Just wanted to let someone know that Jonathan Shore was great to deal with after I had some issues with a order prior to Christmas.

I ordered both of my daughters personalized fielding gloves prior to Christmas and Fedex delivered them to the wrong person. The gloves are still missing, but when I reached out to Boombah Jonathan contacted me right away and got the ball rolling on replacing the gloves. We received the replacements Jan. 21st less then a month after I reordered the gloves. My kids absolutely loved them. My 10 year old was brought to tears because she was so excited to finally get the one thing she wanted for Christmas. Not only did Mr. Shore get the ball rolling on the reorder, but he also sent me photos of the gloves to put under the tree so my kids could catch a glimpse of there present.

The gloves are great and within a week my kids started using them for there indoor travel ball practices. Now all their teammates are asking for personalized gloves!

So in closing I wanted to let Jonathan Shore know how much me and my family appreciate all his hard-work in making our difficult situation into a happy ending. I personally have been using Boombah products for close to 20 years for slow pitch and fastpitch softball. I
definitely intend to continue using Boombah products for years to come!
