I've bought their products for a few years now, and I've never had an issue until my last order.

I specifically remember being able to order a specific length in softball pants. I know I didn't order custom pants with previous orders, and I was able to tell them to make it a 32" length, not a 36" (I'm 5'9" BTW). I've checked my previous orders, and I've never had a pair of pants arrive as a 36" inseam.

The last order I made, I forgot to specify how long to make the pants. I tried to return them, only to find out that their "stock" pants only come in a 36" length "to accommodate taller players". Seems to me that it's just easier for the company to make them all 36" inseam, and let the consumer deal with the rest.

Now I get to spend more money getting the pants taken in, after paying $50 for the pants themselves.

I like the products, and the many options they provide, but they have gotten lazy, or cut costs by not providing a fairly standard service when selling clothes.
