i purchased my new 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid at Bob Utter. Jon Soliz was my salesman and was extremely helpful. I researched this car for weeks before i decided to take the step towards purchase. I was impressed with the amount of knowledge he had on the the hybrid component, options, features and the overall vehicle. (remember i researched this car for weeks) he validated all that i researched without hesitancy. I basically told him what i wanted, when i wanted and how i wanted to pay and it was done! He sat down and helped me search for the exact model, trim, color down to the wheels that i would not anything less than what i already had my mind set on. Everything met/exceeded my expectations. Definately high on the bar for Customer satisfaction. I definately felt that it was important enough to him to take the extra time to make sure i was purchasing what i really wanted!
