My Navigator was Brought in for service on a Monday morning, And by Tuesday afternoon it was ready to go! I appreciated the fact that they were not pushy On trying to sell me on things that I did not need, Or try to sell me a new car as mine has almost 160,000 miles on it. I will be using them for service in the future for all my service needs.
The service department have always been courteous and prompt with the repairing of my vehicles.

I recently had a good experience buying a new vehicle at Bob Utter Ford . I knew Doug Mangrum as a long time employee there, so I sought his help in finding what I wanted. I told Doug what I was looking for and he searched on line both his and other stores. Prices were lower there with manager mark down l and rebates. In less than a week I had just what I wanted. Doug was helpful and not pushy at all.
They did a excellent job on my car and even left some refreshing water in my car after the job was done! They explained the problems on my car and was patient with me. Ask for Philip Milam he was great
This was the most pleasant experience we have ever had in buying a new vehicle. Tommy Ellis is an excellent salesman. There was a good explanation of options available, but absolutely no pressure put on, not to buy the car nor to buy extended warranty. We could hardly believe we were finished with the financial part, wondering when the pressure was going to come. We plan to do more business with Utter Ford and certainly recommend them to others.

It took a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to get Mr. Utter's attention, but they replace the catalytic converter and bad back up camera.
DO NOT BUY HERE....check engine light came on BEFORE we made it home. Sold us a car with a bad catatylic converter. Want $2K to fix and will not buy the car back. FRAUDULENT
Bought June 3rd. July 23rd still don't have license plate. Learned the previous owner still has it. The sold a car they don't own the title to. Seriously shady place.
I went to have my 2018 Ford Flex oil changed and tires rotated and was in and out of there in about 30 minutes. Everyone was very nice and professional that I came into contact with. They have a very comfortable place for me to wait while I was there. After the work was completed, everything was reviewed with me before I left. I felt very comfortable with the service that I received.

My recent experience did not go well. I was misinformed about the work needed on our truck, as well as the time it would take to complete it. Trying to get in touch with the service manager was a challenge because he s spread too thin between both locations of the operation. There was also confusion as to which area would be doing the work on our truck (Quick Lane or service department). I do not like the new set up nor dealing with brand new employees at the Quick Lane area. They lack customer service skills overall and are treating long time customers as if they ve never been in before. I come to Bob Utter because of the relationships and trust built over years. I do not appreciate being treated as a stranger or being given incorrect information about what s needed to keep our vehicle running well. At this point, I m evaluating options for caring for all five of our vehicles.

This is the second vehicle I have bought from bob utter ford. I have 3 kids one 7 year old one 2 year old and one that was just 2 weeks old the customer service was great not only do they make buying a vehicle easy and painless they are very friendly to not just me as a buyer but to my kids as well. The staff made it easier to buy a vehicle when we couldn't find a babysitter at such short notice. I would really like to thank Kenzie Avery and the rest of the bob utter staff for there help

I brought my Lincoln MKX in for an oil change. I had a tire that was leaking air and asked them to check it. They found the problem, recommended two new tires to be installed on the front. The price was very reasonable. They took care of my vehicle, washed it and vacuumed it. Excellent, courteous customer service. The Service manager caught a mistake on the bill and adjusted for my road hazard when he realized I had purchased the older tires from them also. I will see them again in a few months for my next oil change.

Went on to have my oil changed, tire monitor system checked. Oil change was completed. However, my tire monitor system was still blinking before I left the facility. I was told if it was blinking it was the pressure, if a solid Code, it was the monitor system. All said and done, it needed to be reset by a tech. It was reset by a tech. I was told on a previous visit that it was the monitor system.
Fast, friendly service department! They discovered that I had a free Lincoln service, so I paid nothing. It was great!

Man these guys were working so hard. Great service!!! They were very busy, but always maintained a very professional attitude. They did great work. My car has a little complicated way to do a transmission flush, but my car now runs amazing!!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. They stayed open an hour and a half late for me....stuck in traffic. This may be a good dealership but Doug in used car sales and his Used car manager Tommy are unethical and have zero clue about customer service, I own a company and I wouldn t hire these guys to save my life they don t have a clue: long story short they sold a truck right out from underneath me that I had been in the process of buying for 2 weeks. I had the drafting instructions emailed to them from my bank at 3pm and they sold the truck to another customer shortly there after around 4pm, I m in sales and they can t pull the wool over my eyes another customer that paid more (sticker price) when I negotiated a deal where they probably weren t making much came in and without even having the courtesy to call me they sold the truck THEN called me. This company will have the opportunity to turn this 1 star around by someone calling me to help me find a truck but if they don t I ll continue to blast them on ALL social media.

Traded my Cadillac in for a Lincoln as local Cadillac service wasn t worthy of the brand. Bob Utter Lincoln has not disappointed in the standard of service Lincoln is known for. A couple of blips in service were speedily addressed and corrected. Overall, I recommend both Service Dept and Tire Center.

So I called up there and wanted to drive the ML63 they had spoke to Malcolm Ross, made the appointment and went up to Sherman to test drive the car. When, I got there he had no clue about the Car at all basically I had to tell him everything. We test drove the car on Hwy 82 and car was pulling to the right like crazy even Malcolm stated that he doesn't know why the car was pulling. When I came back to the dealership I spoke to the Used car sales Manager Tommy (was not a very professional person) He was more focused on his Facebook messages then speaking to me anyways asked him what is the best he can do on the car and he stated it was $29971.00 and they will only be making $250.00 dollars at that cost. Told him something is definitely wrong with the car as it is pulling to the right. Malcolm was standing there and they both said it was OK for me to take to Mercedes Benz and if they find something major the dealership (bob utter will take care of it) But they were not willing to work on the price so I left.
2 days later Chris Chathcock called from the dealership and asked me if have purchased another Vehicle yer and i have told him I was going to test drive one that day. And he then stated they have dropped the price to $27000 and invited me back to the dealership it was Saturday and I was at autos of Dallas and test driving the other ML63. I have decided to get that car but when they asked me for my driver license I didn't realize that I had left it at Bob utter ford Malcolm never returned it back to me. So I called Chris back and told him I was getting the ML63 for $27000 and he said he can give me his for $26750.00. I told him that was acceptable if they allow me to take the car to the benz and get it checked out the then stated he will speak to his manager Austin and call me back. He called me back about 10 minutes later and stated that was fine and I can take it there on Monday or I can come buy the car today and when I take it if they find something major Bob utter will take care of it as they stand by every car they sell. I once again told him that car was pulling to the right and he stated to give me peace of mind he had his master mechanic looked at the car and everything had checked out and it was just low on Air. And again stated when I take the car to the Mercedes Benz if they find something that is major they will take care of it as they stand by every car they sell.
So I decided to take there word as we have previously done business with this dealership a while back and they treated us really good. We drove to Sherman and did all the paperwork on the car and most if the information have given him on the phone so when we got there it was very fast process as they closed at 5. I did not drive the car home my wife did but the next day when I was about to take the car out to get it washed I realize that the Steering wheel was not going up and down and was making rather loud noise. I texted Chris and told him that there was a problem with the steering wheel and he never replied. So I called Austin the next day and also sent the Email to the GM (which by the way i never got a respond from) . I took the car to Mercedes Benz and they have told me I need a new Steering wheel Column, New brakes and rotors, New spark Plugs. Right had lower arm front control arm was also damaged all set and done they repair were going to cost me over $6500.00. I Called Austin and told him about the steering wheel and also the control arm. He told me to go ahead and bring the car in and they will check it out and he will see what the owner BOB UTTER wants to do. So I took the car in and was told i have purchased the car AS IS and there is nothing they can do and they didn't know about these issues at the time of the inspection. So if anyone has driven this car and know about these issues please call me I am planning on getting an Attorney i already have one witness who said the dealership knew about the steering wheel. Also, PLEASE TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM !

Jason in service is great,an asset to the company. My 2 problems are still there as they have to have a code to repair anything and there are no codes showing. Both problems have popped up several times since. I will have to live with it.

I have always had a good experience with Bob Utter however the service department not so much. I schedule an appointment last week and called and verified the day before. We go to drop my car off and they have no record of my appointment. I go back to pick up and pay for my service and the cashier, Delanie, is not friendly at all. Her attitude was beyond annoying and unprofessional but her eye roll when I said something about it was even more disappointing. I would rather drive to the dealership in McKinney then go back to service department at Bob Utter.
Service was excellent and timely. Staff professional. My oly problem is after i left, noticed a mis while at idle that wasnt there when i brought the truck in. Havent had time to see what it might be, looked under hood didnt noticed anything off. Will try n get diagnoised
