I took my Kia Soul in for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and systems check. When I got home I noticed the technician had checked the block that there was no spare tire; therefore, it is evident, he had not checked the spare. There is a full size spare tire in my Kia Soul.

Purchase was super smooth, we were in and out in just over an hour, including 20+ minutes with Danny who trained us on all the features of the car. Fantastic experience, we will be back for sure.

KENZIE AVERY is absolutely the BEST! I told her exactly what truck I wanted after finding out they didn't have it she dealer traded and had what I wanted there the next day already detailed & ready to go. She fought hard for me to get what I needed on my trade, with the help of Jamie Gladen & Malcom Ross our finance manager I left feeling like I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. And the truth is I SHOPPED around ALOT! Still eneded up buying there because they were the best!

Jason is awesome! I had two major repairs that needed to be done. Jason listened to all of our concerns and acted on them immediately. I truly felt like he cared and even gave me a great deal on what should have been a very expensive fix. The mechanics were quick and efficient. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

Bob Utter Ford/Kia is a great dealership to go to when looking to purchase a car. They offer some of the best prices around and great service. I was looking around for a blue Stinger GT and luckily I came across Bob Utter Ford who had one that was being offered at an amazing price. I called to get some more info on it and was able speak to Kenzie who is a fantastic saleswoman. She had answered all may question and addressed my concerns on the phone. The dealership was a 4 hour drive away from where I live at though, which i thought would be an issue, but fortunately it was not. Kenzie was able to get all my info through the phone and have everything ready for me to arrive at the dealership. Once i arrived all i had to do was sign paperwork and be on my way with a brand new Stinger GT. In the paperwork portion of the purchase I had asked many question and brought up a lot of my concerns about buying the car so far from my home. They were all addressed with honest answers and made me feel at ease with the purchase. All in all Bob Utter Ford/Kia is a great dealership, that was most definitely worth the drive and Kenzie is a helpful and honest saleswoman at the dealership.

The service Department at Bob Utter is top notch! I took my car in to have a couple warrenty issues fixed. When Damen, the service rep handling my car, hopped into my Explorer to move it, he noticed a sound I had dismissed as tire noise. He latched on to a repair tech, and took him for a ride. The repair guy diagnosed a wheel bearing going bad. So in addition to the work that I had planned to get done, they corrected a potentially dangerous mechanical issue. The service department at Bob Utter is fantastic!

I have never had an experience buying an automobile like I had at Bob Utter Lincoln. Kenzie Avery was so pleasant and professional in dealing with her from first contact until signing. The staff never pressured for the sale and bent over backwards to answer all questions.

Eric handled the purchase of my new Niro and was fantastic! He patiently and happily answered my every question. Chris handled the financing and explained thoroughly all my options available to me, explaining the pros and cons of each option. Between the 2 this is my best car buying experience ever. It was definitely worth driving up to buy from them. Even people not directly involved with my purchase were happy to help my wife and I in any way. Phenomenal dealership! Too bad I can only give 5 stars.

First, I would like to say well done by the Bob Utter team. Everyone knows how painful buying a new car can be, but the team at Bob Utter have made this process very smooth. In my opinion, when you first contact a dealer through their website about a vehicle, it is all about a quick response. We promptly heard back from Chris Hathcock (Internet Sales Mgr) when we inquired about a truck and he put us in the very capable hands of Jane Smallwood (Sales). Jane, has a great attitude and is very upfront and honest with the vehicle buying process. I would definitely go through her again when I buy another vehicle. Dustin McCormack (Finance) made the financing process easy as well. He explained the vehicle financing/warranty options very well and had us in and out quickly. Danny Smith (Delivery/Tech Specialist) did an outstanding job going over all of the features of the truck. He knows his stuff. It was a pleasure working with these professionals at Bob Utter and they will have my business from now own.

Absolutely the best Dealership ever and the people . My cousin traded in her 2008 Mercedes Benz ML63 There . It was a great Experience i am writing this review because i want to know how honest these guys are with the cars they sell . My cousin when she and her husband traded in their Benz they had told the Salesman it having a Steering Wheel Problem and needs a Control Arm of some sort. We took it to the Mechanic and was told the repair will be over $3500.00 Why we decided to Trade it in . So, whoever gets this can you please leave a review to let us know . I, unfortunately, forgot about my broken seatbelt until 2 days before a long trip driving my parents. Joe was understanding, polite, and kind. He had the needed part sent via over nite mail, and was able to have the car ready to go in time. Not only that, my car was well washed and bug free for the first time in weeks. My experience with Bob Utter KIA was fantastic; Jane Smallwood was the perfect salesperson for me. Very little pressure when I was contemplating the purchase and she answered all my questions quickly and accurately. Mixed with a little bit of humor and only slight pushes to see where I was at in my decision, I have nothing but great things to say about Jane and Bob Utter at this point. I'll be recommending others to take the time to go to Sherman to avoid some of crowds and have the same great experience.

I had a wonderful interaction buying my new Explorer there!! I bought a 2017 Explorer from Kenzie Avery and we have been Facebook friends since 2017! We found this new 2020 Explorer online and I sent Kenzie a message saying I wanted to trade in my 2017 and she got right to work on the deal! She had me approved and within an hour I was headed the two hours drive to pick up my new car!! Talk about easy!! At the dealership I was treated like family!!! Got me taken care of ASAP so I was back on the road. The days of having to sit around a dealership is gone! They are the best team! I highly recommend Kenzie Avery for everyone!!

I have been very pleased with Bob Utter Ford each time I have my car serviced there. They are quick, efficient, professional and they truly care that you are satisfied as a customer. You are greeted upon arrival and all your concerns are addressed. There is one employee in particular that I feel goes up and beyond in his job. This is Jason Bishop. I hope Bob Utter Ford never looses this employee and that he is truly appreciated by management and staff. Though this is a costly trip to come to Bob Utter Ford, due to repair costs, etc. it is also a pleasure trip because you feel welcomed and appreciated. Your hard earned dollars are understood by the staff. From the moment you walk in to the moment you pay your bill and leave you feel appreciated and cared for. I have great trust in all the employees from the front desk, to the mechanics to the the young lady who takes your payment. I drove from out of town twice with an appointment...

I drove from out of town twice with an appointment only to be told they could not look at my car. The first time they said it was a computer error, the second time they didn t have a tech there and did not bother to call me and notify me until I arrived at the dealership. They told me to reschedule for the next week and they would have a car for me to drive back home since I have a toddler and an infant and it would be an all day process. When I got there they did not have a car, and I had to wait with both small children. Also, each time I was there they had to ask me the reason I was bringing my car in. They did not document it anywhere to know what the issues were. It was a very aggravating experience and they never offered any compensation of gas for driving over there each time and not being able to get my car looked at just to be turned back around and drive an hour and a half back home and putting 3 times as many miles on my car, taking away from warranty.

The experience was fantastic! My husband was buying me a Kia Stinger for our anniversary and we were on contact with Jane. She had the cars ready for me to test drive when we got there. We drove 3 cars and decided on the Stinger GT1. She was very friendly and never pushy. She worked with us to get what we wanted for our trade in. Once the deal was completed we signed papers with Chris in finance and he was also very friendly. He didn't pressure us into purchasing any extras, he just asked which was appreciated. After the car was washed and detailed we met with Danny who went over all of the technology in the car. It was a great experience and I will definitely recommend this dealer to my friends.

I've been a long time customer of Bob Utter Ford, both in purchasing automobiles and especially having them serviced. This dealership is TOP NOTCH in every area. My latest experience has been with the service department.

I've never...EVER...seen a service area...top to bottom...so attentive and caring for it's customers. From the moment you enter the store to begin your process, to the time frame given for repairs, and just the way Bob Utter Service treats you like you would WANT to be treated....it's just a very good, overall experience. Furthermore, the prices I was charged were amazingly affordable.

Was one of the most pleasant buying experience I ever had in purchasing a new vehical. Props go out to the rapid service team as well. It looked like a Nascar pit crew performing the service. It was extremely fast and thorough. Bob Utter Ford will continue to get my business when purchasing and servicing my personal vehicals. To bad you don't sell Class 8 Commercial Trucks.

3 hour job that your dealership told me I needed the last time I came in a few months ago took 48 hours to "diagnose" again.

Not at all satisfied with the communication. Dropped it off on a tuesday morning at 8 AM. Called to check on the status at noon on Friday three and a half full days after dropping it off and was told truck would be ready that day. Got a call at 4:25 PM on Friday saying the car in front of mine had problems and pushed mine until Monday. Couldn't get the truck because someone had disassembled it, had to borrow a vehicle from a relative to get through the weekend. Needless to say I am less than satisfied with the service I received for a $950 water pump that took 6 days to complete.

I did get a call at 9:25 on Monday morning saying it was ready, after being put in a bind all weekend. Not even an apology for the slow fix.

My recent experience did not go well. I was misinformed about the work needed on our truck, as well as the time it would take to complete it. Trying to get in touch with the service manager was a challenge because he s spread too thin between both locations of the operation. There was also confusion as to which area would be doing the work on our truck (Quick Lane or service department). I do not like the new set up nor dealing with brand new employees at the Quick Lane area. They lack customer service skills overall and are treating long time customers as if they ve never been in before. I come to Bob Utter because of the relationships and trust built over years. I do not appreciate being treated as a stranger or being given incorrect information about what s needed to keep our vehicle running well. At this point, I m evaluating options for caring for all five of our vehicles.
