I was immediately greeted by Philip with a smile and offer of assistance upon entering the Quick Service Center. I was happy to see the social distancing and the requirement of mask wearing, as well as acrylic shields at each customer service station. The center was immaculate and appointed with free water and coffee and snacks for purchase. My work order was efficiently prepared within a few minutes. While I was waiting for my friend to pick me up, I sat at the counter overlooking the oil change bay and saw a young man mopping what appeared to be an already clean floor. That young man obviously took pride in a job well done.

I received a call when my car was ready and when I checked out, Jason went over the details of my service and notified me of several promotions that the dealership had available and those in conjunction with Ford. When I walked up to get in car, I was pleasantly surprised that my car had been cleaned inside and out! What a treat! More than anything, I was impressed by the genuine customer care exhibited by each Bob Utter employee I encountered. Honestly, it was the best customer service experience I have had in years. (Spent my entire career in commercial property management and I would have loved to have been able to instill this level of customer care in MY staff). Truly! Great job guys. You ve made a customer for life. Thank you for making a very positive impact on my day!
