I went to Bob Utter Ford to have an oil change. The service was fast and the people are very nice. The service area was full at 9 am, but they completed the oil change within an hour. I would have given them 5 stars, but they didn't ask what kind of oil I wanted. It was morning and I was thinking about work, so part is my fault. I thought about the oil after the service was completed.

I was a little disappointed to see only young techs in the service center. I feel these techs are fully competent to perform a oil change and tire rotation and do great at it. However when we talk about Preventative maintenance we are doing a inspection to 1: upsell services/parts to make the service shop more profitable 2: We are trying to find problems before they happen. This being said a more experienced technician has a better chance at finding potential issues before they happen. Unfortunately that is something that is difficult to train and is something that is more learned by years of experience. I just hate seeing the stigma in shops that oil changes should only be performed by The new guy !

Aside from that the staff was friendly and prompt the technicians worked efficiently and the advisor went over the invoice in detail. You could tell that the employees was trained and managed well! Thanks!

I always have an excellent experience when I have my car serviced. The staff is so kind and attentive to everyone. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I especially like the car wash.

I bought a Shelby GT350 Heritage Edition from Bob Utter a few months ago and had it shipped down to Houston. The car arrived just fine, the driver was very professional, and while there were a couple small factory paint blemishes, Bob Utter was very forthcoming and willing to work with me to resolve it. They did not add any additional dealership markup, which was incredibly refreshing and made for an excellent customer experience in my mind at least.

I have no choice but to give a star but would ABSOLUTELY give them ZERO stars. I came in to get a brush guard put on my 2016 Silverado. I got a quote at $52 per hr for labor with no idea how long it would take. Nobody knew who I needed to talk to in order to complete the work. I figured it out by walking into their shop asking questions. Once they completed the work, the following day I went to pay out and they charged me $73 per hr for 2 and a half hrs. I brought this to their attention and was told by the service manager That s our hourly price and to basically deal with it. I will never ever go back with that kind of disrespect to me as the customer!!!! Worst service department I have ever dealt with!!!!! I have spent thousands of dollars at this dealership after I hit a deer in a previous vehicle. I will drive 100 miles away to have work done from here on!!! Learn to treat your customers with respect and to honor your word and prices!!!!

I had a fantastic experience with this dealership. Was looking for a late model pickup with decent miles at a decent price and found exactly what I was looking for at Bob Utter. Since I live about 45 minutes away, I was able to do all of the negotiating, credit app, and everything over the phone and online. I went in on Saturday morning and they had me in and out in less than 40 mins with all the paper work and everything ready. (They just had to reevaluate my trade in once they saw it in person or it would have been even quicker I m sure.) Talk to Terry. He s the online sales rep and knowledgeable and very friendly! Great place to do business and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a no-nonsense vehicle sales experience.

I highly recommend Kenzie Avery and the internet sales team. She made it very simple to get the paperwork done and I now have my 2016 Cadillac CTS-V. Incredible car! She also went above and beyond to take the car to Dallas for it to be shipped to Miami!

Drove to Sherman from Dallas because Bob Utter had the best deal on the used car I was shopping for. Bought a used Toyota from them, and the sales team was superb. After beginning paperwork to purchase, the team had the car cleaned up, topped off with gas and ready to go. Less than an 1.5hr from the time I showed up for the test drive we were driving away with our new car.

The salesperson told us one price for the vehicle but the finance manager put another on the contract. When we talked to the sales manager about it and told them the salesman had told us the price they had posted online, he said he couldn t find it because the vehicle had been sold. We specified that we didn t want any additional service contracts but the finance manager added an $800.00 tire and wheel contract. When we confronted him on it, he said he had told us about it and that he called to have it removed and we should have a credit on our account. It is now 45 days later and the first payment has been made. I called and found out that the dealership had not taken care of the refund as we were told. We called the dealership, were told they would look into it and call us back, then today we received an email that said it had been lost in the shuffle but they would get it processed. Nothing but lies from everyone that we have dealt with and I will not only not recommend them, but I will not buy from them again. Not only did they lie repeatedly, but they do not care about taking care of the problem in a timely manner.

My wife and I knew we wanted a Ford Edge and Bob Utter Ford was one of many places that we looked. Austin Rice was our salesman and he did an awesome job. We got the best possible deal we could on our vehicle and Austin really worked hard to find us a good one. We did our homework, and the deal we got at Bob Utter could not be beat!
