Excellent Experience! The salesperson, Kenzie, was very nice and worked to seek out and secure the exact 2020 F-350 of my choice. The finance manager, Malcolm, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me secure the best financing plan available to fit my budget. The tech support assistant, Danny, was extremely thorough in explaining the new features of the truck. We spent over an hour going over everything on the truck. Overall, in my 44 years of car buying experience I have never been treated any better that I did at Bob Utter Ford in Sherman. These folks have their vehicles marked down to a super competitive level before you walk in the door, and they will give you the best possible deal on your trade-in.

This place actually treated me right. My salesperson Terry did actually what I asked on getting me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I've been to other dealerships and before visiting Bob Utter. Those experiences were absolutely horrifying. Once I was approved they did a complete walk over with my new car. The facility is basic and plain compared to others, but because of that they are able to handle better deals on vehicles and not worried about paying for their buildings. Bob Utter is a place to really consider and Terry is your go-to salesman.
Saw a preowned vehicle we liked online and contacted them, was put in touch with great salesman. We got the ball rolling and drove down from Tulsa the following Saturday. They had the car sitting up front, temp tag already on it, detailed, full tank of gas and ready to go. We drove it, loved it and told them we wanted it. We went inside and immediately were taken into the finance office where we spent maybe 30-45 minutes and we were on our way. The entire experience was smooth and easy. We will be considering them first the next time we purchase a vehicle. Highly highly recommend!!

Loved the car but the service could ve been so much better. You talk with one person and then the paperwork that tells them exactly what to do was not good enough then higher up says its good three days later. Stubborn people at times when you won t finance with them.

From routine oil changes and bulb replacement to a wheel bearing that about wreaked havoc on a budget already stressed by the move, the pandemic , and a once-in-a-century storm, Bob Utter Ford performed with utmost care and consideration. Roy in Service was particularly helpful in guiding us through the repair and loaner program and saved the day. Forever grateful.

Sales person was great and made the whole experience awesome. However the listing for the vehicle said the ac worked and that was only half true the passenger side doesn t get cold and when I asked if they would look at it I got no response.
The service department is comfortable and the wait time isn't unbearable. They also didn't come back with a long list of unnecessary stuff when I just went in for an oil change.
Roy at the service department always does everything in his power to make sure we are taken care. We take both of our cars there. Always very satisfied.

My recent car purchase was not the best experience... on day 16 I received a notification to "pull my car over when safe immediately- check hybrid system". Fast forward a phone call to where we got the car BOB UTTER FORD and I learned this was my problem as the NEW car owner. I was told by several people that this was a good dealership and Bob Utter would take care of me- so I wanted to give the dealership a chance to make it right. I called my insurance (Farmers) and thankfully had put towing on our policy previously and made arrangements for a tow truck to come and take me to Classic of Texoma. Thanks YO MOMMA TOWING. At this point I've called and left a voicemail for the man I bought the car from, Mike Mounce. The next day my car was looked at and diagnosed with a small leak in the radiator and was "bone dry" and told the cost was about $1,100. I'm shocked to hear this as I'M STILL ON THE SAME TANK OF GAS I DROVE OFF THE DEALERSHIP IN!! I call Bob Utter again to follow up and once again am told I need to speak with the man who sold me the car... so I leave ANOTHER voicemail. (Side note- he has still not called me back A WEEK later )
After an hour of waiting on Friday, I called to speak to a manager as I am hopeful Bob Utter will make this very unfortunate circumstance right. I get a Jaime Gladen on the phone and he seems to want to help and says he will look into it. Fast forward 2.5 hours when I got off work and headed down to Sherman to hear the solution since my car is in the shop and waiting for parts to be ordered over the weekend, etc. Apparently Jaime was not expecting me, but met with me anyway. After pointing out how I felt very vulnerable and this first time car buying experience from Bob Utter has been very poor...and how I was disappointed in how little help I'd received on there end in this mess. I pointed out Classic of Texoma (whom I've never done business with) put me in one of their fleet vehicles for free! He tried to tell me Bob Utter had towed my vehicle... but as stated above it was not true. After implying I was a liar 3x in a row *in a very loud, rude tone* I revealed the picture i had taken from the morning before. He proceeded to ask what I wanted and I asked for an apology over that altercation... Next thing I know I'm being escorted out of Bob Utter. On the way out I asked for a different manager and fortunately I spoke with someone more level headed. The agreement we came to was I'd buy an extended warranty for $1,560 and Bob Utter would cover the broken radiator. While I do feel this was the best solution to the worst situation- I WILL NEVER BE SHOPPING AT BOB UTTER AGAIN. I have never been spoken to by a man like Jaime Gladen spoke to me and when I mentioned this to an associate (while signing up for the warranty) I was informed Jaime doesn't know how to speak to beautiful women Please learn from my unfortunate mistake not to buy a gently used vehicle and/ or do business with those two men.

I have bought many vehicles over the years with mixed results from big name brand dealers and small independent dealers. Bob Utter Ford is one of the best dealers I have had the pleasure to do business with. The staff greeted me as I walked in with my kids and I never felt as if I was just a tick mark for the day. Sales Consultant Tommy is the right mixture of honesty and helpfulness and was never pushy to make a sale. He spent a good amount of time running back and forth for various keys and was able to expertly balance my needs to the dealers needs when it was time to make a deal. Another testament to the staff is I needed to run across a busy street to use an ATM. A staff member instead had offered his personal vehicle to drive across the street instead. I will certainly be using this dealer again!
One star is to much, i am heading to iowa but my ford truck sprung a transmission leak in the cooler line, they said the could not fix it, the 2003 part was discontinued not even a reconendation for this out of towner to go to.

Took my 2011 Fusion SE to find out how much to repair my power steering. It had suddenly gone out while driving on the highway. THAT was a little scary, but nothing compared to the cost to repair (close to $3k.) However, customer service was a complete contrast. Dan, one of the mechanics, and first associate to approach me, was very pleasant and personable. In addition, the department Assistant Manager, Roy, was professional yet empathetic to my plight. He went the extra mile and offered to research used part dealers, and then contact me within a couple of days with a new, lower repair cost. I hope to hear from him soon.

The process was very relaxed and Brad worked to get me the best deal and the most for my trade-in. He even gave me Buffalo Wild Wings during the sale! Dustin in finance was also awesome and worked with me to get a good monthly payment system setup.
