We drove more than three hours today to complete our car purchase of a certified used Lincoln MKC. What we experienced was one of the most pleasant experiences we ve ever had at a car dealer. From the first contact with their online sales associate Caitlyn to the final sale with Jane, this dealership is a class act. Dare I say it was Utterly perfect? Well, I d do it again. We got a fantastic car at a great, honest price. There was zero funny business and the entire transaction was totally transparent. I actually enjoyed the whole process, which doesn t happen at car dealerships. And if we ever decide to trade it in, I m so happy with both my Lincoln and this dealership, next time I ll skip the internet and just call them directly.

My air conditioner quit and my service engine light kept coming on (and going off.) But I needed my car on Tuesday afternoon and the part would not come in until Tuesday morning. Bless their hearts!! I got my car back in time, the air conditioner was working great, and I owe a big debt of gratitude to Jason for pushing the paperwork through after Terry finished with it. They went above and beyond. Thank you.

***BE CAUTIOUS ABOUT DOING BUSINESS HERE. I would rate Bob Utter 0 stars if I could. I would recommend never buying or getting your vehicle serviced at this particular dealership. I not only bought my vehicle here (which wasn't that great of an experience), but I also made the mistake of taking my car in to get work performed on it. They inspected my car and made the repairs without getting my consent on it first or even giving me an estimate. It wasn't until after it was all said and done that they called me to tell me the total cost. Of course they offered to remove the part and put back in the old one but I needed my car to get to and from work and other places and didn't want to wait on getting it fixed any longer than I already had. I even spoke to the owner about it because I felt like the way it was all handled wasn't right but again to no avail. I'm not telling you not to do business with them but if you do, exercise extreme caution and make sure you have an estimate or are at least aware of any and all repairs they purpose making before they do so. Finally, full disclosure this occurred a few years ago and my family and I haven't done business with them since. If their best practices and workflow have changed since then, it's possible but beyond me to comment on. Good luck.
I bought my car here and I have had nothing but the best service. Everyone is smiling and quick to help. I went in for an inspection and they were quick and efficient. I would recommend this place over any other place in Texoma. No one gives service like the people at Bob Utter Ford/Kia!

Quick service looking into an air-conditioning issue along with doing an oil change.
It was easy to schedule an appt. We got there a bit early, but they pretty much got right on to the manufacturer's update and then on to finding out why check engine light came on. Found the problem and fixed that in a very timely manner. Matthew kept us informed and updated through the whole process. Comfortable waiting area. And we left with a newly washed car, which needed it, due to all the dang pollen. Only reason it's not a 5 star is due to typically high dealership prices. The people were grest, that I dealt with.
The servicemen were polite, friendly and professional. Kept me informed of repairs and explained everything thoroughly. Everyone seemed knowledgeable and willing to provide excellent customer service. They even had coffee!

Recently when I was driving home from the hospital (1 hr. away), the low tire pressure & oil change lights came on. This was very stressful as I was making a short trip home to drop off things and pickup things to take back to the hospital and always try to minimize my time home away from my husband. He has been hospitalized for 10 weeks and I have been staying with him night & day.
I immediately called Roy that I was coming in and he said he would be waiting for my arrival. Upon arrival, he immediately took care of my problems and while there, he took care of other miscellaneous things to make sure I would not have any immediate problems as I was traveling back & forth from the hospital every 7-10 day.
I was immediately driven home by one of their drivers and when my car was ready, the driver picked me up at home. Everything was done in such a timely manner, it was such a big help to reduce any anxiety. THANKS TO ROY FOR TAKING CARE OF ME AS HE ALWAYS DOES BUT THIS WAS VERY SPECIAL, OVER & BEYOND THE USUAL COURTESY WE ALWAYS RECEIVE FROM HIM!!

I arrived at Bob Utter Fast Lane about 5:10 fully expecting to be told it was too late to have my car serviced today. To my surprise, i was greeted at my car and told not at all, we can get your scheduled maintenance completed right away!
The service mgr was very friendly and drove my car right in! I watched the servicemen through the window rotate my tires, check and fill my fluids, change the oil, and do a head to toe inspection of my car. They were very thorough and i appreciate the service they provided!

My Explorer had contaminated fuel. Everyone in the Service Dept treated me as if I we their only Customer. The Service writer Jason Weaver patiently took my daily phone calls and was very pleasant to work with. The Service Manager, David Pryor, and the Shop Foreman, Ben Aukes, took the time to meet with my husband and I and the gas station's investigator to explain to him how the fuel seriously damaged my vehicle. Most dealerships would have just repaired my vehicle, took my money and let this be my problem. Bob Utter took great care of me and my vehicle.

From the minute we walked onto the lot, Erik was extremely helpful and informative. After we settled on the Kia Sedona, Danny went over all of the technological gadgetry on the dashboard. Even a simple guy like me could understand how to use it after he explained it. After that Chris took care of all the financing and paperwork that goes along with it. The whole experience extremely pleasurable without any pressure at any point during decision making.
Dustin McCormack was the worst when we went to sign paperwork to get a different vehicle. Cursing at my family because we are Brad Kerrigan s customers 100%. Been searching for a Kia Sorento for several weeks. A couple that I liked sold elsewhere before getting a look. Contacted Mike Mounce at Bob Utter regarding a 2017 EX. He provided all the details regarding purchase and emailed it. We met Mike at the dealership, test drove the Kia, and sat down to write it up. He was very friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions. Dustin McCormack, finance guy, got us in and out quickly and was super friendly and fun to work with. Once the transaction was completed Mike had the car washed and had a couple marks on the passenger door buffed out. He even filled the gas tank!
