I purchased a 2015 Ford Escape and couldn't be happier with the process. My nephew recommended Brad Kerrigan at Bob Utter Ford. I have been very impressed with his dedication to meeting my needs during the purchase and following up afterwards. I really didn't realize purchasing a car could be so easy. When purchasing a car, I always dread meeting with finance. Chris McClour made this process fast and very painless. Amazed at what I qualified for and the extras that were added at no additional cost. Danny Smith made sure that I felt comfortable with all the new gadgets. Although after two weeks. I think I need a refresher course. Brad, Chris and Danny seemed very sincere in offering help in the future. I am very impressed with Bob Utter Ford Sales Department.
