I took my auto to be serviced on a Friday afternoon. I found the service men to courteous & personable however, I had a long wait(1 1/2 hour) which, being from out of town(travel time 1 1/2 hours one way) was burdensome for me. I have purchased 4 NEW vehicles from Utter Ford & Kia. I was promised by the sales men that they would provide me a loaner car(which they did until my last purchase) while mine was being serviced so I could take care of other business while in Sherman and be back on the road home when my vehicle was finished being serviced. My most recent purchase was done through Terry Thomas. He has not honored his promise to provide a loaner vehicle so I wait...........
& wait & wait. Needless to say, since their word is worthless, I won't be buying my next vehicle from the Utter dealership.

Since Utter does not or will not honor their promise(after the sale) I wish they would, at least, do service by appointment. Customer's time is valuable.

Fast, efficient, it cost just a tad bit more but you get kid glove service. Lots of little extras; tv, coffee, water, new cars to review, they will answer any question; and a free car wash at the end.

My experience with the service dept at Bob utter was really good I dealt with Joe. He was very helpful and kept me informed about what was going on with my car. I am not happy that my 2015 Ford Fusion had a leaking head gasket and it cost me $2000.00 to fix. As much as I like this car not sure I will buy another one.

Jonah was great in getting us the Kia Telluride we wanted at the price we wanted unlike many DFW metroplex dealers who were charging $5K+ over sticker. Malcolm was great in getting us an amazing financing rate. It s our second vehicle we have bought through Bob Utter and guessing it won t be our last! It s definitely worth driving to Sherman!

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 from Bob Utter Ford, and it stands out as one of my best car buying experiences. The entire staff - Sierra Purdy and Brad Kerrigan need special acknowledgement - were capable enough to complete 95% of the purchase process and agree on a price over the phone and through email. All I had to do was come in to kick the tires and sign the paperwork. Malcom Ross in the finance office explained the extended warranty, gap insurance, etc. concisely, and did not press me on any of these add-ons past the first "No, thank you". I really appreciated that. Danny Smith did an excellent job of explaining all of the technology of the vehicle without coming off as patronizing.

If you're in the market for a Ford, Lincoln, or Kia, this is where you need to go.

Jason took over our problems and solved them quickly without going over budget. Great work.

From start to finish we couldn t have asked for a better experience. We negotiated for two vehicles, but asked to see different options in order to make our final decision. Our sales rep Kathy Dunne was awesome throughout the entire process and finance rep Dustin feels like a friend after our interaction. Great people and service.

Recently purchased a 2011 f-150 Raptor from Bob Utter Dealership and loved the customer service that was issued by all of the employees. Jonah Peters was the salesman that worked 1 on 1 with me and was excellent, he was very patient and kind. Wouldn't have wanted to purchase a new vehicle from anywhere else. Everything just fell into place with out any hassle. I would recommend everyone to visit this dealership when looking for a new vehicle!

I would rate Bob Utter 0 stars if I could. I would recommend never buying or getting your vehicle serviced at this particular dealership. Although some of the staff are great people, the management is very hostile and aggressive if you have any problems. PLEASE TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM!

The last time I used Bob Utter s service department (3-4 years ago) it was a disaster.

Not any more.

The guys were courteous, well informed and quick. Didn t seem to upsell to me or other patrons who were also dropping off vehicles. They would make suggestions but from overhearing the conversations - they seemed to make sense.

No pressure car buying - We live out of state and needed to trade a family member's car on a new "used" car purchase. We researched all the local dealerships and their available auto choices. Reached out to the Bob Utter dealership and their salesman Adam Hulsey. Adam made our visit, test drive and purchase the easiest we've experienced. We spoke on the phone, emailed and then met in person and never once felt pressured to purchase or to purchase anything we weren't asking for. It would be a pleasure to work with Adam again.

Absolutely would NOT recommend this place. They ran my credit 4 separate times, which caused my credit score to drop dramatically. They also incorrectly reported my cosigner's employment position, which caused him to have to undergo an HR investigation with his employer.
They were incredibly condescending when it came to negotiations, and the salesman didn't know anything about which features the cars were equipped with.

Service Tech...Damon....very polite, courteous, customer oriented . Got issues solved and kept me updated on progress.

Made appointment for 8am Monday, dropped truck on time to have chip reprogramed and chk wiper motor. Told ready that evening or early Tuesday. Called Wednesday they hadn't even started yet. Was told possiblity of Friday, told them to just program chip, needed the truck for working. They programed the chip and fixed wipers and finally had truck ready
Thur evening. This was work truck and was dissatisfied with being told one thing then having been told they placed some other vechiles in front of fixing mine.

Excellent service by sales(Kenzie) and finance (Malcom) personnel. Very knowledgeable in their field and great to do business with. An enjoyable experience to do business with such professionals.

Drove 3-1/2 hours for a 30 minute deal. Car was as advertised and in great shape. Dealership took care of our family and the car during the paperwork signing. Sales/Finance/Service are top notch.

I had been to several dealerships in my search for a vehicle and my time is important. I was very pleased with the straight forward, quick process I experienced with Jonathan at Bob Utter Ford. I actually spent 4 hours at a major dealership in Frisco and discovered they outright lied to me at signing and I walked out. The folks at Bob Utter were straight forward and didn't waste my time trying to work me over or upsell me a bunch of add-ons I did not want. Very good experience. I will be back the next time I am in the market for another vehicle.

I bought a new Ford truck at Bob Utter Ford. It had a dent in the roof. Bob Utter put on the sales agreement that it would be fixed. To this day, it still has the dent in the roof. After many attempts to get this repaired I gave up. It was like trying to get warranty work done. All I got was lied to.

Great folks. Great deals. Worth the drive if you live in the metroplex. Ask for Tommy or Jamie, they'll do you right.

After a short bit of negotiating we left the dealership with our new MKX. When we came back to finalize the transaction Tommy Altand got us situated quickly, Jonah Peters quickly prepped the car, Malcom Ross did a great job explaining the financing and Danny Smith was great at explaining all the tech gadgets on the MKX.
