They showed me that they cared and worked with me on my trading price. (Wasn t the number I wanted) but still gave me a good number. Mike is a professional sales person. He was the one who helped me and took his time. Also a manager came over and he was a pleasant/helpful person.
Good Toyota location I would recommend them to people. Definitely better than Toyota in Braintree where they show 0 care and don t work with you AT ALL.

I am so happy that I listened to Dennis, after the Test Drive I bought what must be the best car that I ever drove in my life time. This car will take me into my retirement years and I am very happy with it.

Krishna was a phenomenal sales rep and helped me in every way possible! He had a lot of patience and understanding in what I was looking for. I highly suggest Boch and Krishna!

Spoke with a sales person on the phone and got the usual run around. No the truck I wanted could NOT be moved but we have others you might want. I would not go here to buy anything.

I highly recommend Biff Fenerty when buying or leasing a car. I just bought a Honda CRV. Due to time constraints, I needed to buy a car in a timely manner. He was very professional and courteous. They were so busy it was going to take longer than expected. I could not wait any longer and would of had to return back to the dealership 2 more times. One to finish the paper work and the other time to pick up the car. He is the best salesman we have ever had when buying our cars. He offered to deliver the car I was buying to my house so I wouldn't have to come back a 3rd time. Now that is class - he was wanting customer satisfaction not only with the car but also with the dealership. I was so surprised that he would take the time. From now on my husband, adult children, friends and I will only go to him when buying a car. 5 stars for Biff Fenerty.

The only negative I have to say about him is that he kept disappearing on me when I was on the phone answering questions about the car with my insurance company & we had to search him out several times. Came in for an offer of a $49 "special" oil change...

Came in for an offer of a $49 "special" oil change. They also recommended tire rotation as part of "routine" maintenance for another $29.

The service adviser then told me that my serpentine belt needed replacement, my fuel injectors needed cleaning, and the car should have wheel alignment. He also showed me the dirty cabin air filter and engine air filter; and said that they also needed to be replaced.

I refused the suggested repairs except for the filter replacements; I have no idea how clean or dirty they should be on a 5 year old Corolla with only 45K miles. So I spent another $100+ for new filters.

After the routine maintenance and filter replacement and a $17 disposal fee, I left with a bill of over $240 dollars. I'm not sure if anything of their other recommendations are or will be necessary, or it's just them trying to upsell repairs, but I'll be sure to check with an independent mechanic rather than return to Boch for service

I recently took my mom to Boch Toyota as she was in the market for a new car. Of course before going to Boch like any good shopper we went to several different dealerships and compared prices and figured out which car suited my mom best. Unfortunately though my mom never felt super comfortable with any of the sales people, and mom is old school she wants the price she wants, she wants the sales person to go through all of her questions, and she wants you to make her feel super comfortable. The only person to pull this off was Eric Yngve a Sales Manager at Boch. He made this deal happen and I can't give this guy enough credit. I have years of sales and service experience so I appreciate when I find great service. This guy not only sets a great standard but he was genuine.

I have been in the market to buy a new car for over 6 months. I went to several dealerships (non toyota) then I went to a bunch of Toyota dealerships. Boch was by far the best. I was helped by both Eric and Josh who negotiated a fantastic price for me. The customer service was fantastic and Eric was one of the best people I had dealt with in my car buying experience. In finance, I worked with Peter who was a rockstar and was able to get me exactly what I needed. Boch not only provided me with amazing service and prices, but delivered me the vehicle quickly and in beautiful condition in fashion. As for Toyotas, I will never go to any other dealership in MA. They made an experience that can be so stressful and terrible easy and smooth. Go to Boch and ask for Eric and Josh!

Do not buy TOYOTAS at all. Bad cars . 2009 Toyota Camry will blow the engine On you after 100k mileage and Toyota will not do anything for you. They have bad engines in the car , so many people that I know including myself had this ad bad experience . They use bad engines , could even kill you . So many recall issues on these cars and Toyota does not take responsibility to have any repairs done or even to take blame for bad card.
I will buy Honda , they are expensive but safer than Toyota .

My parents (Who are in their 80s) just had a terrible experience with a bait and switch tactic used by this dealership. The numbers over the phone which where very clearly communicated for a specific model -the RAV 4 LE - were tripled when it came time to finalize. They have mobility problems and are very price sensitive so this was a major effort and huge disappointment for them. It's shameful to use this kind of tactic on the elderly and I would never recommend doing business with Boch.

Waste of time. I was looking at a used SUV and traveling from a distance to go see it. Looked great in the pictures they post. In person -- DEEP scratches all over the place. This vehicle looks like it went through hell and back. The rims were scuffed with deep scratches as well. The vehicle seemed to skip gears when we went on a test drive. I asked if my mechanic could look at it and they said "if you buy it." My salesman was pleasant but didn't know anything about vehicles. He was asking me what I knew about the vehicle I was test driving. He said " I don't really know very much about cars." He was an older gentleman, nice, but not meant for a dealership. He was hesitant on every question I asked him. The finance guy... Eric...was rude. I was upset they invited me up and talked this vehicle up so much. I get it is a used vehcile.. but for 2012 is VERY BEAT UP. Waste of time and have s****y cars. Wish I could give it zero or even negative stars.

I was 120 miles away from home going to wake that day and the funeral the following day when my sons (both in their early 20's and not mechanically inclined) drove the Rav 4 to my sister-in-law's home late on Monday night to be with their grieving mother. They told me that there were lots of lights on in the car. I got up early the next morning and brought it to Boch praying that they would fit me in so we could go home safely.

The people at Bach could not have been more accommodating or kinder. I had an issue with my warranty that was an "extra care warranty" problem. In my mind, "extra care" now means "no care."
They expected me to leave my car for 1-2 days for inspection before it could be fixed. They would not wave the inspection despite the circumstances and Boch's professional assessment. I had to go through hell with "Extra Care" to get the car inspected that day. No one should be treated as coldly as I was while going through a death in the family 120 miles from home.

That should not reflect negatively on the Boch. They treated me better than I have ever been treated at any dealership (I am 59 years old and have averaged turning over a car once every three years for family and job since I was 21). I had Larry Dulski as a service technician who was understanding, kind, considerate, and above all professional. Thank God he was there to help me through this ordeal. They don't come any better than him.

The General Manager gave me his personal cell phone to contact Toyota Corporate while I was waiting for Toyota Extra Care to contact me on my personal cell phone. He could not have been more considerate. I used it for over 90 minutes. I am sure he was inconvenienced missing some of his own personal communications and I would like to thank him for thinking of me as both as a Toyota customer and a person. I was touched by this gesture.

In the end, thanks to the efforts of the Boch Team, I picked up the car that night and my sons could drive home safely from the funeral. These people were wonderful and I cannot thank them enough for there efforts to help me through what could of been a terrible 3 day away from home ordeal.

I just think that a dealership that cares about people this way should be recognized. Thank you Bock Toyota.

After having a very negative experience at the Toyota of Watertown, I came to Boch Toyota of Norwood to look for a pre-owned RAV4. I was warmly welcomed by John Remmy and Marc, Car Salesmen, and Jennifer, Financial Manager, who helped to answer all of my questions, were extremely pleasant, patient, & professional and attentive to all of my needs. They ultimately helped find the perfect car/option for me, all while making the stressful process of buying a car enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership not only for their vast inventory, but for their level of customer service - something that is difficult to find in a car sales environment. I bought my RAV4 from Boch Toyota, will recommend this dealership to friends and family and plan to return for my future car needs!

I returned the CV axle cores but they must have gotten lost in translation because I didn't get account credit back. So I called them up and the rep, who was extremely helpful and apologetic, got it taken care of right away. I will definitely buy from again.

Went to buy Toyota Highlander XLE 2019 on last Saturday (Sept 07) at BOCH Toyota (Norwood, MA), Spoken with the Sales person Hung Lee . After the price discussion, Hang took a temp pre-Authorization of $5000 to proceed further with finance. He confirmed that the Credit Card swapped is only for temp Pre-Auth, no amount will be deducted unless I will not confirmed them after final finance discussion.
Then I spoke with finance person named Ian Merrill , I filled form for my credit check and given Social Security card and latest Pay Stub. After that he told me that he will call me back on Monday (Sept 09) between 1PM-2PM, to discuss about the finance after credit check. He also confirmed same that no amount will be deducted from my credit card unless I will not give confirmation after final finance discussion on Monday. But the $5000 is deducted from my account without my permission.
I have tried to call multiple time to Ian Merrill also left message to call me back but didn t get any response from him. I also called at sales desk and raised my concern but no-one is helping me on it.
This is the worst experience.

I bought the car from this place and tires was bad on it so I asked them to put my car on the lift and look at the tires and overall at the suspension. I had to argue about it for an hour to make them do it and when they put my car on the lift mechanic damaged my floor pan and the rocker panel on my car . I was in shock when I saw that my car was about to fall of the lift with the arm from the lift in my floor pan on one side and other side was damaging my rocker. Never go there, very bad service.

After the purchase, salesman was working on addressing one of the other "mistakes" but I was just told he can't help me any more because he resigned from the job.

Great experience today at Boch Toyota! Eric Yngve, Sales Manager, was very helpful in advance on the phone. We negotiated prices and he ensured the vehicle would be ready when I arrived. He introduced me to Joe Musto, TCUV Sales Consultant, who was a total delight to work with. Joe streamlined the process and he was very patient in answering all my questions. The Finance Manager spent a lot of time researching loan options and she was able to match the loan terms I had found at DCU. Great team at Boch Toyota - come on down - you won't be disappointed!!

I went in for a inspection sticker. After 1 hour, I was told that my car would fail because the license plate bulb wasn't working. If I paid $20, they would replace my bulbs and I would get a valid inspection sticker. I refused and told them to fail my vehicle. The service person then left and after 10 minutes he came back. He then stated that if I refused to replace the bulb, I could get pulled over and issued a ticket. He stated the fail sticker was not the same as an emission fail. He kepted stating that it is a safety issue. I told him that if the vehicle would pass, then fail it. After 10 more minutes, he drove up with my vehicle and told me to go. No inspection was done and my old sticker was still on the vehicle. I did not pay for an inspection. I won't go here anymore.

We bought my wife's used Camry here a few years back. We got a good price (come at the end of the month, when they are trying to make their sales quotas) and good service from the sales staff, and the car has been great. Expect them to try to sell you an extended warrantee, which is not usually worth it and which we declined. We asked the salesperson to provide floor mats, which he did, but he gave us cheap aftermarket mats, so don't assume anything. I brought the car in for service today (wednesday 8:30 am), and there was no line, the service manager was very prompt and friendly. No suprises. The service (oil change and inspection) took 1:40 - not record breaking, but all in all, dealing with Boch Toyota has been a good experience.

Good dealership. Negotiation was relatively straightforward. Would have given five stars if it hadn't taken so long to complete the registration process. Registration wasn't ready when we picked up the vehicle and it required another two days and an extra trip to finish the process. They need to improve that process and/or provide a more accurate time when everything will be ready for vehicle pickup. Otherwise it was a good experience and we love the new vehicle.

I recently went into Boch Toyota to lease a Limited RAV4. My experience with Jason Aufiero and John Goncalves was exceptional! They both were knowledgable and attentive during the process.
I absolute LOVE my new car! I will 100% be back to Boch Toyota to see Jason and John again when the time comes for another Toyota. My husband also leased a Toyota Tacoma and he's extremely pleased with his buying experience as well. They made it such an easy and smooth experience for us. Thanks again!

My mother and I shopped at Boch for a new Rav4. Our salesman Donovin was absolutely wonderful. He answered all of our questions and was very patient. We were unsure of which model Rav4 would work best for us and Donovin was able to point us in the right direction toward the vehicle which best suited our needs. Donovin's manager, Dave P was also very helpful and easy to work with. Dave helped us determine a lease worked better for our finances and got us an amazing deal. We will definitely be back to work with Donovin and Dave when our lease is up.

I had a comically bad experience there. It was a veritable goat rodeo. I was fed a stream of misinformation with one department contradicting another. They even gave me the wrong price for the car, so I came with a check 100 dollars short, then they made me pay the hundred dollars despite it being their mistake and one of the people acted like it was my fault. The cherry on top was standing there for nearly 3 hours so they could slap an inspection sticker on a pre-inspected car. (That was after waiting nearly three hours earlier in the morning when I was told I just had to bring my plates down and pick up the car.... Wasn't the case.) All the techs were playing candy crush apparently (overheard salesperson say this) and the one thing I told them to fix on the car a dozen times over the course of two days, verifying that it would be done over and over, was not done when I got the car. Plus, I could see my car just sitting in the service garage everytime I went outside, not to mention when I finally got the car they nearly lost the registration..... it truly was an aweful experience. Probably the worst customer service across the board I've ever had. Even the people answering the phones were aweful, sent me in circles to people's voicemails that were "gone till july" I just wanted to see if they had registered my car. They were supposed to call when it was done and they didn't... just getting them to tell me it was in fact registered was like pulling teeth. I could go on and on but needless to say if I didn't need a car asap I would have walked and spent my money elsewhere. Worst part of it is not once did one person apologize to me for any inconvenience or incompetence. It was such a frustrating experience I can hardly put the words together to describe it. When I left it had less than a quarter tank of gas and the tire pressure sensor kicked on within 10 miles. I wanted to like Boch because Ernie is a local guy and I love what he does with his music drives us organization, but I dont think I'll be going back there again. If I could give less than one star I probably would.

I had an extremely bad experience at boch Toyota.

Bought a used (22k) vehicle with MULTIPLE inspection issues and when I called the sales manager kyle said I don t know what you did to it on the way home

Really, Kyle?

The sunroof was pouring water.
Oil drain plug was leaking oil
Water pump was leaking coolant
Oil temp sensor was unplugged. (Stephen, my Sales guy stated that this would be fixed before I picked up the car... this was a lie right to my face.)

I m shocked that a reputable dealer like boch would ship ANY vehicle with so many MAJOR issues. Overall communication and customer service are horribly lacking. I feel insulted and disrespected that they would send my car out like that. It s almost as if they never even sent it in the shop for an inspection. My local dealer found these within 2 hours of me dropping the car off. 1/10 for Boch. 0/10 for Kyle the sales manager. Extremely rude on the phone and in person. He even looked the part of the greasy sales guy. Get your act together.

Not only that but they tried to sneak in a $795 dealer fee into the purchase agreement after we had already agreed on a price. These are shady and dishonest business practices, to say the least.

Take your business elsewhere.

Still haven t gotten a response by Jess, the customer service lady. Seems as if they replied here only to look good.

Not only that, but they didn t do their due diligence and Mistitled my car without the lien on the title. Now boch is calling me and threatening to REPO my car because they made a mistake.

They lost my deposit check, the sales rep was there to make MONEY not sell cars. I was asked for the check as soon as I entered the dealership.

"what brings you here today Mr.? New car? Insurance CHeck? Do you have the check with you?"
I was asked more about form of payment then I was asked about cars in general.

THEN the sales rep has me set up for terms that ARE NOT in my credit range, after telling me that I was eligible. BAIT AND SWITCH much?

TERRIBLE terrible experience.

AND MY NEW CAR DIDNT EVEN COME WITH FLOOR MATS. Do you think they asked if after all my troubles I would like some floor mats?

NO. Nothing but "we apologize for any inconveniences..."

She ensures perfection at every step of the process and takes the proper time to show the car top to bottom at delivery. I will definitely buy my next Toyota from Boch and Theresa. On the day of purchase, the car we discussed over email was there when they said it would be and at the price I was promised. Can't ask for more than that. At the store ask for Kyle Stojek - straight shooter and knows his stuff, he couldn't have made the process easier.

I went into Boch as I saw an ad on their website which indicated that one could lease a Camry for 59.00 month based on a 2000.00 down payment. Naturally this did not include fees (which they did not list) so the 59.00 monthly payment only came with 4000.00 down. Ok. 2000.00 more than described but somewhat expected since 59.00 is unheard of...

My issue is that they deliberately mislead the customer about the purchase price of the Camry on the same ad which is being run as a special until 9-5-15. The price of the new car is listed 17,900. Here is the small print:

Dealer's advertised Price does not include $389 doc prep fee. Price is the amount plus sales tax, bank acquisition, title, and registration fees. All factory rebates promotions and incentives to dealer, includes recent college grad $750 required for lease payment, from Toyota Finance Service.

That little sentence about the factory rebates means that if one does not quality for specified rebates then the price increases by the rebate amounts (2000.00 in this case). We had a discussion about how to interpret the above English. A less obtuse way to indicate the same situation, which would not mislead the customer is " Price is based on the application of rebates and if not applicable must be added to 17,900". So basically for most people the price of the car is NOT 17,900, as most people are not new college grads or veterans (the rebate categories). This felt a little bit like a bait and switch. OH--and supposedly they currently did not have any of those advertised cars with the special price. But when I complained about this, they were willing to find one--but those rebates that I didn't quality for had to be added back into the price. My experience is that rebates usually mean a reduction in price; not an increase if you don't qualify.

From a customer service standpoint: ADVERTISE THE PRICE WITHOUT THE REBATE; then reduce it for those who qualify. It would make for a more satisfying experience.

Do not go there, Those people are very rude and don't care about customer satisfaction . Here is the story : My wife traded in her 2014 toyota corolla for a 2015 toyota rav4 . 3 days later the rav4 will not start , i called toyota road side assistance, unfortunately they covered only 3 miles of towing, i paid out of my pocket to get the car towed to the dealer, 3 hours later Wilson called me and said my car is all st it only needed a fuse and i have to pay $ 120. I said Wilson you are joking because i just purchased the car then he said never mind. Next day, my break light went off , that time Louis my service advisor was very kind and quickly resolved the issue. Guess what 16 hours later while i was off from work at 11 pm getting ready to go home, my will not start again . I called Road side assistance again and this time they take the car to boch again . 6 houres later i have been calling all of their numbers to have an update on the repair , no one is available to talk to me . This is so inconvenient and unprofessional , Right now i am still waiting for them to me back after at least 20 voicemail . i have to go school and work i do not what to do . I deeply regret the day i walked in to Boch Toyota in Norwood to buy a vehicle . i will never go there again and i warned you not go there ... It is a real nightmare . Even Bills does not pick up his phone , i left him 2 voicemail . nada nada .

Cheap place. Low money for your trade in vehicle. They want to pay only $41k for my 2013 BMW M5 fully equipped with 22k miles. (The after market exhaust alone worth $4k) That was a freaking joke and humiliation to my intelligence.

Luisa was absolutly wonderful! She took the time to explain every detail of the car to me and got me the best deal possible to fit my budget. I appreciate everything she did for me. I never felt pressured or as if I had to buy anything extra. Top notch service. I would definitely recommend her if you go to Boch Toyota!!!!

Our experience at Boch was disappointing to the point where we didn't even purchase the car. We spent a week going back and forth with the finance department. First, they don't finance with Bank of America and were aggravated that we didn't want to finance through Toyota, even though their rates were much higher. We had to handle all communications with our bank. They printed out the form and it was misaligned. The bank couldn't read the VIN number. They didn't send the fax right, so it had to be faxed again. We had to end up going back to the dealership 6 times trying to get this done.

After it was all said and done, we had the money in our bank account and Boch wouldn't take our check or debit card. We had Bank of America on the phone willing to speak to them to verify the funds were there and the finance guy was as childish as a 3 year old, walked away and insisted the only way was for us to get a certified check. Reason: our check number was too low. It was #1350. Our credit scores are above 800, we just purchased a house, we were approved for the loan, and they still wouldn't accommodate us. So, we cancelled the entire transaction and went to another dealership. We refused to be bullied into playing their games. All in all, we had to speak to a total of 7 different finance people; a different one each time. Don't waste your time with this dealership.

Bought my 2011 Tundra here and have to say I never felt any pressure. Joe Baribeau was wonderful to my then pregnant wife and I. I had such a great experience that I continue to have my truck serviced there and when it's time to buy again, I hope the customer service is as good because they have my loyalty if it is.

Just purchase my brand new 2019 Rav4 with Monike. She did all she could to help me negotiate for the right price that I could afford and leave the dealer driving the new car I loved. Monike was on my side during the entire negotiation and help me through. She was very honest, open and realistic about the entire deal. Thats the second car I purchase from her and for sure won't be my last as she became my number 1 sales representative for Toyotas. Monike is awesome very charismatic and honest. Highly Recommend her!!!

Cost of Services and Repairs need drastically reduce from what it is now and also more discounts need offered. Also the time wait for customers, which is worst during sales with customers made to wait endlessly (i.e I had to be there 3-4 hours between 3 days before getting to buy a car overall and worse during service wait period times to with a time wait of 2-3 based on work getting done. Minimum of 2 hour wait period for an oil change at a dealer place, while the quick oil change centers outside seem to do same job much faster...Above said is true with most car dealers...
