My experience with the service dept at Bob utter was really good I dealt with Joe. He was very helpful and kept me informed about what was going on with my car. I am not happy that my 2015 Ford Fusion had a leaking head gasket and it cost me $2000.00 to fix. As much as I like this car not sure I will buy another one.
