The service department was courteous and professional. Great dealer to get service done for your vehicle. They always take care of business whether and oil change or other issues with vehicle. Great to have a place that appreciates your business and takes care of issues with vehicle.

I had a poor experience here a couple years ago and left a one star rating. People change. So do businesses. All I know is that they have really stepped up the game on service. I really like the coffee and amenity area. I arrived early to pickup my car once and they were running late. They immediately gave me a loaner til the next day. They know me by name and they treat every customer with respect. I hope this review lends some better light. We can all change. This team certainly did.

Called for warranty service that needed a tow. Bob Utter group sent their tow truck, picked the van up, kept it a week and said all was well after replacing the starter. Charged me for towing on a WARRANTY call - said It was my fault because I didn t call roadside assistance. Same vehicle has had warranty service that required towing but none of the other dealers charged for the tow nor tried to blame me for calling them for service rather than calling roadside assistance. Very dishonest. And on top of that the van still is not fixed - a starter does not drain a battery but...

I had an appointment at 2:45 p.m. Got there at 2:3...

I had an appointment at 2:45 p.m. Got there at 2:30. Did not pull my truck into the bay until 4:00, after I complained. This was due to only having two diesel lifts and one had a vehicle tore apart and hadn't got the parts for it yet. Also, when I made the appointment, online, it asked for year make and model but never asked if gas or diesel, engine size, or anything like that so the next page was regarding service type. I checked "The Works" for 55.00 and my final bill was 92.00 and some change. The guy working counter knocked off 22.00 for labor due to me having to wait but I should have stuck to my guns and paid the 55.00 I signed up for but it was not his fault so I just told him about the website issue and paid my bill. They have some issues but I can see how they have potential to provide good service.

After shopping around for an oil change for a Shelby GT350, I decided to go with Bob Utter Ford-Lincoln. They were the only place out of the three other Ford dealers I contacted that were able to provide a confident quote. Once I arrived at the dealership and saw the new Quick Lane building I already felt like I had definitely made the right choice. Besides being greeted friendly and professionally, they took very good care of my new car. I was even happier with my choice when I saw that I would be able to watch them work on my car. They did an awesome job taking care of my vehicle! I could not have asked for a better experience for the first oil change on this car! Thank you for handling it as carefully as I would have!

My experience with Bob Utter Ford in Sherman has been awesome, the service department has more than once gone beyond simple good service. I am very pleased every time I have one of our vehicles serviced or repaired, they are always finished in a timely manner and the price is more than fair. I have always had a great experience just simply purchasing parts at their parts department also, just can t say enough good things about the service there.

I came in around 2 p.m. on the 11/1/2019 just to have a check engine light looked at takes about 10 minutes and the service department said they didn't have time for me. Been doing business there for years truly disappointed I'll be finding another service provider. The last visit my truck stop running about 10 minutes after I had the oil change on it took another two hours to figure out what was wrong with it last straw.

I recently purchased a car through Bob Utter Ford. The transaction was great. Danny Smith worked hard to get me what I wanted in color, options and pricing. He showed me how the features worked and was patient through the process. The financing with Chris McClour was easy and he explained all the options available in financing. Easily the best experience I've ever had. We did almost everything over text and phone. Their prices were so fair for the car and the trade in that I didn't need to negotiate. It was already the cheapest new ford explorer in a 75 mile radius and it was the color I wanted for interior and exterior, plus features. The trade in quote was higher than carmax, another local dealer, and vroom. They let me take the car overnight, which was great since I have a two month old and live 50 miles away. Farron Whitefield was our salesman and he was great. No pressure, very relaxed. Highly recommend!!

This is the 8th vehicle I ve purchase over the last 20+ years from this salesman. Utter Ford gained the best of the best when Jay joined their team. Always remember that professional car salesman provides as much or even more service after the sale for his customers than he/she does during the actual time of the sale. Damon, was by far the most respectful, polite, and...

Damon, was by far the most respectful, polite, and productive service person that I have ever encountered. He called frequently to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle's maintenance and went above expectations in ensuring that my vehicle's warranty covered the service needed. In addition, Damon initiated multiple factory recall repairs to bring my vehicle up to date.

My previous experience with dealership service departments compares with going to the dentist or shopping for dresses with my wife. My frustrations with being without a vehicle were quickly eased when Damon ensured me that he would call when the tow truck delivered my vehicle, when it was inspected, and when the problem was identified. He did promptly and provided me with ample options and explainations. By far this set the bar for all future service managers when I require repairs to be done on my Ford vehicles.

The process of buying a new car at Bob Utter Ford in Sherman was the easiest and most pleasant experience I ve ever had. I give all the credit to Kenzie Avery who was VERY knowledgeable in all the latest features of the new cars and the most delightful young woman to work with; I ve already referred friends and family to her knowing they will be well served. Thanks also to Malcolm for completing the closing paperwork so expeditiously. Definitely a five star experience and I m really enjoying my new Ford Edge!

They are great, this is our second CPO car/truck we have bought from them in the past 2 years. We keep came back because of how they honored our warranty every time we had a problem no question asked. Plus, they are all super nice and helpful, all around good customer service. Jonah Peters is the man! He has helped us get what we were looking for both times while making sure it was the right way to go for our situation.

Kyle was super helpful and extremely nice. We test drove about eight cars in one day and he was so understanding when I said I didn't know why I didn't like a car it just didn't feel right and he was quick to help us find one we love! I've never had a fully loaded car so I had to call him with a couple of questions and again he was super helpful! Kyle will always have my business and I will highly recommend him to everyone!

What an amazing vehicle buying experience, especially during COVID. After speaking with Jane and telling her the models of SUV in which I was interested, we made an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived, Jane had two vehicles already in front for me to drive. It was a low pressure, easy car buying experience and Dustin had us closed in 10 minutes. I can t recommend the Bob Utter dealerships enough.

This is hands down the best dealership experience I've ever seen. My father and I went to purchase a truck from these guys and everyone was very pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend coming and be willing make the 3 hour drive to purchase my next vehicle here. Keep it up fellas!

No appointment needed, lots of staff, always friendly and relatively quick. They keep my vehicle in tip top condition so I don t have to worry about breaking down on the road. They do warranty work as well.
All I have to do is check my mileage by my little sticker now and then.

Great dealership! Just got my oil changed here for the first time and I'm mad at myself for ever going some place else. Not only do they change your oil in a timely manner, they even wash and vacuum out the car, AND their prices are cheaper than most. To top things off, they have a super clean waiting room that has an amazing snack bar! Great experience!

I ve bought four Ford vehicles from four different Ford dealerships and Bob Utter Ford was overall the best and most amazing experience ever. I contacted Bob Utter over the internet one night when they were the only dealership within 500 miles to have the vehicle I wanted on their lot. Jane (my awesome sales lady) contacted me first thing the next morning. She worked extremely hard to get me the deal I wanted and a few days later I was taking the hour and a half trip to meet her. From the time I stepped on their lot to the time I drove off in my new vehicle, it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Bob Utter and they will be my go-to dealership from now one.

The service tech that did the airbag work disnt even do a good job. I got my car back in worse condition then what it went into them. I will not let them touch my vehicles ever again. When i called about it the problems the customer service person was rude and the manager Jason did nothing but argue with me over what they did and didnt do to my car. The problem has not been fixed and as well i will be out of pocket to fix this issue do to the fact that i cant trust them with my car. All Jason wanted to do was argue that its going to cost me money to fix what they messed up. I feel this happened because they have not ever had my car before. They even made comments about it not ever being there in the shop before. DO NOT GO TO BOB UTTER FORD for any work on your vehicle.

My wife and I just purchased a New Lincoln MKZ from Bob Utter Lincoln. Our experience with this dealership and our salesperson Tommy Altland was one of the best car buying experiences we have had. In today's world of high pressure game playing sales consultants and dealerships, it was refreshing to find a dealership that hires professional sales people like Tommy to earn customers trust and business. Our experience with others at the dealership so far has been excellent. Sales and Financial management were straight forward and honest, they worked hard to earn our business. If you are looking for a quality car buying experience ask for Tommy Altland when you visit Bob Utter, you won't be disappointed.

I was traveling from Colorado to my daughters wedding in San Antonio. My Ford Excursion developed major mechanical problems while in route. Although the service dept. was extremely busy, they took care of my vehicles mechanical problems and repaired it quicker than I anticipated.
I was very pleased with their service.

Went there for oil change with my premium maintenance package. Was told that the oil drain plug was becoming stripped. Ford is the only one to touch the truck to date, so the issue was caused by a Ford tech, and for $7 dollars they could easily remedy the issue, but refused to do so. My advice, don't expect customer service when you go there.

Driving back to Michigan My engine blew in the middle of nowhere! I was completely distraught. I had no idea what i was going to do. I was able to get my car to Bob Utter! They made me feel very comfortable. Particularly Roy Whisenent! It was like he was sent from heaven or something. Literally the kindest person I ever met that I would happen to meet during the worst period of my life. He gave me a simple play by play of what was going to happen as he took care of everything. I had my car back in a week! He needs a raise! People who treat strangers like family should have their own statue! Being stranded in between Texas and Michigan there s a million ways my situation could have gone bad but I got lucky!!!!
