Went in to buy a car for my daughter and they made it such an easy process !! They even delivered the car to us so we didn t have to drive back the next day after it was cleaned and detailed !! Everyone was super friendly and so nice to work with !!

Take back my review. Next day my brand new belts started squealing very loudly. So I take a look and not only is the belt loose, but a bolt on the idler belt adjusting bracket is gone. Call to talk to Jason Weaver and sent pictures. All he had to say is his master mechanic wouldn t make a mistake like that. The mechanic in the background states he didn t mess with that part while replacing all the belts. And if he had noticed it was missing he d have made sure to put another one on. Also, had a pin broke on alternator. Spent 1,500.00 getting stuff fixed, and instead of acknowledging the mistake...you d have to bring it back to have it diagnosed. I live an hour away, and already had to take a day off. They kept my vehicle from Thursday of one week to Wednesday the next week. And had made a 9 am appointment to have my car diagnosed, and they didn t get to it till 4 pm the day I made the appointment. I will never go to Bob Utter Kia again!!!!!!!! Have picture of where you can tell the bolt was there because it is clean where the bolt was and dirty where it wasn t!

Got a brand new 2016 Ford Focus Hatchback in 2016. I'm back here today at 40000 miles & this is the 2nd time my clutch has gone out. Tried to trade it in they won't give me anywhere near it's value. In a lawsuit with a lemon law lawyer now. DON'T BUY FORD---AT LEAST NOT A FOCUS & NOT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

Service was good. I did have a minor issue in the beginning as I booked an appointment online and received a confirmation. When I arrived, they dudbt have me down as they said their online appointments were not always working/notifying them. My repairs were not dire, so i just rescheduled for later that week. Damon was great at breaking everything down.

Tommy Ellis was our salesman and worked hard to put us in my wife's new 2919 Ford Raptor. Thanks Tommy for your hard work, understanding and patience. We met 5 other people during the process of buying the Raptor and every one of them were pleasant and made the experience perfect.

Everybody we met was great. Our buying experience was better than we could have hoped for. We got a fair price and were never pressured or made to feel like we had to buy today. But the price and selection made it easy.

The service department is excellent. Always great customer service, and they always fix the car to fix it, not to keep you coming back like a lot of mechanic shops do. The car salesmen are nice too, they'll do what they can to get you into a car.

Best car buying experience I ve ever had! Salesman was extremely helpful. Finance department clearly advised us on the the best way to finance based on our particular needs. After closing another person explained all the added extras. The vehicle was clean in and out. Couldn t be more pleased.

Took my vehicle in Monday at 1:30 pm and was very directly told by Roy my vehicle would not get looked at until the following day. Said no problem, dropped it off. Called Tuesday afternoon and was told it would be ready for pickup Wednesday afternoon. I called Thursday morning to let them know I was coming to pick it up, only to be told it had not been started on and they were waiting on a part from McKinney. 3 days my car has been in their shop and I haven't received a single phone call from them to let me know what is going on, so I can make other arrangements to get to and from work. I will not be coming here again

Recieved information on the new quick lane section of Ford house in Sherman. Knew they would try to get all they could considering the amazing promo they where running. But they where very explanatory on everything looked at, checked topped off etc. Also they didnt do anything without first getting my input

We had exceptional service from Todd the salesman, Malcum in finace, to the guy that drove us around and showed us all the bells and whistles on our new car(I'm sorry I dont remember his name)! Everyone was so down to earth and friendly and made this an easy enjoyable experience. Thanks to all of them. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a new vehicle to go see them!

How do I start this review... Bob Utter in Sherman, TX is only receiving a 1 star because they provided a loaner vehicle.

We have a Kia Optima that Kia replaced the engine because of a recall and failure less than 39k miles ago at a Tyler, TX Kia dealership.

After moving to the area , we started having Bob Utter do the oil changes. After one of the recent visits the vehicle began using oil excessively. We took our vehicle to the service area and after they reviewed it, we were told that it didn t have a Kia oil filter on it and that the engine was good. We were given no reason as to why it was using so much oil. We have to check the oil several times a week to make sure there is enough in the engine. The car doesn t have the take off as it used to and smells like something is burning.
We took it back to Bob Utter and according to them, it needs a new motor and Kia won t warranty it due to poor maintenance. We were instructed to pick up our vehicle and pay $90.
Our Service Advisor, Roy is the rudest and clueless representative of Bob Utter. He can t tell me what lack of maintenance is on the car. Since we have picked up our car, there is oil all over our engine, check engine light is on, and spraying oil out of the engine. Plus the car is smoking!
To some it up... RUN FROM BOB UTTER AND ROY!!!

Quickly fixed a fuel filter problem that was created when a jiffy lube place tried to replace the filter system. I won t make that mistake again!!!!

I can not say enough about the process it was fast amazing and so less stressful than other places Kenzie and Malcom went so far for me I was satisfied from the beginning to the end they treated me like family go to them they are amazing individuals and make sure you get what you want at the right price for you not them ..

Excellent buying experience from Don Moorehead. Brandon in the service dept is amazing. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. I drove from Prosper to Sherman to buy the car and they valued the little time that I had before have to go to work in Dallas. They made sure I was getting the most for my trade in by calling to Lexus dealerships. And yes, I traded in my Lexus for a Lincoln. Had a 2011 Lincoln before, got a 2015 Lexus (with all the upgrades), and hated it after 5 months. Traded in back in for the Lincoln. Great place to buy a car!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Bob Utter Kia. My sales rep was Jane and she was terrific. We were just two friendly hamsters taking care of business. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I chose the Soul platinum gold color. I pretty much knew what I sorta wanted and together we made it work. I had been working with a dealership in DFW area but Alex didn't put forth the effort to sell me a car. If you plan on buying a new car or maybe even used please give this dealership a try. Everyone working here were a joy to interact with.

I spent over a month choosing the truck I wanted and shopping every Ford dealer in a four state area. From the moment I contacted Chris Hathcock, he was professional, responsive and when i asked for their lowest price the first time HE ACTUALLY GAVE IT TO ME!

He was accommodating of my bus schedule and made the three hour drive down to Sherman worth it! The buying process was easy and fun and the dealer I dealt with was just as good as Chris. The finance guy was also great and made sure I knew what everything was and didn't try to hard sell me on extended warranties and alike.

I would highly;y recommend this dealership and will be buying from here in the future.

Took a car in for what I thought was going to be a mildly expensive bit of maintenance. Instead they just fixed it with some computer wizardry. Rare for a dealership to fix a problem and save a customer money, without a doubt the best customer service I have ever experienced at a dealer. Highly recommended!!

Great dealership! Just got my oil changed here for the first time and I'm mad at myself for ever going some place else. Not only do they change your oil in a timely manner, they even wash and vacuum out the car, AND their prices are cheaper than most. To top things off, they have a super clean waiting room that has an amazing snack bar! Great experience!

Dustin McCormack was the finance manager who helped set up my financing, as well as Ryan, and was very informative of all of my questions when it came time to set up the deal. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Danny Smith helped me set up all of the functions on my truck and knew his stuff about every spec and feature that my truck offers. He even helped answer my questions after I left the dealership.

Mike Martin is the parts manager and he was very helpful and courteous helping me get what I needed for my truck.

Best process, service, and staff I have experienced in a long time. Outstanding!!

I purchased new tires & was also supposed to get an oil change done & car wash. When I was told the car was ready, it appeared that the new tires were the only thing done. The car was NOT washed & it appeared that the oil had not been changed. No new oil change sticker was placed on inside of windshield & the hood had grass underneath the edges, indicating it had not been raised up. I have no way to verify that the oil was actually changed, despite the dealer claim that it was. Very disappointed in the service!

A great buying experience. Ryan Hill and Tommy Ellis were extremely helpful and got us out in our new Ford very quickly (which was very helpful as we had 2 little ones with us). This was the 3rd Ford Dealership that we tried and by far the best.

Tommy Ellis worked hard to make sure to get me the best deal possible, and to make sure everything went smoothly when I bought my new Kia there. I wasn't able to get there until 2 days after my online shopping began, and when I got there, pretty much everything was ready to go for me! A normally all-day experience only took an hour. It was a great experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff all around, also.

I had the honor of meeting Salesman, Kyle Rothenberger on 8/14/2020. I was turning the idea of buying a
new vehicle and I was very nervous. I've made so many purchase mistakes in my past. I was introduced to Salesman, Kyle Rothenberger who instantly gave me peace as shared my thoughts and my situation. He listened. He understood me and set forth a plan that wasn't for him but for me. Everything was on paper and he patiently explained the information without any big performance or pressure. I asked if I could think on this and he wanted me to think on it and be comfortable in my decision.

The people who work there know less about a Kia than I do and I don't know anything about a Kia sad part is they are a Kia dealership they lie about when they are going to get something done and then when you call them on it they lie some more I would not recommend them to anyone even a tire change they would probably lie about that as well my shadow will never darken there door step again for anything

First looked in Dallas at Ford dealerships and felt like I was just a number passing through, that if I didn't buy, there would be someone else right behind me that would.

Then I called Bob Utter Ford in Sherman and asked if they had any red Escape SE's in their inventory. Not only did they have a wider variety to choose from, they asked what the purpose of the vehicle was and did I need a 4wheel drive. Yes, of course! No one else had asked me that question and I realized that if I had bought from one of the Dallas dealerships, I would not have gotten what I needed. So I drove up to Sherman, getting there around 6pm. At a time when most staff is probably ready to go home for the evening, I was met by cheery, over the top accommodating folks. Tommy, Kyle and Malcolm were all wonderful guys to work with and they gave me a better deal than what I had found in Dallas. I bought my 4wheel drive red Escape SE and loving it! Thanks y'all!!
