Rang the 1300 number and was on hold and told i wa...

Rang the 1300 number and was on hold and told i was number one in the cue. Was on the line for 25min and still no answer.Left a message to ring me back and still no phone call. Jess from customer service got back to me and answered my question very quickly so i have increased them to 4 stars for this reason. It looks like they are just under staffed, but the staff they have are very good.
