I bought a 2013 Lincoln MKX at Bob Utter Ford in Sherman. It was a fantastic car buying experience! I did not have great credit and they worked really hard to get me in the car. Ryan was superb, he was very attentive and transparent throughout the entire transaction. Service is great. Bought our car here i in 2015 and they have been nothing but helpful when we need it. Our car is currently getting worked on in the service area. They were able to tow it in from Bells and just add it to our bill.

They knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it in less than one day.

Friendly, polite, a little slow had 730am appointment for the 27 point check, oil change, and break inspection. My car sat in the bay for CV approx. 45 min. To hr before touched. Unexceptable.

Service department sure knows how to RIP people off I'll never take another vehicle to them. Bad business on how they charge high price to fix people vehicles. Parts cost 50.00 they charge you 750.00 for labor and lie sayingI'll save you money.

My check engine light came on and my car only had 44k miles on it. Took it in to Bob Utter Ford and they said the head gasket was broken. A few days later they called back and there was something wrong with the engine as a result of the broken head gasket. Engine replaced under warranty and they provided with a nice new Edge to drive while my car was in the shop!! Thanks Dan and Thanks to Bob Utter Ford for taking great care of my car!!

Ahhhh where do I start.. I purchased a glorious 2013 Challenger from here a couple weeks ago. When we agreed on the car, it was beautiful! I came to pick it up three days later and they had ruined it. First of all, they said they were going to clean it up very well on the inside for me. I've found change, cds, sunflower seeds, golf tees, reciepts and other trash left by the previous owner. No biggie right? It gets worse. The car has aftermarket rims on it that were absolutely beautiful (when we agreed on the car and they already had my money.) When I went to pick it up, they had washed the outside with a cleaner that was extremely acidic and completely ruined them. The chrome is acidicly burned and cannot be washed off. They REFUSE to fix them over even pay half for a solution to them ruining my rims! They tried to tell me they were like that when I bought the car but i have pictures of the rims from that day and they don't look like that. Finally, they hand me the keys to the car and the drivers door won't open. It opened fine day we bought it. I tell them, and they tell me to bring it back the next day (which is a 60 mile drive for me one way) and they try to "fix" the door. They tried to hillbilly rig it and broke it in the process so they were forced to replace the parts. I finally get the car back after two days and turns out they didn't reattach my mirrors SO THOSE DONT WORK. Another 60 miles there and back. So they happily address my door but when it comes to my rims, they don't wanna talk about that. They told me "since we gave you such a good deal on the car, we can't afford to fix the rims" uhhh yeaah, but you ruined them. The car was great when I agreed upon it, they screwed it up, then happily handed me the keys. I'm giving them one star because one, I have to, and two, Ryan Hill has been the only one at this company who has helped me out. I wouldn't waste your time with this company.

It was a great experience, we have been looking and dealing with other dealers for just what we wanted. We got more than we thought we would get. Doug was a great salesman and honest! Sometimes that s hard to say about car salesman! Working for the same dealership for 39 yrs speaks volumes for a car salesman. Go see Doug Mangrum he will fix you up with your dream machine.

Our Ford trade-in had a title filing issue caused by another dealership, Bob Utter Ford-Lincoln stepped up to tackle the issue for us. Swing in for a test drive and see what they can do for you!

We had agreed on a price for a vehicle via email but when I showed up to their dealership to pay, they told me that price was only valid if I financed a minimum of $12,000 thru them. The interest rate they were going to give me was more than double compared to what I can get thru my credit union. I declined and said I would instead like to pay cash. They refused my payment and would not let me purchase the car. Do not deal with these people.

Update: One of the sales managers reached out to me and helped resolve the situation. All is well now and I have been enjoying the heck out of my new car!

Everything is always great!! Went to get my oil changed at a different shop but they couldn t remove the drain plug; it was stripped. Bob utter was the last place that changed my oil. Took to them and explained the situation and it was fixed. If I had to say anything bad; it would probably be the pricing of a oil change. But you get what you pay for!! Great customer service also!!

Did not get the opportunity to purchase my vehicle here, as the trade in offer was about 15% lower than competitors, and the discount on the new truck was also lower compared to competitors. The salesmen I dealt with was great and followed up a few times. We were unable to make a deal, but maybe next time. Fellow shoppers, shop around as some dealers will rake you over the coals on price/trade like this dealer. AutoNation won my business once again with my new 2020 F-250 Platinum.

I'm retired from the car business and worked in it for more than 35 yrs. This was a AWESOME buying experience and AWESOME friendly staff. Doug Mangrum and Chris McClour were very knowledgeable and helpful through out the whole thing and had the paperwork ready for my husband Jim to sign when we got there.

2020 F250 Platinum Power Stroke bought 10/19/2020. 700 miles on the truck and the motor is knocking. Notified my sales rep a week ago. Filed a case with Ford. So far nothing. No Where to be. 80K truck begging to go into shops with no luck. Ford is playing phone tags... dealership is stalling!!!!
So much for build tough!!! what a mistake

Update 04-12-2021. Truck is still waiting on engine swap. 6 months since bought it. Has 3500 miles. Bob utter/ ford motor company. It s all worthless in my case.

I can't say enough about how good of an experience I had with my purchase. I had some specific needs in order to be able to get the truck I wanted at the price I needed. Bought a new Kia Seltos in December my salesman Eric was awesome as well as the finance manager.Had a flat Saturday 5/1/21 pulled into dealership told me service department was closed offered to put air in my tire it wouldn't hold air I couldn't change it because I have a post operative walking shoe with 3 broke toes,sent me on my way to drive on a flat to the first tire shop I could find. Will never do business there again no customer service at all

Bob Utter Ford in Sherman is a clean and friendly service center. While they are cheaper than the Dallas area dealership I visited before moving north, they do NOT accept discounts from other dealerships. This was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, a very satisfied customer.

The deals they have here are excellent, prices reasonable for the vehicles you get. Very high quality. Jonah from the used car dealership side is the best. I would recommend you go see him to purchase any car really. Very friendly and professional. Always polite and kind. Prices were lowest I could find on the internet. Salesman was polite (Ryan). Finance manager was very personable (Malcom).The employee that went over vehicle controls was very knowledgable and patient (Danny). Overall, it was probably the easiest and smoothest retail vehicle purchase I have made in 50 years of trading.

Great service. Oil change and tire rotation completed in no more time then an oil change anywhere else. Friendly staff, clean facility at a great price. Not much else to say.

I'm not a fan of car dealerships and buying a car makes me anxious and stressed. Dale Behrends was our salesman and was incredibly helpful. We were not pressured into making a decision, nor were we "sold" a vehicle for the sake of moving inventory or making quotas. Dale was helpful, attentive, and supportive through the entire process. There were no suprise fees, add-ons, or additional fees at closing when it came time to sign the paperwork.

This is the 5th vehicle that my family and I have purchased from the Utter family; and the first vehicle I have purchased from Dale. I would highly recommend the Utter family dealerships, to anybody and would gladly use Dale to buy my next vehicle.

Took vehicle because it had a rattling sound when driving. They had vehicle for 5 hours and did not inspect vehicle properly or at all, but only gave me a car wash and sent me on my way. Drove to Mckinney and they had the problem fixed within an hour!

My third new car purchase from Bob Utter Ford. Never purchased more than one car from any other dealer. Bob Utter is the only dealer that gets my return business.

Decent warranty service on Ford truck. Made An appointment to be at the dealership at 8:30 AM. Dropped it off on time but they did not open the hood on the vehicle for two full days after I dropped it off. Ended up having to be without the vehicle for an extra week because my days off would not allow me to go pick it up. So, all my planning and appointment making was a little bit for not. Also, service desk guy needs to listen more and talk less. Other than that it was an overall good experience.

Beth Wills and I were looking for a Lincoln and had very specific wants for the Aviator. We live in DFW with car places everywhere. Everyone gave us the run around with the pricing and then I found these guys. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Jonah worked hard to satisfy our pricing needs, they have a guy (don t remember his name :-( ) that sits with you and explains every detail on the car and doesn t rush through it, and the finance guy at the end was the icing on the cake. Very honest and straight forward on top of being super friendly. The atmosphere was also different than around here. We drove an hour and a half to Sherman and it was worth it. There was a welcoming country atmosphere at this place. When we shop for Lincoln s in DFW we are immediately treated with a stuck up response because we usually go out in sweats attire considering we are high school coaches. I guess it looks like we can t afford a Lincoln. I have literally left a place crying before because of how they treated us. Not the case here. They bent over backwards making sure the experience was perfect and that we were 100% satisfied. We definitely were and thank you Bob Utter for building a great staff.
