Signed up, online, for my first oil change and tire rotation. The Works was advertised for $46.08...I guess they forgot to mention there would be labor/misc charges, and tax because it shot up to $60.51. Not really a big deal but I could have gotten the same thing just down the road AND had a nice clean truck inside and out! I don t typically use dealerships for regular maintenance because they do end up being more than advertised but I gave it another try. There are also two recalls on the truck that they couldn t fix because they just do the express part of the service...I liked the days when you took your vehicle in they took care of everything. Now everyone is their own department and they don t work together to save the customer time. Now I have to make another appointment for the recalls!
