Recently bought the 2015 Boombah Boss Slowpitch bat. Very impressed with the bat, but about 4 months in, I started to notice a weird rattle while hitting with it. Sent the bat in, and within a week I had a brand new bat. Special thanks to Adam with customer service for continuously following up with me until everything was resolved. Looking forward to the 2016 bat now as well.
