Friendliest staff I ve dealt with by far, car issues are always stressful but Jason Weaver, (service advisor), kept me updated with every step and made it a smooth process! I would highly recommend Bob Utter!

i purchased my new 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid at Bob Utter. Jon Soliz was my salesman and was extremely helpful. I researched this car for weeks before i decided to take the step towards purchase. I was impressed with the amount of knowledge he had on the the hybrid component, options, features and the overall vehicle. (remember i researched this car for weeks) he validated all that i researched without hesitancy. I basically told him what i wanted, when i wanted and how i wanted to pay and it was done! He sat down and helped me search for the exact model, trim, color down to the wheels that i would not anything less than what i already had my mind set on. Everything met/exceeded my expectations. Definately high on the bar for Customer satisfaction. I definately felt that it was important enough to him to take the extra time to make sure i was purchasing what i really wanted! I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle to call Jon at Bob Utter. Thanks Jon!

My air conditioning was not working in my car. Called Bob Utter Service to schedule an appointment to fix the problem.. dropped it off at 9am, did not hear a word back, they called the next day and said will have to order a part to fix the a/c. They did not tell me it would take 2 days to fix the problem. I was without a vehicle. Picked up my escape, and said they would call for me to schedule an appointment when the part came in.
Fast forward to the next week.. Friday came, I called and was on hold 3 different times. Finally got someone to answer and they said the guy I was working with had taken a half day Friday and also the part came in earlier in the week. I was not informed.
Then I scheduled an appointment to leave my car to fix the a/c problem the next Tuesday morning. Dropped my car off before 8 AM.
The guy I was working with still was not sure why I was dropping off my car. I got no word on how long it would take to fix assuming 1 day since the part was in.. called them Tuesday around 3 and said i would need to leave my car again overnight til Thursday.. After scheduling an appointment. And not having a spare car to offer me to drive Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. We were never advised this repair would take 3 days, especially when the part was in. Lack of communication.
So 2 weeks to fix my car with no phone calls to inform me when parts came in, how long it would take to fix etc.... not sure if it s because my car was in warranty or just how long they usually take to fix and not inform customers ????

The service Department at Bob Utter is top notch! I took my car in to have a couple warrenty issues fixed. When Damen, the service rep handling my car, hopped into my Explorer to move it, he noticed a sound I had dismissed as tire noise. He latched on to a repair tech, and took him for a ride. The repair guy diagnosed a wheel bearing going bad. So in addition to the work that I had planned to get done, they corrected a potentially dangerous mechanical issue. The service department at Bob Utter is fantastic!

I was immediately greeted by Philip with a smile and offer of assistance upon entering the Quick Service Center. I was happy to see the social distancing and the requirement of mask wearing, as well as acrylic shields at each customer service station. The center was immaculate and appointed with free water and coffee and snacks for purchase. My work order was efficiently prepared within a few minutes. While I was waiting for my friend to pick me up, I sat at the counter overlooking the oil change bay and saw a young man mopping what appeared to be an already clean floor. That young man obviously took pride in a job well done.

I received a call when my car was ready and when I checked out, Jason went over the details of my service and notified me of several promotions that the dealership had available and those in conjunction with Ford. When I walked up to get in car, I was pleasantly surprised that my car had been cleaned inside and out! What a treat! More than anything, I was impressed by the genuine customer care exhibited by each Bob Utter employee I encountered. Honestly, it was the best customer service experience I have had in years. (Spent my entire career in commercial property management and I would have loved to have been able to instill this level of customer care in MY staff). Truly! Great job guys. You ve made a customer for life. Thank you for making a very positive impact on my day!

I needed service on my truck and was able to get it in pretty quickly. They figured out the problem, had to order the parts but I was able to pick it up the next day. They even had a shuttle service take me home...so convenient!! It works great and everyone was so personable...thank you Marty and Jason!

We went there expecting the usual car dealer runaround but my dad and I were both surprised at the helpfulness of the people that work there.
My dad is 88 years young and everyone was respectful and helpful.
We got a great deal on a 2020 Ford Ranger that is completely loaded and the most perfect color of Race Red.
And the sales rep kept us informed of the steps as we went through the car buying experience.
The whole car buying experience was the best one I have ever been through!!!

My experience with Bob Utter Kia was amazing, specifically with KC Wortham & Dustin McCormack for their zero-BS & honest customer service. The process was efficient with minimal back-and-forth interactions. I was able to find the two vehicles I was looking for, finance & pick up by the next day...in & out in 30 minutes! You can not beat that kind of service. I would definitely use KC & Dustin in the future for the purchase of another vehicle.

No appointment, but was worked in quickly for Oil, filter and tire rotate. They checked all fluid levels, brakes and suspension parts all OK. Friendly and kept me informed how the process was going. The visit took about 50 minutes from my arrival to my departure.

Salesman did not have updated pricing on his inventory. They tried to see us a car advertised online at $27400 for $28800. Not sure if a simple mistake or dishonest sales. Car had been check out by the dealer only to find that on the way home the Sync 3 system was not functional. I have now had to make multiple trips back to the dealer to fix this issue and it is still unresolved.

I came in with pre approved financing and was treated very rudely by the finance person. When asked if they could beat my rate the employee responded well, 3.74 is lower than 3.75 isn t it? Very arrogant. The only reason we purchased here was because we liked the vehicle and were so far in to the process. Buyers beware.

This was the nicest place I ve ever been to as far as a dealership to get my oil changed. They ve got a beautiful setup. From the minute you drive up and are greeted warmly, then being shown around their waiting area, to being checked out and told exactly what was done to my truck. And it was so much more than an oil change. They rotated my tires, checked the tread left, checked my break pads, and topped my liquids off. They did all of this for less than the drive up place across from Kroger wanted to charge me just for the oil change. I now know I can take my Ford to the Ford people who know how to handle my truck and I won t have any worries in the future. Thanks so much.

This is for the Quick Lane. Fortunately I ve never had any problems with this place, but today all that changed. I had just placed 2 winning lottery tickets (1 $10 and 1 $1) in the center console tray literally 5 minutes before arriving. I also purposely took my wheel lock out and gave it to the service guy personally along with my keys because the 1st time I went there I watched the techs dig through my console looking for it! As I paid, the service guy explained everything they had done, gave me my keys, but did not give me the wheel lock back. I asked him where it was and he showed me in the notes where it said place wheel lock in console tray. He went out with me to make sure it was there but we found it in the glove box instead of the console. After he went back in I looked in my center console to find the $10 ticket missing! I looked everywhere twice to make sure I didn t misplace it but nothing. I went back in, told them what was going on, and they questioned the techs! They also went over video and said they couldn t see anything! Of course you can t, there s not a camera inside the truck. I know $10 isn t much, that wasn t my issue at all! It s the fact that I can t trust this place to simply change my oil without worrying about some thief working for them taking something that is mine. I won t be back!

First looked in Dallas at Ford dealerships and felt like I was just a number passing through, that if I didn't buy, there would be someone else right behind me that would.

Then I called Bob Utter Ford in Sherman and asked if they had any red Escape SE's in their inventory. Not only did they have a wider variety to choose from, they asked what the purpose of the vehicle was and did I need a 4wheel drive. Yes, of course! No one else had asked me that question and I realized that if I had bought from one of the Dallas dealerships, I would not have gotten what I needed. So I drove up to Sherman, getting there around 6pm. At a time when most staff is probably ready to go home for the evening, I was met by cheery, over the top accommodating folks. Tommy, Kyle and Malcolm were all wonderful guys to work with and they gave me a better deal than what I had found in Dallas. I bought my 4wheel drive red Escape SE and loving it! Thanks y'all!!

This was the best experience at a Ford Service Center that I have had. I had the pleasure to work with Phillip. I went in for an oil change and the multipoint inspection. He greeted me and made sure all of my questions were answered. He showed me the waiting area and pointed out the complimentary beverages. The process was the quickest I've had, under an hour. He made sure I understood everything on my vehicle report and was aware of any issues. He continued to answer all my questions. I will return again and recommend them to others.
