Had to change my review. Too many online "mistakes...

Had to change my review. Too many online "mistakes" or "typos" or "inaccuracies." Initially gave 4 stars because they honored one of their mistakes. After the purchase, salesman was working on addressing one of the other "mistakes" but I was just told he can't help me any more because he resigned from the job.
