Decent experience first order thru botach, but I ordered an OSS silencer in December. They took 2 months to deliver it to my local dealer, and did not give me notification it was delivered for about a month. Went to the dealer to get the paper work done (in march) and it was the wrong silencer. I emailed them multiple times (Customer service and individual employees), and called them multiple times and left voicemails, but they were unresponsive with any of those. They would reply to the first email, but never again. I ended up doing a charge back with my credit card company, and now in June it finally got approved.

Just little over a 6 month ordeal (almost as long as the ATF approval process), to be back at square one. Found a OSS at a local dealer for a similar price, and purchased.
