Offered to write a check for the advertised amount and they told me they couldn t do that... that I would have to finance a loan For that amount through them in order to get that price. They said none of the rebates would apply if I wanted to pay cash

I had an oil change and tire rotation yesterday. While there, the technician tested my battery and also found that my rear brakes were worn down. They replaced the Ford battery at no cost to me under warranty. They rebuilt my rear brakes at a reasonable price. They were able to turn the rotors, thus saving me the cost of new ones. The service was done quuckly and reasonably.

I am a very satisfied new customer! I had been to this dealership several times for routine maintenance on my 2009 Escape. I was so impressed with the customer service I received that I decided to go there to explore a trade in for a new 2013 Escape.
From the moment I met my salesman, Jason Busby, I felt comfortable and informed. He really listened to what I hoped to find in a new car and led me to a couple of choices on the lot that fit my needs. It took less than two hours to find my new car, get the trade in worked out, sign my finance paperwork and drive off in my new car. Jason was knowledgeable, but never pressured me. He allowed me to find what I really wanted and then just made the deal work for me.
By the way, when I took my car back the next week to get my license plates put on, I just casually mentioned that I had already gotten it dirty... you know what they did? They ran it through the car wash for me, before I left! With this kind of experience, you can bet that when it is time to trade again, I will be back at Bob Utter Ford and looking for Jason to find my next new car! bought a new fully loaded truck and took it in for warranty work and they won't give a loaner. If you're gonna buy from them best buy two so you'll have something to drive while they work on the other
My car has been in the shop 4 times since around Feb- March 2019. Every time I take it in they keep it over night because they never have the parts and refuse to give me a loaner car. Last time it went they kept it over night refusing a loaner. I live 20 miles away. Plus I ve got kids and a job. I got it back the next day and still was not fixed. Went without AC over the weekend called back on Monday had to take it back again and they still flat out refused to give me a loaner car. WTH if I lived in town that would be one thing but I don t. So 4 times this year I ve had to find someone to follow me up there there and Take me home and then bring me back to get it. You guys really need to update your loaner policy. My friends and family are tired of driving me around.
I arrived just minutes before 5pm and was pleased to see that they are open until 6pm. A change in our weather had prompted my vehicle "Low Tire pressure" warning to activate. The service team had my vehicle in and out in under 15 minutes, brought all the tires up to 32# and cleared up the alert. Good job and there was no charge for the service!! Thanks guys!!

So this past Saturday, I had a pretty bad experience at I ll just say another Ford dealer that just might be around the McKinney, TX area. I had picked out the truck that I wanted within an hour, then waited another 3 hours for someone in finance to be available to close the deal. Starting at 1:00, which is when the wait began, I kept telling my salesperson I had to leave at 4:30 for plans that evening. Finally after I warned them several times about needing to leave at 4:20, they called me back into the finance office. After being surprised with additional charges I was unaware of, I walked out as promised at 4:30. Such a shame. Had an awesome truck picked out, but they couldn t close the deal.
I had a totally different experience today. I got online at the Bob Utter Ford website and found a truck I wanted to look at. I filled out the online form, and Adam contacted me immediately. I made an appointment for 5:15, took a test drive & knew it was the right truck. But that s the easy part, right? After I agreed to purchase, Adam told me I would be walking out of there by 6:30 with the truck. I remember thinking, yeah, no way . An hour?
From that point forward, that dealership worked like a well-oiled machine. I couldn t believe it. The application process literally took just a few minutes, and the same with the credit pull. There was no BS - Adam was very professional and straightforward. He told me he was running to fill up the tank with gas, and I figured that might be a good sign. Before he got back, Dustin with finance had already called me back into his office to begin signing paperwork. I couldn t believe it. Pretty sure I my mouth was open & drool running out in disbelief. The deal was done by 6:30.
So this was the best car buying experience ever. And I ve bought about 10 cars in the past & had a lot of good and not so good experiences, but nothing ever as good as this. And I don t write reviews, ever. Never had a reason to.

I've not dealt personally with mechanics but my car and truck always run perfect when I pick them up so there you have it.

Signed up, online, for my first oil change and tire rotation. The Works was advertised for $46.08...I guess they forgot to mention there would be labor/misc charges, and tax because it shot up to $60.51. Not really a big deal but I could have gotten the same thing just down the road AND had a nice clean truck inside and out! I don t typically use dealerships for regular maintenance because they do end up being more than advertised but I gave it another try. There are also two recalls on the truck that they couldn t fix because they just do the express part of the service...I liked the days when you took your vehicle in they took care of everything. Now everyone is their own department and they don t work together to save the customer time. Now I have to make another appointment for the recalls!

Lie, cheat you and steal your money. One lie after another. From the Sales man toFinance man. Lying about the price of your vehicle add on charges one after another. Window tint, door edge guards etc , etc. Charging you for floor mates that came with the vehicle to the toon of $247. Yes almost $300 for rubber floor mats. On and on. You have been warned stay clear of this den of thieves.

I bought my certified pre-owned 2016 F-250 from Bob Utter Ford. It was a fair deal for both of us so imagine my surprise when I brought my truck in to Grapevine Ford for some warranty work only to be told my front brakes were shot and the brake fluid was "burned up". Grapevine told me it all should have been taken care of under the certified pre-owned checks. I was pretty unhappy to say the least. Grapevine would do a brake job and replace the fluid for a ridiculous amount of money. I declined and decided to contact Bob Utter. It's a bit of a drive to Sherman from DFW but I wanted my brakes repaired. I got up there and they pulled the wheels off my truck. Imagine my surprise to find nothing wrong with my brakes and the fluid was clear as water. So how do I feel about Bob Utter Ford and the service manager David Pryor. They are fantastic. They even reimbursed me for a camber adjustment that Grapevine Ford did. Yep, I'll be driving 80 miles each way for service from now on because Bob Utter is trustworthy.
Sales person lied to my face while purchasing a vehicle there with a Cashiers Check. I was promised that they would not be conducting a credit check since I was purchasing a vehicle with a cashiers check and did not need financing. They ran the hard inquiry anyways and said It s something they have to do . What piles of garbage these people are.
