Comapssites is Right Place to start our journey as navigators!!!

A lot of good people had been hurt by this company. the management was simply doing a horrible job of taking care of them properly. The sole concern of the leaders there was about profits, increasing their own salaries, and using the backs of others to climb upwards.

Their cloud services were low-priced, so I took a chance. I was wrong as their team failed to deliver on the promises more than once. Go for another company if you have a choice!

Nice place to work here and an awesome navigators to help us. Lot of things can learn from this company....! cool

it worst company i took relive from august 30th , today Dec 6th till now i did get salary , the people are not responding properly they not picking the calls, totally irresponsible

Being a BA i am at the forefront of the company. The amount of exposure i have received is tremendous. Personnel's here are extremely enthusiastic. Working here you really don't feel the load. But at the end of the day when you look back at the productivity its humongous. Fun and work go hand in hand here and the best part is no one is your senior here.

Compassites is a place where you have the most challenging work to deal with. You are involved overall in the delivery of project. You are shown a bigger picture of what is happening around you. All the efforts of team is put together in the "right direction" is counted and You are updated every month on progress of Company.
At Compassites, you got to prove yourself every day. If you are ready to accept this challenge then you are a Navigator. (term for employees working at Compassites), good worklife balance.

They select the candidates and send the confirmation mail. But then never call them for work and respond saying we will call you soon.

This is awesome place to work, you will get to learn so many technologies as each practice leads conducts workshops.

Worst company , not paying salary. And pending we can't get from them. HR Team and finance team worst

They recruit peoples through campus recruitment.
interview process is too tough. they are asking experienced questions to fresher.. interview takes too much of time.
salary package is low.

There is no order no ethics in this company. Nothing happens here on time. From salary credit to form 16 everything is delayed or doesn't happen.

Though it seems like the company is trying their best, they still can't deliver what we exactly needed. It's sad really, but we need to search for another company who can give us what our business needs.

Third class company.
They will take your multiple round of interview.
They will never be sure for which client they will hire you.
One day they will call your for some client, everything will go good, Next day they will call you again saying we are hiring you for some another client and this process will go on, they will keep on saying interview and everything was all good, but will never release the offer.
Even for its employees they don't release the salary on time

In this company a senior hr takes 30 minutes face to face interview and I answered all he questions but he never select me I don't know a cause but I suffer so much

Technical side of this company is good but HR and accounts department will delay all the processes , especially once you left the company. I got my full and final settlement after 8 month that even i had to fight with all HR. and even security as well. and they wont pay tax deducted from your salary and they wont provide your form 16

Good place to work. Flexible timings. Scope of learning and growth. Good work culture. One can climb up the ladder if he has potential. Cafeteria is not good. And process wise not that good as in a MNC.

Their software's crashing, hardware deflective, and customer care is unhelpful. Why else would anyone want to do business with them?

HR is all fluff and no grit. Expect valid labor complaints to be ignored. They have an Office of Labor Policy and Standards where you may want to take note of in case you wish to complain.I won't waste my time and breath. But to the unfortunate souls stuck there, I wish you only the best.

Good.. but.. human ..resources... HR ...team hiring ...prsocess ...is to.... late ...and don't know ...why ..they ...behave... like ...this

Good company . Located in IBC knowledge park Bangalore.

Leadership will expect you to clock in long hours and work on weekends/holidays. There's no work/life balance at all. They focused on bringing in young collage graduates, working them till they burn out, they quit and then bringing in a new batch of eager faces all promised the same thing.

Wave hello to nepotism. Questionable roster of VPs overtly lacking in proven leadership savvy and experience, at least one of which was hired without undergoing the interview process. Felt like high school all over again. Complete with exclusive cliques, gossiping, rude insults, and openly dismissing other employee's opinions and ideas - all from the top down.

One of the better companies in Bangalore. A good mid sized company.
