Bob Utter Ford Lincoln Kia has the best, friendliest staff you will encounter. I always love doing business with them! Tommy Ellis has sold me multiple cars and it always goes so smoothly. They have a fantastic service department and auto body shop. Too notch on all levels. You can t go wrong buying and maintaining a vehicle here!

I left my vehicle with a list of a few things to do and they did not do everything on the list.that is the whole reason why people make appointments to get their car worked on. so they're not sitting there waiting on them to do something else they should have already done during the appointment.

The best experience yet! Over the course of a little over a week and a half I had been to 8 different dealerships within the Frisco area. After an attempt to get my regular sales guy from a local (McKinney) Ford dealer to just do his job and get me the car my wife wanted from Bob Utter Ford as a dealer trade, I found out how hard it was to give away money. For two days I called and asked the salesman what the status was on the other dealer allowing the only trim package they had to be a dealer transfer and the whole time was bull***t. Excuse was Bob Utter s team didn t respond or haven t heard or they were closed when we called.

This started on July 3rd 2020 and finally on July 4th 2020, I called to see if that particular stock number was available and within 10 mins I got a phone call back saying it was available. We test drove it and bought it with A little haggling ( My favorite thing to do lol) and with no hesitation we were in and out in less than 2 hrs with a washed vehicle, including a demo of how EVERYTHING WORKED.

Due to the HIGH level of professional and courteous service we received at Bob Utter Ford Sherman, they will get ALL my future business including service work on this new vehicle and my current F150. No longer can I or will I Give my business to an undeserving dealership that has sold me 6-7 vehicles in the last 8 yrs.

I d like to hope that Mr. Utter sees this and rewards the fine folks that helped professionally make this happen. Cathy Dunne who was the sales person, Dustin McCormack the Finance Manager who was nothing but knowledgeable and great and then Danny the tech guy that knows the gadgets like the back of his hand.

Kyle in used cars was great. He insisted upon showing us multiple models that met our criteria, he got answers to questions he didn't know quickly, and got us in and out within our time frame! Plus the whole place was well organized and clean. Excellent price and fair treatment!

Took veh in for a brake job. Discovered it needed a brake buster pump replaced on warranty. Pads were inspected and found to be good. Picked up veh when the service was done. After driving veh for one day found the brake paddle going almost all the way to the floor before any braking occurred and braking was not adequate for quick stopping. A loud noise also occurred at times when pushing on the paddle. Had the veh towed back to shop for further repairs but have not heard from them as to what the problem is now or when it will be fixed. They have loaned us a veh pending ours being fixed which is greatly appreciated as we only have the one veh.. The front counter personnel have been friendly and attentive but who ever did the work on the pump replacement should have verified the brake system was working properly before returning the vehicle to us.

I happened to randomly see a posting online for a 2013 Buick Enclave. The price was fair all things considered. Adam went out of his way to accommodate my hellacious requests within reason. He was never out of contact and made me feel ar ease about the purchase. Upon seeing the vehicle, it actually looked better in person than online (no filter!). If possible, I'd definitely use Adam and Bob Utter Ford again for a future purchase. Thanks to the entire team who made my deal possible. My family LOVES the ride!

We had problem with our Kia and called the office, they sent the tow truck driver" Eddie"
He made sure my wife and I were ok, got us into a/c and loaded the car,and got us to the shop in no time.
Our Service representative Philip jumped on the issue and updated us regularly until the problem was resolved. GREAT SERVICE and Great Service Staff.

Service was excellent! Philip was friendly and my vehicle was ready within the estimated time. Didn't try to upsell services I didn't need. Went over MPI checklist with me and walked me to my vehicle. Even the complimentary wash looked great. Waiting area is comfortable. 100% satisfied and highly recommend!

Jay Townsends is an exceptional salesman who knows his vehicles and works to get you the best deal possible. We were treated with courtesy and respect by all employees. We were treated extremely well by Dustin who took the time to explain everything in detail.

Dealt with Chris Hathcock over internet to make the deal and Don Moorehead for the actual pre-purchase remote checkout and in person checkout and sale of the car. Both of these gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with handling their respective areas smoothly. Both are very customer oriented and made a used car sales experience a good one. The car was not even a Ford but a Dodge and everything Chris said it would be. And Don even went so far to see that I made it back to my hometown a few hours South of their dealership and asked if there was anything more he could do. But no need the car is great and a pleasure to drive. I took a number of their business cards to hand out here locally since when you find a trustworthy dealership handling used cars you need to reward them and steer business their way.

I just recently purchased the 4th and 5th vehicles that I've purchased from Bob Utter Ford over several years. This time I bought a 2013 F-150 4x4 and a 2013 Ford Escape for my wife. I have always had a great experience with Bob Utter. I have always felt I was treated fairly and honestly and did not experience the high pressure sales techniques you find at some dealerships. On our most recent purchase I dealt with Brad Kerrigan and he was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient and went to a lot of trouble to get me the exact vehicle that I wanted. I purchased my first new car from Bob Utter through a car buying service. I actually spent *less* than 20 minutes at the dealership and drove off with my very first new car. Seriously.

Ryan Hill is superb when it comes to being professional, courteous and keeping me well informed on the process. I actually didn't even do a walk through of the new car. I simply drove to the dealership, did the paperwork and drove right off with the new car simply based on trust! I think the folks working at the dealership at the time, including Ryan were shocked! (In a good way, I hope)

Rick Burkhalter was the person my car buying service had originally dealt with. When I went to pick up the car, Rick wasn't there, but Ryan was, and Ryan pretty much made sure all the things got taken care of and the process was amazingly streamlined. They valued my time and it showed. I had the check ready, and they had the paperwork and the keys ready! The car was parked out front. That is simply top notch service. Chris in financing was so efficient, he did things like it's second nature.

One thing I really liked about the dealership is how their employees are valued and treated. It showed in their professionalism and their drive. This is a family dealership and the management really is doing an outstanding job in retaining their employees. I even drove to the dealership after the first week of having my first new car and they even had the plates ready for me! Ryan put the plates on the car and even gave it a car wash.

If I come across anyone who is in the market for a new car, I'll definitely recommend Bob Utter's dealership in Sherman, Texas.

Have received service on my Ford twice at Quick Lane and have been very pleased with the service. Quick for sure and fair pricing.

Do not take it here unless you have 2 weeks to wait for your car to come back, also don't expect any calls to update you on what is going on. Called to speak to the manager never got a call back from them either. WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Brought in our 2017 Ford Fusion for some warranty work as well as a recall job. Lycia Lee was our service advisor and was more than helpful. She was extremely friendly and speedy, she got us in and gave us our loaner in minutes and went on about our day. The loaner was very nice by the way. Bob Utter Ford Service Department fixed every issue and had our vehicle back to us same day. Lycia even washed our car before giving it back. We were very satisfied.

Long wait. Didn't get complimentary car wash though I had a coupon and told the service rep that I wanted it beforehand. That was the deciding factor for bringing it to the dealer.

Terry Thomas is a super salesperson to work with, a real gentleman, a real pro. We recommend him highly, you ought to call him up and go see him directly! Sales manager, Jamie Gladen, is super, as is finance manager, Dustin McCormack. My wife and I bought a beautiful preowned vehicle, great condition. We recommend these people and this dealership highly.

Flew in from out of state after getting help from their online sales team. We were concerned the whole ordeal would eat up our entire schedule, but we were in and out in no more than 70 minutes. The vehicle was there waiting for us when we pulled up to the dealership, we started the walk around and test drive almost immediately. Afterwards, we received help with setting up the in-vehicle devices and received a thorough explanation of the features from top to bottom. Not long after, we finalized the paperwork with the sales manager and were on our way.

The most impressive aspect was the sale went through with no surprises. Flying to DFW and making an additional hour trek to Sherman made us nervous and we were greatly relieved there was no unnecessary drama and theatrics required - just a simple, straightforward, and professional transaction. Mike, Dan, and Chris were experts and really made the entire experience seamless. It exceeded our expectations in all respects and set a great trajectory for the rest of our tour in the area.

My 2016 Kia Sorento is using a quart of oil every two weeks. They are gaging with Kia Company and seeing where this all goes from here. Have 100,000 warranty and I am getting close to that number of miles. Customer Service representative was very informative and gave me all of the information.

My husband and I recently purchased a Buick Enclave from Chris Mitchell at Bob Utter Ford-Lincoln in Sherman, Tx. Chris was very patient, knowledgeable, helpful and had a great sense of humor. My husband called Chris after seeing the car I wanted on the Internet and by the time we got there later in the day he had the car ready and waiting for us to look at by the front doors. He was never pushy or tried to show us 5-10 other vehicles like most salesman do, thank goodness! He just showed us the car we came to see. He also went out of his way to help us with an aftermarket part that we wanted for cosmetic reasons, which made me very happy because it was only thing that I really didn't like on the car. (Now it's perfect!) You can tell he genuinely wants you to be satisfied with every part of your car buying experience. He makes you feel like more of a friend than a customer.
We got Dustin for the financial phase of the purchase and he was also a very nice and down to earth guy. He didn't push us to purchase a warranty, just gave us the info and let us decide. So refreshing!
After we got finished in financing, which was 20 minutes at most, Chris had my Enclave ready at the front door and filled with gas.

The staff there was extremely friendly and answered all questions I had. During the inspection of my vehicle they found I had a dead battery my truck has two and let me know it was still under warranty and they replaced both at no charge. I ve had it serviced at two other Ford dealerships and paid over $60.more for the same service, I will definitely use them again.

Jason Weaver was professional and courteous. There was a misunderstanding about the price of parts. Jason researched the problem and found that there were more parts used than stated in the invoice. When he explained that additional parts were used, I understood why the price of the parts seemed to have doubled. When I was made aware of the complete parts list, I was certain the repair price was correct.

Excellent buying experience from Don Moorehead. Brandon in the service dept is amazing. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. I drove from Prosper to Sherman to buy the car and they valued the little time that I had before have to go to work in Dallas. They made sure I was getting the most for my trade in by calling to Lexus dealerships. And yes, I traded in my Lexus for a Lincoln. Had a 2011 Lincoln before, got a 2015 Lexus (with all the upgrades), and hated it after 5 months. Traded in back in for the Lincoln. Great place to buy a car!
