending 1 class a day, 3 days a week.

Now maybe this isn't a problem for most students, but I had given up a job to attend this class with the impression that I would attend school full time and finish mid year (their website even says that the course is 1 year full time, 2 years part-time), as I had made plans to move interstate mid year. Furthermore I had rescheduled another class I have been attending, due to the scheduling conflicts. If I had known that I would only have 2 hours of classes every day, and that the course finished at the end of 2017, not mid year, I would not have enrolled in the course, or told my employers that I would no longer be available for work, or inconvenienced my other educational provider with the schedule change.

I am very upset about the treatment of myself and other students. Box Hill Tafe need to acknowledge that their careless actions can affect the lives of their students. In this case it has effected me financially.

It is totally unacceptable, that students are given completely false, limited or incomplete information or have their time wasted by having to redo paperwork and tests twice or having to run between levels or campuses because staff can't be bothered to take some responsibility or check their facts.

I completed my degree in the higher degree in Early Childhood education. If you are considering completing a similar course, I would highly recommend going elsewhere as my experience left a very sour taste in my mouth and also affected my confidence when I went into the industry.

Firstly, the course is incredibly disorganised- there is rarely clear communication between the tutors, the course manager, and the students. Secondly, the staff within the course are rarely available to support you when you needed clarification on assignments, and you were constantly advised to obtain information independently on the subjects. Thirdly, I found that what was communicated in the classes were not what was expected within the industry. During this course, many of the staff members in the course made the industry out to be incredibly isolating and unsupportive, when I found it to be otherwise when I was completing my placements. Overall, I would recommend that you thoroughly research the course at other universities before considering attending Box Hill Institute. I found the standard to be incredibly low and the lack of student support quite shocking for a course where the fees were comparable to other more reputable institutions.

Yet disappointed by this organization's management.

Learning experience was great, that numbed me and made me forgot about how horrible these suited people were.

When it says "Free TAFE", I was surprised about paying $450 to a 3rd party group in order to activate my enrollment (This happened last year when I was enrolling, to Cert 4 Cyber Security) . Also this activation fee was never explained to me that it will be charged annually.

I'll be honest here, I'm on loan right now. At the end of every month, my pocket will be empty. The amount of my earning is balanced with the amount I'm spending. It was calculated, to make sure I have enough to return the interest.

As I was told by not only the school but also the government, this learning course I'm taking will be "Free". Education fee/administration fee/activation fee should never enter our conversation.

I enjoyed my studies at Box Hill Tafe. They could do better at the organisational level but I imagine that has a lot to do with government funding cuts. It s a real shame to see parts of it being sold off.

These people have no idea what they're doing, I called to stop my payment plan (which I was told would stop 2 months ago) and was redirected to debit success where they told me only the school could stop the payments. So I then had to call back again and was told to email them and I should receive an email by the end of the day. Two weeks later I emailed them again and still got no reply, after the third email I finally got a reply saying I still had to pay the payment in full because I had completed certain courses, however these courses were completed after I left so there was no way I was able to do these courses. I told them this and was told that she would look into it and get back to me, I then got an email from debit success saying the payment plan has finished however no reply from the school. So a big thank you for taking my money for 2 months and then keeping it even though you were in the wrong.

When I first enrolled, the customer service was on point. I was guided through the entire process, had help and assistance when required and now that I have started my classes, I feel like I made the right decision to study at BHI.
There was some slight confusion with timetables in the first week but the teachers were lovely and the opportunities are amazing! I'm looking forward to my o/seas exchange later this year!!

I did my excavator licence here in 2005.
It is still current but I lost the origional.
Apparently they can't re issue or even give me statement of results of attendance as they only keep records for 7 years so I have to pay $1500 to re do the course.
I was able to get my apprenticeships results from Holmsglen from 1997.
I'd recommend doing your course there as atleast they hold onto their records

Within doing my diploma of early childhood care and education at the new Lilydale lakeside campus, i have found that all the staff are friendly and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure all the work is understandable for all the students. I would recommend this campus to other individuals.

Very disappointed that i picked Box Hill Institute for my first certificate (off-campus). Enrolled in 2015, still cant receive any information about the grades and certificate itself. Only one lady (Gina) was trying to help me when there was a problem caused by poor administration and i nearly paid money for nothing. From the first time i enrolled i wanted to pay full amount and every semester they were coming up with extra charges. Still waiting to hear from the college members. E-mailing doesn't help.

Really unorganised institute. The staff take forever to find out the information for me and it just keep delaying and delaying causes me to miss out on intake. And then when I ask them to sign release form to let me go study other institute, they refuse because they want to hold onto you to make money. Would not recommend anyone to come study here.

Worst TAFE organisation that I have ever dealt with. Hard to get hold of right people to talk to or return calls. I was given completely incorrect (and vitally important) information about a particular course from a course co-ordinator at the information session as well another person working in that specific section. I had to chase people up to ensure that my son was enrolled and nearly missed out in enrolling him. He ended up being enrolled on the very last day before cutoff. Last year's information session was a shambles too. Luckily I had a really helpful Indian gentleman in the enrolment section assisting me to make my experience thus far with Box Hill TAFE slightly more tolerable.

After submitting all my course work and resubmitting part of 1 that was deemed not satisfactory I have still not received my cert 4 (building and construction). Despite calling twice, waiting on the line for over 30 minutes on the third time and being pushed from 1 to 2 in the que somehow, the same procedure was taken. "The people who look after this are not avaliable, ill get them to call you back" Its been over 3 weeks but still I have not heard from any of these people or recieved any emails about my certificate. One of the tutors did not even inform me via email that class would not run a few times, despite some others recieving emails. Great service when you have to take payments though of course. Too bad 1 star is the lowest overall or I would have given a 0.

The receptionist's that I spoke to on the phone were absolutely lovely! I called back numerous times and whether for information or help with directions they were nothing but patient and helpful, so thank you! I also have to pass on a huge thanks to the lady in E4 administration that went above and beyond to help me by printing a form out and making phone calls just so I could register for my course (I only had 1 hour before cut off). Sorry I didn't get specific names! Thank you all for the lovely experience so far and I look forward to studying with your institute.

I completed a certificate iv in integraintegrated ...

I completed a certificate iv in integraintegrated technologies at boxhill institute in 2016 and it was the worst experience of my life. Firstly when i went to the open night to enroll, Angela, who was supposed to be there to give information, couldnt tell me anything and ended up only enrolling me for half the course. I spent from february to july asking to be enrolled for the other half only to have none of my phone calls or emails answered. Everytime i went to see Angela in the office she made out that she had never seen me before and i had to explain from the start what i wanted. I eventually got enrolled when i went above her head. I got finished in december 2016 and ive passed all the subjects but its still a fight to get the certificate off them. Mamdouh, who isnt much better than Angela, called me to his office to try and get more money out of me before id get the qualification. All i wanted was to do a course to get more skills in my current industry and the people at boxhill have made it the worst experience of my life. I would never recommend anyone go to boxhill. All they seemed interested in was taking my money and making the experience as hard as they possibly could.
