Natalie is great to work with - always timely and informative when providing follow up to questions and inquiries. Quality of products is excellent - uniform products have been used for several season with changes only needed due to size. Customization of items is straight forward and simple to complete. Value of all items is second to none - any team/organization looking for products should definitely consider Boombah!

If I could give it a zero, I would. I am extremely unsatisfied with my first (and last) experience with Boombah.

Bought a pair of turf shoes, ($45 shoes with $10.95 shipping). Tried them on and they just didn't fit right, and I needed a different size.

That's no problem, says the lady on the phone when calling my first time. Send them back and when we get them we'll give you your money back.

Here's the trick, you pay for the new shoes and they'll eventually credit you back. So here I am, dishing out another $45 for shoes with $10.95 for shipping and handling to get my right size.

Called three times to make sure that I was sending the shoes that do not fit, back. My conversation with their costumer service ladies consisted of:
Make sure they're in their original box- got it!
Our address is blah blah blah- got it!
And put your RA number on the outside of the box- got it!

I repeated this back to them every time I call and nothing about doing it wrong.

So here I am, at the post office, shipping my shoes back, and once again, paying for shipping!! (I'll give a total at the end). Placed shoes in original box, labeled and taped, and sent off. Well two weeks later they're back on my doorstep saying 'refused.'

After calling Boombah to ask why these shoes are back in my possession, I'm told that they never even made it to their facility. How could that be? I've got the right address and everything. "Maybe you should call the post office and ask them" says the customer service rep. "It's not in our system" ...alright.... Call the post office- let me connect you to this post office- let me connect you to the supervisor- I'll call you back when the carrier gets in. Well, guess who rejected it.. Boombah! (Oh but it's not in our system) I'm so glad that I played phone tag all day to figure out this miscommunication in this Boombah company.

After calling and telling them that they did in fact reject it, she says "well, what did you package it in?" I put the shoes in the original box (as I was told) "with the RA number on the outside etc." "Well that's why" she says, "you're suppose to place it inside an additional box. They won't accept it if you tape the box" ??!!!!! After I explain that I called three times to MAKE SURE I was doing it right, she replies "well, it says it on our website..."

I was told that there was absolutely nothing they could do, now. It was rejected blah blah blah. I can have my supervisor call you back. Alright.... (Hopeful that maybe a supervisor knows some customer service skills). Two hours later, supervisor calls back, and pretty much says the same thing as the last lady. "Once the box is compromised, we cannot accept the shoes, we actually don't even open the box, we send it right back" WHY?! I did not pay for a cardboard box, I paid for the turf shoes that are perfectly in tact, never worn and in perfect condition?! (At this point I can never send these shoes back, because the box is busted up and they will never accept it) All that I get from this supervisor is "D'aww I can see why you're upset" Why call me when you are not going to do anything for me..

All in all, I paid:
$45 first pair
$45 second pair
$10.95 shipping first pair
$10.95 shipping second pair
$10.95 return shipping

$122.85 for these shoes

And to top it all off, the (rubber?) on the pair of shoes that actually fit, began peeling off BEFORE even making their way on the field. Their quality is a joke, as with their customer service. A company based online, should excel in communication, and this is something that they need work on. Customer satisfaction is NOT guaranteed and they could careless, as long as if they have your money.

**And after reading all other reviews, it is clear that others have been in the same boat. Shame on you Bombah.

I have been ordering thru Boombah for the past 6 years. Quality products thru and thru. Our organization has an assigned rep, Natalie, and she is prompt, courteous, and does what she can to expedite and make sure things are correct. We have ordered custom tops, pants, helmets, wrist coaches, bat bags, you name it we have probably bought it at some point. Excellent company.

Absolute Disgrace to make people pay for shipping both ways. The product was defective and I have to pay to return. The shoes are made poorly and their customer service is in need of new training. I advised I will never order from this company again.

My travel basketball team has ordered uniforms from Boombah for the past 2 seasons and my players love them. Great quality with many style options to choose from. Worked with Anthony Alonzo both years and he made it a smooth process.

Update:
Used Boombah again this season for our Uniforms and Travel Gear. Anthony Alonzo was awesome to work with again. He is quick to respond, gives great feedback, sends samples for sizing, helps with design, fantastic customer service. He definitely helped us make the right decisions for our program. I am a happy customer again and look forward to working with Boombah in the future, as well!

Anthony Alonzo helped our Minooka Basketball program out a ton this past season. He was able to set us up with some sweet new reversible uniforms and shooting shirts. He was in constant communication with us and it was a very smooth process, would recommend using Boombah and specifically working with Anthony Alonzo.

My 5 yo son starts a 7u baseball team this year so I was in the market for a bag. Found one that he really liked and just happened to be Boombah. I called to ask some additional questions and Anthony A. took my phone call. He was very polite and professional and he knew Boombah's product line. Just wanted to let someone know that Jonathan Shore was great to deal with after I had some issues with a order prior to Christmas.

I ordered both of my daughters personalized fielding gloves prior to Christmas and Fedex delivered them to the wrong person. The gloves are still missing, but when I reached out to Boombah Jonathan contacted me right away and got the ball rolling on replacing the gloves. We received the replacements Jan. 21st less then a month after I reordered the gloves. My kids absolutely loved them. My 10 year old was brought to tears because she was so excited to finally get the one thing she wanted for Christmas. Not only did Mr. Shore get the ball rolling on the reorder, but he also sent me photos of the gloves to put under the tree so my kids could catch a glimpse of there present.

The gloves are great and within a week my kids started using them for there indoor travel ball practices. Now all their teammates are asking for personalized gloves!

So in closing I wanted to let Jonathan Shore know how much me and my family appreciate all his hard-work in making our difficult situation into a happy ending. I personally have been using Boombah products for close to 20 years for slow pitch and fastpitch softball. I
definitely intend to continue using Boombah products for years to come!

We absolutely love, all of our products and highly recommend the custom jerseys which have held up well through 38 games so far with another 100 games coming. Emily Adam is the rep that I deal with and she is amazing. She is very helpful and goes way out of her way to make sure our team gets everything that we need. She is always quick to respond and gives advice on what is the best fit for our team.

I have been around the softball game for 19years and have ordered through multiple companies and Boombah is hands down the best this could be because we we're lucky enough to be hooked up with the amazing Tricia Vida. She always goes out of her way to make sure we get things done in a timely matter she even helped us during a vacation this past year when we were in a major time crunch for our volleyball jerseys.

Not to mention their uniforms are as good or better than the big guys in Nike and Under Armour for half the cost.

Terrible assistance. Tried to order $30,000 yes THIRTY THOUSAND dollars in pants and told them didn't even want a discount. Just asked that if we had to buy a replacement pair down the road not to charge us the $25.00 fee plus cost of the pants plus 25% to get it within two weeks. Explained we can budget for $40.00 for a pair of pants not $85.00 for a pair. They chose not to help us, therefore we will take our business to Mizuno.USA for our uniform pants going forward! Just a shame because our girls love to wear Boombah pants but they would also like Gucci pants but we can't budget for those pants either!!!

Natalie at Boombah has helped our club with uniforms for a couple years now. She is available and always patient when we are building our new season uniforms. The girls love the fabric of the jerseys. Great for layering in chilly spring and cool in the hot summer. Ordering and delivery is always spot on. Each year I purchase I am more impressed on how how many different options they have and the cost is very reasonable compared to other companies. This was my first time ordering uniforms for our travel basketball team, and Dawn really went above and beyond, not only to help me through the process, but when we added a couple of girls last minute she did everything in her power to make sure we got our uniforms before our tournament.

I ordered a very expensive rolling backpack bat bag last summer for my granddaughter. I am appalled at the quality that I received. The bag is completely falling apart.She only plays ball from about April to August, not year round. She carries two bats in the pockets provided for that and the pockets set so low, you can't possibly roll the bag without tearing up the bottom of the bag. When I saw what her bag looked like for the start of this year, I knew she needed another bat bag. As expensive as it was, it should have lasted more than one season. Come on Boombah, do something about this. I still have it if you want it back. It's pretty bad how much it was, and how bad it was made.

I started working with Anthony A. back in February. He has been over the top helpful. Any and all questions were answered and explained. I cant wait to see our custom cheer uniforms! He kept us in budget and listened to our wants and concerns. It had been the smoothest uniform order in ten years for our organization! Thanks Anthony! I will be back!

Years ago I was using a popular vendor for my basketball uniforms. The quality was very good, but I did not like their min order fee and time for completion. As I was seeking a new vendor, I stumbled upon Boombah. Found a design I liked and threw caution to the wind.

When the unis arrived, I was shocked at the quality as I'm very particular about uniforms. The colors were vivid, and the stitching was well done. The kids loved them as they felt light and they were sharp. It's been about 4 years and those uniforms still look good to this day.

I ended up having teams under 10 players, so I had to find another vendor for a couple years to avoid the min order fee of Boombah. Although I understand why that fee exists with sublimated unis, it was getting to be way to excessive for orders under 10. So if I just needed 4 uniforms, fees were assessed per item vs one flat fee per order. It just didn't make sense financially for me to charge new parents that much, so I had to find a new vendor.

Although the new vendor met my fiscal requests for a couple years, I missed the quality of Boombah. So last year I started to tinker on the site and reached out to them re new designs. The fees for min orders changed a bit, so I entertained doing business again.

Sarah T provided me with exceptional customer service, and definitely was one of the reasons I came back. Sarah was very patient, and more importantly, she listened. I can be somewhat of a stickler when it comes to uniforms as I want things a precise way. She paid close attention, asked the right questions, and conveyed to the designers exactly the way I wanted!

The latest version I have are definitely badass and the quality is still exceptional. I cannot speak for other sports or products, but I like their basketball unis & shooting shirts! I almost don't want to let people know as our uniforms stand out among others in our area. lol. But I definitely look forward to putting in a new order next winter for my girl's team and switching the colors up!

Best experience ever with Boombah! I have been bit by other companies and what they can offer for sublimated apparel, and Boombah exceeded every expectation I had for our cheer coaches gear. Next year, I will switch as many of my cheer pieces as possible to Boombah to take advantage of their awesome apparel, custom designs and OUTSTANDING communication and customer service. Sarah Tjaden specifically was EXCEPTIONAL with communication and follow up. Boombah MADE my 2019 season and instead of planning on sort of dreading planning for my next season... Recently bought the 2015 Boombah Boss Slowpitch bat. Very impressed with the bat, but about 4 months in, I started to notice a weird rattle while hitting with it. Sent the bat in, and within a week I had a brand new bat. Special thanks to Adam with customer service for continuously following up with me until everything was resolved. Looking forward to the 2016 bat now as well.

Shipping was fast, horrible customer service for the return of pants that came in the wrong size, returned them for a refund, they don't refund full amount only amount paid for item..doesn't include the shipping they charge...will buy pants elsewhere due to customer service.

Rolling Superpack has a serious design flaw where the bat holders drag the ground and creates a hole in the bottom of the bat holder. This has been a flaw for a few years now and they will not fix it. They know about it and will not do anything about it. They can simply add larger wheels or even switch the bat holders to the front and the bottle pocket in the back would fix it too.
They do not listen so we will not be buying these bags for our team again this year. DO NOT BUY THIS BAG OR YOU BAT HOLDERS WILL DRAG AND RIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We ordered new uniforms from Boombah in the Fall of 2018. My girls love the uniform tops and pants from Boombah because they are comfortable and light weight. They also make the ordering process very easy. We will be ordering from them again this Fall.

Anthony has been our Boombah representative for a few years now and he does an outstanding job. His has great communication skills and is courteous every time. We will definitely use Anthony as our representative in the future.

These guys have done a wonderful job for us!

We had one problem with on of our large orders. It was a mix up in there production department. When we received the shipment, we noticed that they had put "Baseball" on all our garments, instead of "Softball". So I called my rep, Connor and he looked it over and got us all straightened out and rushed the new, corrected order and still had the garments before we needed them.

Quality and pricing of our uniforms and outer wear is great and fantastic customer service to go along with it!! We will continue to do all our uniform/outer wear ordering from Boombah for these reasons!!

We are a ever growing travel softball organization in SW Michigan. We have been working with Boombah for several years now and couldn t be more satisfied with all aspect of the company. We order many uniforms every year and the quality of service is wonderful on everything from the design department, sales team to the product itself. We have found that the uniforms and helmets are very true to size and are very durable. Also they do a great job in their shipping department, we receive all in stock items in 2 days. Our organization will continue to work with Boombah for years to come.

I've bought their products for a few years now, and I've never had an issue until my last order.

I specifically remember being able to order a specific length in softball pants. I know I didn't order custom pants with previous orders, and I was able to tell them to make it a 32" length, not a 36" (I'm 5'9" BTW). I've checked my previous orders, and I've never had a pair of pants arrive as a 36" inseam.

The last order I made, I forgot to specify how long to make the pants. I tried to return them, only to find out that their "stock" pants only come in a 36" length "to accommodate taller players". Seems to me that it's just easier for the company to make them all 36" inseam, and let the consumer deal with the rest.

Now I get to spend more money getting the pants taken in, after paying $50 for the pants themselves.

I like the products, and the many options they provide, but they have gotten lazy, or cut costs by not providing a fairly standard service when selling clothes.

We recently ordered bags for our Select team , the bags had pockets that hold the bats , they were poorly designed due to the fact that pockets made contact with ground and rubbed holes in fabric on both sides !!!

Started shopping at Boombah about four years ago. As far as quality, all apparel, shoes and cleats I've bought for my kids at Boombah have been comparable to any major brand such as Nike or Under Armour.

I live close enough to their retail locations, so any orders I've made have been in-store or over the phone, and picked up at the store. Their retail staff has always been very helpful and knows their products well. I'm not familiar with their online customer service, but I would suggest calling one of their retail stores if you have questions regarding fit.

Our experience as a league that had 8 teams ordering uniforms and other baseball gear for the upcoming season has been a tremendous experience with Natalie as our lead contact. Natalie was extremely helpful, very professional and extremely responsive to all of our email and phone questions and requests. This was our first experience with using Boombah as our lead provider of uniforms for our travel baseball teams and we certainly will be using again in the future.

Been using Boombah for past 4 years for my softball program. Uniforms are great quality, I customize online how I want them, and they arrive exactly how I designed them. Quick delivery. This was my first time ever using Boombah. I wanted to give them a try since I play in tournaments where several teams have had jerseys custom ordered through them.

First off, you cannot get an estimate combining women and men's jerseys together unless you call their office and explain to them what you're trying to do. Even when you call the office, they only have 3 options: place an order, questions on an order and returns. So if you're trying to talk with anyone about getting an estimate - you'll be sent into a circle and more than likely be told to just go back online...this happened to me. I called in 3 times, spoke with 3 different people, requested combined quotes 3 different times online (even sent notes) and it wasn't until I was at my wits end on the phone with the last customer service representative that I got the estimate I was after.

I was advised by the first Boombah rep to purchase women's jerseys since they do not have unisex options. Unfortunately, Boombah's women's jerseys are sized to fit pre-teens or petite women. If you need custom jerseys for a co-ed team, be sure to do so in men's sizes. If any of your ladies are busty, have broad shoulders or have hips - they are not going to fit comfortably into a S, M or even a large. The XL women's jersey is a standard small but has a tight neckline - especially for busty women.

The 1 star is because the jerseys got to me sooner than I was expecting and the woman for returns was kind enough to send me a return label, I didn't have to pay for shipping. From reading other reviews, this doesn't seem like a common move on Boombah's part - so for that I'm thankful.

If you do a custom order through Boombah for co-ed team jerseys, be sure to use all men's sizing. After I was denied reimbursement for the women's jerseys, they sent me a sizing chart. What good will that do me - when none of their jerseys fit any of my women comfortably.

Very happy with the jerseys we received. Emily Adam was great to work with and very helpful! She helped me with the designs for the jerseys, walked me through all the steps, and took time to go over all the options with me. Overall very satisfied, would recommend to anyone.

I have been using Boombah to outfit my travel baseball team head toe including bags. Working with my rep Natalie makes the process so easy, which gives me more time to focus on baseball. We have 3 separate jerseys that Natalie did a fantastic job helping design as well. Once the parents see how the boy love their stuff I saw the accessories start to show up at the diamond, batting gloves, cleats and so on. Give them a chance and you will be on board too.

One of the great customer service experience I ve dealt with. Whether through a phone call or email they respond very quickly. They give great feedback so you understand exactly what you re ordering.

Sarah is fantastic, our league was trying something different this year and she was always quick to respond and was very helpful during the whole ordering process. If I could give more stars I would. Well def be doing business again real soon.

Boombah has been an excellent source of Uniforms for our youth sport organization. The Macktown Warriors Youth Football program has used Boombah for (3) seasons. We have used a variety of products, from uniform tops, hats, coaches polo's, pull-overs and shoes. Each year there selection and pricing continues to outpace any competition. Our salesman, Anthony Alonzo has bent over backwards since day one to assist in all our needs. His attention to detail and communication is beyond a five star rating. Quite simply, Boombah is the Best in the industry!

Anthony Alonzo is the contact I used when inquiring about a youth football jersey for my toddler. I wanted a realistic jersey similar to that of my older son whom plays JFL. I've been working with Anthony Alonzo for about 3 years and the experience has always been exceptional. Our basketball club's needs have always been met - from the customization and details - with excellent feedback and a satisfactory result. The compliments we get from the public about our team's uniform is just icing on the cake. It really is a big a deal to our team knowing that behind the products we order, there are passionate people who genuinely want to take care of their customers, such as Anthony has shown over the years.

Ordered on thurs 1 bat bag. Got order number never heard anything more. Its 5 days and order has not been filled
So i email thier customer service and i get we are a monday thru friday company so we have until wed. three days more to fill your order.so 8 days before its even gonna get shipped out. Should have bought another brand from amazon or ebay atleast they have product to your door in 3 or 4 days. Better work on your order fullfilment cause that is bad i know larger and smaller businesses that work faster then that. Maybe 3rd party through amazon to improve your output.
