I purchased some ballistic plates online. After a month waiting for them to ship I sent an email asking for a status update. No answer. I let a week pass and sent another email. No answer. Let another week pass and sent another email stating that it s the third time I asked for an update. This is the response I get from their customer service rep. Please don't say your third inquiry when all 3 emails were sent within 10 minutes of each other. We are behind a bit due to COVID-19 as we are short staffed to keep social distancing.

All I wanted was for someone to let me know whats going on with the order. Instead of that I get a rude response from them. Even if someone did send 3 emails in 10 mins the above reply from a customer service department is unacceptable. ill be doing my shopping on sportsmans guide or LA Police gear from now on.
